1. Introduction
About the Product
GSPI-Q3700-LLVA, a PICMG 1.3 Single Host Board (SHB), with Intel®8th/ 9th generation Processor which
supported from Core i7/i5/i3 to Celeron and Pentium. GSPI-Q3700-LLVA implements flexible PCI Express
Gen 3 expansion with dedicated processor SKU.
GSPI-Q3700-LLVA adopts Intel Q370 PCH, providing up to 128GB DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM system memory
supported. GSPI-Q3700-LLVA with the 8th/ 9th generation Intel®processor family features and integrated,
enhanced graphics engine which provides significant 3D performance, up to DirectX®12. Besides, triple
display function via DVI-I (VGA and DVI-D) and HDMI up to 4Kx2K. Moreover, rich I/O functions are also
provided by GSPI-Q3700-LLVA single host board, includes 2x USB 3.1, 8x USB 3.0, 5x SATA III port (dual
ports via backplane), 2x RS232 port, 2x COM port (RS232/422/485 selectable from BIOS), and dual Intel GbE
LAN ports. Nevertheless, it also supports on board TPM 2.0 to secure your applications.

Expansion slots with dedicated processor SKUs could support one PCI Express x16, OR two PCI Express x8,
OR one PCI Express x8 and two PCI Express x4, which could fulfill various applications such as industrial
automation, digital signage, and medical demands.
-Supports Triple Displays
Full HD video can be smoothly played.
It also supports full HD output of the three-screen with VGA, DVI-D, and HDMI.
-Extend peripherals freely. Rich interface
This product is equipped with a variety of expansion interfaces such as VGA, DVI-D, 2*1000BASE-T, 2*USB
3.1, 8*USB3.0, 2*RS232/422/485 serial, 2*RS232, HDMI, and audio. You can assist our use in various
scenes.

Limited One-Year Warranty
CONTEC products are warranted by CONTEC CO., LTD. to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
Repair will be free of charge only when this device is returned freight prepaid with a copy of the original
invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization to the distributor or the CONTEC group office, from which it
was purchased.
This warranty is not applicable for scratches or normal wear, but only for the electronic circuitry and original
products. The warranty is not applicable if the device has been tampered with or damaged through abuse,
mistreatment, neglect, or unreasonable use, or if the original invoice is not included, in which case repairs will
be considered beyond the warranty policy.
How to Obtain Service
For replacement or repair, return the device freight prepaid, with a copy of the original invoice. Please obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from the CONTEC group office where you purchased
before returning any product.
* No product will be accepted by CONTEC group without the RMA number.

◆Caution on the GSPI-Q3700-LLVA
Handling Precautions
WARNING
-Always check that the power supply is turned off before connecting or disconnecting power cables.
-Do not modify the product.
-Always turn off the power before inserting or removing circuit boards or cables.
-This product is not intended for use in aerospace, space, nuclear power, medical equipment, or other
applications that require a very high level of reliability. Do not use the product in such applications.
-If using this product in applications where safety is critical such as in railways, automotive, or disaster
prevention or security systems, please contact your retailer.
-Do not attempt to replace the battery as inappropriate battery replacement poses a risk of explosion.
-For battery replacement, contact your retailer as it must be performed as a process of repair.
-When disposing of a used battery, follow the disposal procedures stipulated under the relevant laws and
municipal ordinances. For details on replacing the battery, refer to the appendix.
-This product is connected to a socket-outlet with earthing connection by means of a power cord.
-This product is not suitable for use in locations where children are likely to be present.

CAUTION
-Do not use or store this product in a location exposed to high or low temperature that exceeds range of
specification or susceptible to rapid temperaturechanges.
Example: - Exposure to direct sun / - In the vicinity of a heat source
-Do not use this product in extremely humid or dusty locations. It is extremely dangerous to use this product
with its interior penetrated by water or any other fluid or conductive dust. If this product must be used in
such an environment, install it on a dust-proof control panel, for example.
-Avoid using or storing this product in locations subject to shock or vibration that exceeds range of
specification.
-Do not use this product in the vicinity of devices that generate strong magnetic force or noise. Such
products will cause this product tomalfunction.
-Do not use or store this product in the presence ofchemicals.
-To clean this product, wipe it gently with a soft cloth dampened with either water or mild detergent.
Do not use chemicals or a volatile solvent, such as benzene or thinner, to prevent pealing or discoloration
of the paint.
-This product’s case may become hot. To avoid being burned, do not touch that section while this product is
in operation or immediately after turning off the power. Avoid installation in a location where people may
come into contact with thatsection.
-CONTEC does not provide any guarantee for the integrity of data onCFast.
-Always remove the power cable from the power outlet before mounting or removing an expansion board
and before connecting or disconnecting aconnector.
-To prevent corruption of files, always shutdown the OS before turning off this product.
-CONTEC reserves the right to refuse to service a product modified by the user.
-In the event of failure or abnormality (foul smells or excessive heat generation), unplug the power cord
immediately and contact yourretailer.
-To connect with peripherals, use a grounded, shieldedcable.
-The CFast card connector, 2.5-inch HDD and SSD slot do not support hot plugging. CFast cards, 2.5-inch
HDDs and SSD cannot be removed or inserted while the power is on. Do not remove or install CFast cards
or 2.5-inch HDD or SSD, or connect to CFast cards or 2.5-inch HDD or SSD while the unit is turned on.
This product may malfunction or cause a failure.
-If you use any other CFast than our CFast, we cannot guarantee this product’s specification. When you
newly select CFast for this product, you should read “Chapter 7” at first. If you select unpreferable CFast,
the system may work out oforder.
-Component Life:
(1) Battery---The internal calendar clock and CMOS RAM are backed by a Lithium primary battery. The
backup time at a temperature of 25°C with the power disconnected is 10 years or more.
*Replacement of expendables is handled as a repair (there will be acharge).
*The service life for consumable parts are reference values and are not guaranteed values.
*This product's specifications allow the device to be rebooted from the BIOS screen during startup. This
has no effect on operation after the OSboots

For users to customize GMB-AC2460-LLVA features. In the following sections, Short means covering a
jumper cap over jumper pins; Open or N/C (Not Connected) means removing a jumper cap from jumper pins.
Users can refer to Figure 3.1. Jumpers and I/O panel Orientation for jumper positions and table 3.1. to 3.4. for
jumper functions and signal descriptions.
