C74400 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Bottom 1 Panel 4515⁄16” x 1121⁄32”
Bottom 2 Panel 4515⁄16” x 113⁄32”
(2) Rails
Step 4: Slide Top Panel into long groove of
Rails. Insert hex screws into pre-drilled holes
in Rails. Tighten down halfway.
Step 5: Install Side Panel so that
edge of asse bled pieces fit fir ly into
ortises and back grooves. Insert hex
screws into pre-drilled holes in Side

(2) Small Divider 1⁄4”
Small Divider 5/8”
End Shelf
Back Panel
Step 2: Insert Small Divider 5⁄8”
into ortises of Rails. Insert hex
screws into pre-drilled holes in
Rails. Tighten down halfway.
Step 6: Align back grooves
in Bottom 1 Panel with the
back grooves in Side Panel.
Insert hex screws into pre-
drilled holes in Side Panel.
Tighten down halfway.
Phillips Head Screwdriver
(Not Included)
(2) Phillips Bolts
Set of (4) Casters
with hardware
(2) ashers
Finished Edge
Step 1: Using phillips head screwdriver (not
included) and hardware provided, attach
casters to bottom piece as shown. See in-
structions included with caster set.
Step 3: Insert Large Center Divider 3⁄8”into
notch of Small Divider 5⁄8”.

Step 11: Install End Shelf onto the Side
Panel. Insert Bolt with asher into each
pre-drilled holes in Side Panel. Tighten
down halfway.

Step 7: Insert Bottom 2
Panel into ortises of
Side Panel. Insert hex
screws into pre-drilled
holes in Side Panel.
Tighten down halfway.
Step 8: Insert side of Back Panel into
back grooves of Top Panel and Bottom
1 Panel. Slide down until edge rests
fir ly in back groove of Side Panel.
Step 10: Rotate unit so that it rests on Bottom Panel and
edges of Side Panels. Insert Small Divider 1⁄4”into center
ortise of the Center Divider and Rails. Make sure the
notch of the Small Divider 1⁄4”intersects with notch of Center
Divider. Repeat for re aining Small Divider 1⁄4”.
Step 9: Install re aining
Side Panel so that edge of
asse bled pieces fit fir ly
into ortises and back
grooves. Insert hex screws
into pre-drilled holes in Side
Panel. Tighten down halfway.
Step 12: Tighten all screws
snugly. DO NOT OVER-
TIGHTEN. Assembly is now
complete.
