General Precautions
•Refer to manufacturer’s instructions for raising and blocking the boom when mounting and
dismounting the tracks.
•Tracks are not recommended for use with non-pneumatic tires.
•Over-tightened tracks could damage tracks and/or skid steer.
•Track-to-Tire fit, proper clearance and safety shielding are the customer’s responsibility.
•If needed, please call our toll-free number 1-877-260-3178 for technical assistance.
1. Your track is delivered with minimal assembly required. In some cases, your track may be
delivered in sections for ease in handling. You may have to pre-assemble two sections to
create a track side. Be certain to verify that each side of your pre-assembly has the same
number of track pads.

5. Stop when the back wheel of the skid steer passes the first track pad.
6. Pull the front of the track over the front wheel, taking up as much slack as possible. Check for
clearance! Remember - any modifications to the skid steer that are necessary are the
responsibility of the owner.
.
7. Attach a common come-along (obtained at any hardware store) to both ends of the track.
Ratchet any slack.

8. Drive the skid steer forward to bring the back of the track to the middle position as shown.
9. Attach the come-along to the underside of the track on both ends through the bottom opening
of the second track. This will provide the most even joining of the track sections.
10.Ratchet the come-along until the linkage lines up with the mounting hole of the other track.
Insert the bolt and hand tighten the locknut.

11.Loosen the come-along. Slide the come-along to the far side of the track. Ratchet the come-
along until the linkage lines up with the mounting hole. Insert the bolt and hand tighten the
locknut.
12.Check to make sure there is ½-3 inches of slack in the track. Linkages of one or more track
pads can be adjusted to obtain this measurement. When you obtain the desired amount of
slack, tighten bolts from the assembly and any adjustment made.
13.. Release the come-along from the track.

identical.
