3Remove the plug of the cord from the socket.
4Press the button situated on the end of the hose, and
remove the end of the hose from the inlet of the vacuum
cleaner.
5Press CYKLON dust container unlocking button (8), and
remove the CYKLON dust container (16) from the vacuum
cleaner by holding the handgrip (10).
6Move the CYKLON dust container over a dustbin. Press
the button situated on the CYKLON dust container – the
bottom of the container opens, and its content falls into the
dustbin.
7After emptying the container, snap its bottom shut. Pay
attention that the seal on the bottom of the container remains
correctly placed.
The container needs to be precisely shut.
Otherwise, dust is going to get into the
chamber of the vacuum cleaner, and the
suction power is going to decrease.
8Place the emptied CYKLON dust container into the
vacuum cleaner. A characteristic “click” signalizes the
container has been properly installed.
It is necessary to empty the CYKLON dust container, if you
notice that:
a) the CYKLON full dust container indicator is on,
b) the vacuum cleaner works less efciently,
c) the CYKLON dust container is full.
Deinstalling the lters
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with the CYKLON dust
container based on cyclone ltration, making it possible to
use the vacuum cleaner without a dust bag. A cyclone lter
uses air stream swirling to separate solid dirt. Separation
of dirt is done in an O-shaped part of the container, where
the swirling air casts away dirt on the wall of the container.
This pre-ltered air is directed into the foam inlet lter and
washable HEPA inlet lter. A special ltering material used in
the HEPA inlet lter makes it possible to rinse the lter with
running water, if it is dirty, and reuse it later.
In case of getting the foam inlet lter (15), the
HEPA inlet lter (14), the “Microlter” outlet
lter (18) dirty, you can replace them, clean
them or rinse them with running water.
It is forbidden to wash lters in washing
machines or dishwashers.
Filters may be dried only naturally.
Do not use hairdryers, heaters or radiators to
dry lters.
Before replacing the lters make sure the
vacuum cleaner is off, and the plug of the cord
is unplugged from the socket.
HEPA INLET FILTER AND FOAM INLET FILTER
It is necessary to periodically clean the HEPA inlet lter and
the foam inlet lter to remove small fractions of dust.
Remove the CYKLON dust container and empty it, as
described in para. C.
1 Remove the HEPA inlet lter (14) from the CYKLON dust
container.
2 Remove the foam inlet lter (15). If the foam inlet lter
(15) is dirty, you may replace it with a new one, clean it or
rinse it with running water. Before reinstalling the lter, make
sure it is dry.
The main function of the foam inlet lter (15) is to protect the
HEPA inlet lter (14) against excessive dirt.
For safety reasons it is unacceptable to install
a wet or damaged foam inlet lter (15).
●Clean the pleats of the HEPA inlet lter (14), and if the
lter is damaged, it should denitely be replaced with
a new one. If the HEPA inlet lter (14) is dirty, you may
replace it with a new one, clean it or rinse it with running
water. Before reinstalling the lter, make sure it is dry.
For safety reasons it is unacceptable to install
a wet or damaged HEPA inlet lter (14).
●Situate the new/rinsed foam inlet lter in the previously
determined spot.
3 Place the new/rinsed HEPA inlet lter (14) in the
previously determined spot in the dust container.
4Situate the CYKLON dust container with the installed
HEPA inlet lter (14) in the chamber of the vacuum cleaner.
A characteristic “click” signalizes the container has been
properly installed.
We advise you to replace the HEPA inlet lter
(14) with a new one every 6 months of use.
Do not use the vacuum cleaner without the
HEPA inlet lter (14) installed in the CYKLON
dust container. If the HEPA inlet lter is not
there, it is impossible to situate the CYKLON
dust container in the vacuum cleaner.
“MICROFILTER” OUTLET FILTER
1 In order to replace “Microlter” outlet lter (18) press the
hook located in the lter cover and pull out the lter cover
from vacuum cleaner.
2 Pull out the “Microlter” outlet lter (18).
If the “Microlter” outlet lter (18) is dirty, you can replace
it with a new lter, you can clean it or rinse with running
water. Do not forget to dry above mentioned lter before
re-installation.
For safety reasons it is unacceptable to install
the moist or defective “Microlter” outlet
lter (18).
