TECHNICAL DETAILS & SPARE PARTS CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
• Ensure that the appliance is not operating and is cool to touch –
internal and external surfaces.
• Do not remove any panels from the appliance.
• The cooking stone can be easily removed for cleaning. Clean using warm soapy
water with a mild detergent (do not use bleach).
• Never place the cooking stone in water when hot: the sudden change in
temperature will damage the stone.
• Clean external surfaces using warm, soapy water with a mild detergent
(do not use bleach).
• DO NOT submerge the appliance in a sink or bowl.
• DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or bleach.
COOKING TIPS
• Allow the oven to warm the stone before cooking the pizza. A hotter stone
produces a crispier crust.
• Sprinkle some semolina or polenta on the cooking stone to protect against dough
sticking to the stone.
• The stone will discolour and stain over time without affecting performance, but
any lumps of dough or topping should be removed or cleaned off.
• Never reach into the oven to remove the pizza by hand - the stone and oven will
be extremely hot. Instead, use a wooden or steel paddle. Avoid plastic utensils
which may melt onto the stone.
