Checking instructions
These instructions are for your safety. Please read the following instructions carefully before
proceeding with the installation and use of this appliance.
WARNING: All installation work must be carried out by a suitably qualied person, strictly following
local building regulations and these instructions.
To avoid the risks that are always present when you use an electrical appliance it is important that this
appliance is installed correctly and that you read the safety instructions carefully to avoid misuse and
hazards. After unpacking the appliance please check that it is not damaged. If in doubt, do not use

Check the package and make sure you have all of the parts listed and decide upon the appropriate
location for your product. If this product contains glass please take care with tting or handing to
prevent personal injury or damage to the product. The specication plate shown on this appliance
displays all the necessary identication information for ordering replacement parts. If you sell the
appliance, give it away, or leave it behind when you move house, please ensure that you pass on this
manual so that the new owner can become familiar with the appliance and its safety warnings.
Safety

5Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the power supply voltage and
current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the appliance rating label.
5The warming drawer may only be built in combination with those appliances quoted by the
manufacturer as being suitable. The manufacturer cannot guarantee trouble - free operation if the
appliance is operated in combination with appliances other than those quoted by the manufacturer
as suitable.
5When building in the warming drawer in combination with another suitable appliance, the food
warming drawer must be tted above a xed interim shelf in the housing unit. Please ensure that
the housing unit can support both its weight and that of the other appliance.
5When building in the combination appliance, it is essential to follow the instructions given in the
operating and installation instructions supplied with the combination appliance.
5You could burn yourself on the hot drawer or crockery. Protect your hands with heat-resistant pot
holders or gloves when using the appliance. Do not let them get wet or damp, as this causes heat
to transfer through the material more quickly with the risk of scalding or burning yourself.
5The underside of the drawer gets hot when switched on. Be careful not to touch it when the drawer
is open.
5Do not use plastic or aluminium containers. These melt at high temperatures and could catch re.
5Use only heat-resistant crockery made of glass, porcelain, etc
5Take care when opening and closing the loaded drawer, that liquids do not spill over and get
through the vents. This can cause the appliance to short circuit.
5Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunction,
repairs are to be conducted by qualied personnel only.
5To avoid damaging the cord, do not squeeze, bend or chafe it on sharp edges. Keep it away from
hot surfaces and open ames.
5Lay out the cord in such a way that no unintentional pulling or tripping over it is possible. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
5Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or while standing on a wet oor.
5Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting it from the power supply.
5Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when not in use and before cleaning.
5WARNING: This appliance is supplied with a three core supply cord and must be connected direct

Installation
All installation must be carried out by a competent person or qualied electrician. Before connecting
the mains supply ensure that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate.
Direct Connection
The appliance must be connected directly to the mains using an omnipolar circuit breaker with a
minimum opening of 3mm between the contacts.
The installer must ensure that the correct electrical connection has been made and that it complies
with the wiring diagram.
The cable must not be bent or compressed.
Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

we offer a 24 months’ guarantee against manufacturing defects on our warming drawer.
This warming drawer is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase, if bought in store, or
delivery, if bought online, for normal (non-professional or commercial) household use. You may only
make a claim under this guarantee upon presentation of your sales receipt or purchase invoice.
Please keep your proof of purchase in a safe place.
The guarantee covers all parts and labour costs associated with the repair of the warming drawer if
it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within 24 months from the date of
purchase or delivery subject to the exclusions set out below and provided it was used for the purpose
for which it is intended and subject to installation, cleaning, care and maintenance in accordance
with the information contained in the user manual. This guarantee does not cover defects and
damage caused by normal wear and tear of warming drawer and damage that could be the result of
improper use, faulty installation, storage or assembly, neglect, accident, modication of the product,
consumable items such as carbon lters and bulbs.
If the warming drawer is defective, we will repair it. However, if, during the guarantee period, the
warming drawer becomes irreparable as agreed by an engineer approved by our authorised
agent then we reserve the right, at our discretion, to exchange the defective warming drawer with
a replacement warming drawer. If the same warming drawer is no longer available an alternative
warming drawer will be offered with the equivalent functions and specications.

