Layout parts and begin by g uing various sub-assemb ies as shown in the fo owing pics.

. . . Engine hood, seat bottoms, and seat backs . . .
. . . Set aside to dry . . .
G ue steering co umn, and body side hinges. . . Stack whee s and screw together with #6 x 3/4” screws
. . . G ue tire profi e on after insta ing 8 screws per whee .

Assemb e frame rai s and rear cross piece. . . Insert center f oor pan, ax es, and two spac-
ers on each side of rear ax e. . .
Assemb e rear f oor pan, front engine compartment f oor, front dashboard, and front gri e.
Sub-assemb e seat backs and bottoms by s iding 3-3/8” stee pin through pivot ho es. In-
sert end of stee pin into pivot ho e in each body side. Assemb e windshie d frame, roof
pieces, interna ro -bar frame, and rear tai gate into appropriate s ots in body side pane s.

Insert rear body side interior trim pane s. . . Attach engine cover by s iding 3-3/8” stee pin
through pivot ho es, as shown. . .
S ide f at washers onto rear ax e and insta whee s with ny on ock nuts. S ide winch pieces
onto 1-3/4” stee pin. App y g ue to winch brackets and work winch pin into frame rai s and
through c earance ho es in winch brackets—when stee pin is fu y seated, press winch
brackets into p ace. Insta front whee s with f at washers and ny on ock nuts.

Assemb e body side trim and fenders using #6 x 3/4” screws. Insta steering whee into
steering co umn with #6 x 1/2” screw. G ue and insta steering co umn into front dash.
G ue and insta front engine compartment wa direct y behind gri e. G ue rear namep ate
and base p ate, and attach with two #6 x 1/2” screws. Insta front head ight bar
