III Safety instructions
1. e device may be operated by chil-
dren 8 years of age or older, provid-
ed they are supervised or instructed
in the use of the device in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and maintenance may not
be performed by children unless they
are older than 8 and are supervised.
Keep the device and its power cord
out of the reach of children under 8
years of age.

uals with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or by individ-
uals lacking the necessary experience
and knowledge, provided that they
are supervised or use the device safe-
ly, in compliance with the instruction
manual, and understand the hazards

4. Do not immerse the device in water
when cleaning it.
5. Warning! Hot surface! Risk of
burns! During use, some of
the outer surfaces of the coee ma-
chine may become very hot. Do not
touch hot surfaces and watch out for
steam escaping from the device.
When brewing coee of frothing
milk, only touch the dedicated porta-
lter handles or the milk frothing
nozzle handle.
6. Do not add coee beans when the
coee machine is in operation.
7. When cleaning the parts that come
into contact with food, follow the sec-
tion 8 Cleaning and care.
8. Warning! Make sure no water or

other liquid is poured over the power
cord connection with the device.

to the device if it is not used in ac-
cordance with its intended use.

15. When using electric appliances and devices, especially in the pres-
ence of children, basic safety precautions should be observed in or-
der to avoid the risk of re or electric shock.
16. Do not immerse the power cord, its plug or the device itself in wa-
ter or any other liquid, so as to avoid electric shock.
17. Do not use the device with an extension cord. If, however, you are
prepared to accept responsibility for doing so, use an extension cord
in good condition that is adequately grounded and matches the de-
vice’s electric current rating.
18. Do not hang the power cord over a table or sink edge.
19. e power cord should not hang freely or touch any hot surface.
20. Do not use the device in the vicinity of ammable fabrics (curtains,
carpets), do not position it next to sources of high temperature: gas
heaters, electric cookers.
21. Before using the device, ensure that the mains voltage matches the
voltage specied on the device label.
22. Extend the power cord before using the device.
23. Always disconnect the device from the power source when you are
not using it. Also, disconnect the device prior to cleaning, assembly
and disassembly. Do not approach any moving parts during oper-
ation.
24. Do not cover the device during operation. Otherwise (if the device
is covered or touches a ammable material) there is a risk of re.
25. e device must be supervised at all times when connected to the
mains.
26. Do not operate the device if it has fallen from a great height or
shows any sign of damage.
27. Do not attempt to open the housing or disassemble any part of the
device.
28. Use only the accessories supplied by the manufacturer.

Open the packaging and carefully take out the device. Make sure the
set is complete and its components are undamaged. Check that the
plastic parts and the power cord are not damaged. If you nd that
any components are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do
not use the device. Keep the package or recycle it in accordance with
the applicable regulations.
Caution! For the sake of children’s safety, do not leave
any packaging materials accessible and unattended
(plastic bags, cardboard boxes, Styrofoam, etc.). Risk
of suocation!
VII Use
7.1 Before use
1. Unpack the device.
2. Make sure the device is o. e ON/OFF switch should be set to
OFF – moved up.
3. Check whether the device power supply parameters match the
parameters of the local mains (see section 2. Technical data).
e socket must be equipped with a protective grounding pin.

CAUTION! e components which come into contact with food
(portalter, lter basket, 2-in-1 scoop, dripping grill, dripping tray,
water container with lid) should be cleaned as described in section
8 Cleaning and care.
CAUTION! e device is not provided with a cup or a mug. You
need to get one beforehand.
CAUTION! Clean the internal conduits before the rst use. To do
so, follow the procedure presented below:
4. Put the device on a stable and at surface. Make sure the power
outlet is easily accessible.
5. Install the dripping tray and place the dripping grill on it.
6. Remove the water container from the back of the device. Fill
it with water. e water level must be between the minimum
(MIN) and maximum (MAX) levels marked on the container.
en put the container back into place.
7. Place a cup/mug on the dripping tray. Make sure the steam emis-
sion adjustment knob is set to OFF OFF , and the steam ON switch
is set to 0. Otherwise, if the steam ON switch is set to , and the
ON/OFF switch is set to ON, both LEDs will blink. One blinks
in blue (steam ON switch), the other blinks in red(the) ON/OFF
switch.
8. Install the portalter with the lter
basket – follow the procedure de-
scribed in section 7.5 Portalter in-
stallation, but do not put coee into
the lter basket this time. Make sure
the portalter is correctly installed
and its handle is aligned in one line
with the locked padlock symbol.
9. Place the cup/mug under the coee outlet nozzles.
10. Insert the device plug into a power outlet (the outlet must be