During the service work carried out it may be necessary to remove the built in warming drawer from
its tted position. If the warming drawer is glued, grouted or tiled in such a manner that it cannot be
removed, it is the responsibility of the customer/installer to remove and reinstall the warming drawer
to facilitate the repair or replacement.
After the warming drawer has been repaired or replaced any remaining balance of the guarantee
period will apply to the repaired or replaced warming drawer.
Should any person other than an engineer approved by our authorised agent modify or attempt to
repair the warming drawer then the guarantee will be invalid. This guarantee only applies to the
country of purchase or delivery and is not transferrable to any other countries. This guarantee is
non-transferrable to any other person or product. Relevant local law will apply to this guarantee.
This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods as
a consumer.

Installation
Toute l'installation doit être effectuée par une personne compétente ou un électricien qualié. Avant
de raccorder le câble d'alimentation, s'assurer que la tension de secteur correspond à la tension
indiquée sur la plaque signalétique.
Raccordement direct
L'appareil doit être raccordé directement au secteur à l'aide d'un disjoncteur omnipolaire avec une
ouverture minimale de 3 mm entre les contacts.
L'installateur doit s'assurer que le bon raccordement électrique a été effectué et qu'il respecte le
schéma de câblage.
Le câble ne doit pas être tordu ou comprimé.
Vérier régulièrement la présence de dommages sur le cordon d'alimentation et la prise électrique. Si

5WARNUNG: Wenn die Tür oder die Türdichtungen beschädigt sind, darf das Gerät so lange
nicht betrieben werden, bis es repariert wurde. Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst, wenn Sie
Hilfe benötigen.
5Achten Sie während der Installation darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht mit heißen Teilen des Geräts
in Berührung kommt.

5Prüfen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Geräts an die Stromversorgung, ob Spannung und
Stromstärke den Angaben zur Stromversorgung auf dem Typenschild des Geräts entsprechen.
5Die Wärmeschublade darf nur in Geräte eingebaut werden, die vom Hersteller als geeignet
eingestuft werden. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Garantie für einen fehlerfreien Betrieb, wenn
das Gerät in Kombination mit Geräten verwendet wird, die nicht vom Hersteller als geeignet
eingestuft werden.
5Beim Einbau der Wärmeschublade in Kombination mit einem anderen geeigneten Gerät muss
die Wärmeschublade für Lebensmittel über einem festen Zwischenboden in der Gehäuse-Einheit
eingesetzt werden. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die Gehäuse-Einheit sowohl das eigene Gewicht
als auch das Gewicht des anderen Geräts tragen kann.
5Beim Einbau des Kombinationsgeräts sind die Anweisungen der im Lieferumfang des
Kombinationsgeräts enthaltenen Bedienungs- und Installationsanleitung unbedingt zu beachten.
5Sie könnten sich an der heißen Schublade oder an heißem Geschirr Verbrennungen zuziehen.
Schützen Sie Ihre Hände mit hitzefesten Topappen oder Handschuhen, wenn Sie das Gerät
verwenden. Achten Sie darauf, dass diese nicht nass oder feucht werden, da dadurch Wärme
über das Material schneller übertragen wird und Sie sich dem Risiko von Verbrühungen oder
Verbrennungen aussetzen.
5Die Unterseite der Schublade erhitzt sich, wenn sie eingeschaltet ist. Achten Sie darauf, sie nicht
zu berühren, wenn die Schublade geöffnet ist.
5Verwenden Sie keine Kunststoff- oder Aluminiumbehälter. Diese schmelzen bei hohen
Temperaturen und könnten sich entzünden.
5Verwenden Sie nur hitzebeständiges Geschirr aus Glas, Porzellan usw.
5Achten Sie beim Öffnen und Schließen der beladenen Schublade darauf, dass keine Flüssigkeit
verschüttet wird und auf die Lüftungsschlitze gelangt. Dies kann zu einem Kurzschluss im
Gerät führen.
5Stromschlaggefahr! Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren. Im Fall einer
Fehlfunktion dürfen Reparaturen nur von qualizierten Mitarbeitern durchgeführt werden.
5Um das Kabel nicht zu beschädigen, vermeiden Sie, dass es gequetscht oder durchgebogen
wird oder an einer scharfen Kante scheuert. Halten Sie es von heißen Oberächen und offenen

dem Sie stehen, nass ist.
5Schalten Sie das Gerät stets aus, bevor Sie es von der Stromversorgung trennen.
5Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung, wenn es nicht in Gebrauch ist und bevor Sie

5WARNUNG: Das Gerät wird mit einem 3-adrigen Netzkabel ausgeliefert und muss über einen