equipped with a protective grounding pin).
11. Turn the device on by setting the ON/OFF switch to ON . e device
operation readiness red LED starts blinking. e device will start
heating.
12. Once the device is heated, the red LED stops blinking.
13. Slide the coee brewing ON switch to . Hot water will start
owing from the coee outlet nozzle. To stop the water ow, slide
the coee brewing ON switch to .
14. When the water stops owing, take out the water container, clean
and dry it, wash the cup/mug used for the rst ushing. Now you
may start brewing coee.
Caution! During the rinsing and extraction of water, noise and noise
may appear, this is normal, the device releases air from the device.
7.2 Brewing coee or coee with milk
CAUTION! Use only potable fresh, cold water for coee brewing.
CAUTION! Using freshly ground coee is recommended. Well-
ground coee should look like salt.
1. Follow the instructions contained in items: 1 – 7 in section
7.1 Before use.
2. Install the portalter with the lter basket and coee poured into
it – follow the procedure described in section 7.3 Portalter instal-
lation and 7.4 Filling the basket lter with coee.
CAUTION! If you want to prepare coee with milk, prepare the mug
containing milk to be frothed. e milk frothing mug is not included.
To prepare cappuccino, brew the coee and then add frothed milk.
3. Turn the device on by setting the ON/OFF switch to ON . e device
operation readiness red LED starts blinking. e device will start
heating up.
4. Once the device is heated up, the red LED stops blinking.

5. Slide the coee brewing ON switch to . Hot water will start
owing from the coee outlet nozzle. To stop the water ow, slide
the coee brewing ON switch to .
Caution! Perform the following steps if you want to prepare coee with
milk.
6. Move the steam ON switch to , the blue LED starts blinking.
7. Once the device is heated UP, the red LED stops blinking.
8. Fill in the mug with milk – approx. 100 g per one cappuccino cup/
mug.
Caution! For better coee taste, we recommend whole milk at room
temperature. e milk must not be warm.
Caution! It is recommended to use a milk frothing mug/container
with a diameter not smaller than 70 ± 5 mm. Remember that the milk
doubles its volume. For this reason, make sure the milk mug/container
height is sucient.
Caution! Never rotate the milk frothing adjustment steam knob rapid-
ly. Otherwise a large amount of steam will accumulate in a short time,
posing a risk of scalding and milk may pour out of the container/mug.
9. Put the milk frothing steam outlet nozzle into the mug/container at
a depth of approx. 1-2 cm. When frothing the milk, move the con-
tainer/mug up and down. Slowly rotate the steam emission adjust-
ment knob counter clockwise (as in the picture below), the steam
will be emitted from the nozzle.
10. Once the required milk frothing eect is obtained, rotate the steam

emission adjustment knob clockwise to OFF and move the steam ON
switch to to stop milk frothing.
Caution! It is recommended to wait approx. 2 minutes before using the
device again.
11. Pour the frothed milk into the espresso prepared beforehand. Now
the cappuccino is ready. Add sugar for taste, or sprinkle the froth
with a pinch of cocoa, cinnamon or cardamom powder.
12. Immediately aer the steam stops owing, clean the steam nozzle
with a wet sponge. Be careful not to get scalded.
7.3 Installing the portalter
1. Remove the portalter by rotating it to the le.
2. Place the lter basket into the portalter and add the ground coee
in accordance with section 7.4 Filling the basket lter with coee.
Caution! For the best coee taste, use freshly ground coee of the best
quality.
Caution! If you want to prepare
1 coee cup, you need to use the
one-cup lter basket (the lter
basket is not included, purchase it
at a shop with the relevant range
of products). To prepare 2 coee
cups, use the included lter basket.
3. Put the portalter in the device and rotate it to the right, until it
reaches the “lock” position. (See photos).
Caution! e device turns o automatically aer approx. 2 minutes of
continuous use. When the device switches o automatically, it is rec-
ommended to raise the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
7.4 Filling the lter basket with coee.
1. Insert the lter basket into the portalter.
2. Fill the lter basket with freshly ground coee.

3. Make sure the amount of
coee is not higher than the
lter basket edge.
4. Tamp the coee with the
tamper. Add some coee if
necessary. Tamp the coee
again.
5. Remove excess coee from the lter basket edge
to ensure easy installation of the portalter into
the assembly inside the coee machine.
CAUTION! Tamping the coee is a very impor-
tant part of the process of brewing coee in the coee machine.
7.5 Hot water function
1. Turn the device on by setting the ON/OFF switch to ON . e device
operation readiness red LED starts blinking. e device will start
heating.
2. Once the device is heated, the red LED stops blinking.
3. Slide the coee brewing ON switch to . Hot water will start ow-
ing from the coee outlet nozzle. To stop the water ow, slide the
coee brewing ON switch to and stop the water ow.
4. You can repeat the preheating action and use it to get hot water.
Temperature reduction
Aer steam emission or cappuccino brewing, the device’s temperature
will increase. It means its components may become hot (the device has
been operating and generating high pressure). e readiness and cof-
fee indicators will blink very quickly. It means the device temperature
needs to be decreased. Rotate the steam emission adjustment knob to
“+”, move the coee brewing switch to , and water will ow from
the steam outlet nozzle intended for milk frothing. When the LED
stops blinking, you can move the coee brewing switch to and set

8.1 General rules
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and extend
the lifespan of the device.
Warning! Before performing cleaning and maintenance
operations, turn the device o, disconnect it from the
power source and let it cool down, so as to avoid burns
and electric shock.
CAUTION!!
Do not clean the device with any strong chemicals, alkali, abra-
sive or disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of the
device.
Do not use metal, sharp or rough cleaning accessories, as they
may damage the surface of the device!
Never pour any liquids other than water into the water container.
Do not add anything to the water.
Do not immerse the device or the power cord in water or other
liquids.
Prior to next use, make sure that the device is completely dry.
To extend the lifespan of the device and make sure that it remains
in good working order, it is recommended that you wash the
parts that come into contact with food aer every use.
Cleaning the device
1. Disconnect the device from the power source.

the steam emission adjustment knob to OFF . e temperature will start
decreasing. You may now brew another coee.
Caution! If the steam emission adjustment knob is rotated to less than
max – the “+” mark, the steam emission performance will decrease,
thus the device temperature decreasing time will be longer.

2. Regularly wipe the device housing with a damp cloth.
Accessories cleaning
Caution! Washing the device parts in a dishwasher is not recommend-
ed.
1. Wash the dripping tray, dripping grill, 2 in 1 scoop, portalter and
lter basket under running water with a mild detergent. Rinse the
components thoroughly and leave to dry.
Cleaning the basket lter and the portalter
1. Remove the portalter from the device.
2. Put in place and hold the lter basket lock.
3. Tap the lter basket to remove coee grounds.
4. Lower the lter basket lock back.
5. Remove the lter basket from the portalter.
6. Wash the portalter and the lter as described in the Accessories
cleaning section above.
Cleaning the water container
1. Remove the water container from the device and empty it.
2. oroughly wash the container and its lid under running water with
a mild detergent.
3. Leave until completely dry.
IX Repair
e device contains no parts that could be serviced by the user. Do
not attempt to repair the device on your own. Always have a special-
ist perform repairs.
If the power cord is damaged, it has to be replaced with an identical
one by the manufacturer, service or a qualied person.
