in your area. Retain this user guide for future reference.
• The oven is designed for outdoor use only. It must always be placed away from
structures and never inside a building or a garage, or in proximity to an enclosed
area. Place the product on a sturdy, level, stable and non-flammable surface and
keep it clear of from flammable or combustible materials, gasoline and other
flammable vapours and liquids.
• Be aware of any local laws or regulations that may specify a required distance
between outdoor cookers and any structures, or that may limit outdoor flame of
any type during drought or hazard periods.
• Always keep a fire extinguisher handy.
• Do not touch any metal parts of the oven until is has completely cooled. Some
areas of the oven will be hot and unsafe to touch during use, unless you are
wearing protective gear (gloves, BBQ mitts etc.)
• Do not install or use the oven in or on boats or recreational vehicles.
• Do not use the oven in high winds.
• Do not move the oven during use.
• Do not use petrol or any flammable liquids for lighting or relighting charcoal. Only
use firelighters complying to EN 1860-3.
• Always wait until the oven has completely cooled down before storing it away.
• Never handle charcoal once it has been lit.
• Ensure coals have been completely burned down to ash before removing them
from the oven.
• The oven is not intended to and should never be used as a heater.

• Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause
property damage, injury or death.
• Do not modify this product in any way as this may cause serious personal injury or

• Ensure all packaging and transit protection materials are removed prior to using the
oven.
SAFETY & WARNINGS

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must only be used in an above ground open-air situation with natural
ventilation.
• Do not store chemicals or flammable materials near this oven.
• Children and pets should always be supervised and kept clear of oven while
cooking or during warm up and cool down.
• People with flammable clothing such as nylon etc. should keep well away from the
oven while it is operating.
• Do not leave food unattended in the oven.
• Particular care must be taken when removing the ash and used coals. Hot ash can
cause serious injury and cause fires.
• Do not place any object on or against the oven during operation.
OVEN OPERATING GUIDELINES
Lighting the oven:
• Only solid fuel is to be used in this product (firewood, charcoal etc.)
• Place solid fuel onto the charcoal grid and light only using fire lighters complying to
EN 1860-3.
• Close the oven doors and let the solid fuel light (check occasional to ensure fire is
lit).
Cooking:
• Monitor heat inside oven via temperature gauge.
• Recommended temperature for cooking pizza is 230-250°C.
• Once desired temperature is reached, place pizza (or desired food) on the ceramic
cooking plate to cook.
• Regularly monitor temperature to ensure pizza/food in not under or over cooked.
• The chimney vent and charcoal compartment door vent can be used to control the
smoke and temperature within the oven when the door is closed.
Cleaning:
• Once finish cooking, remove left over solid fuel.
• Ash can be removed via the charcoal drawer.
• Always ensure oven is clean and free from oil or grease (internally and externally) to
ensure longevity of the oven.
• Ensure the oven is dry and stored under cover to protect from weather and
moisture.

Pre-caution:
• Always ensure hands are protected when placing or removing food from oven.
• Always ensure oven is completely cool before touching or cleaning the internal
areas.
• Do not subject the ceramic stone plate to sudden changes in temperature as this
may damage the ceramic stone plate.
• Open flames and burning embers must never be left unattended.
• After use, make sure the unit is allowed to cool before moving.
Important Information:
• Always monitor the temperature of the oven and do not exceed 300°C.
• Overheating of the oven may cause permanent damage to the oven.
• Overheating of the oven may cause browning to the stainless-steel door.
• Overheating of the oven may cause serious burns or injuries.

Remove all contents from packaging and ensure that all parts are present before
attempting to assemble. Tighten all fasteners by hand first. When the oven is fully
assembled, retighten the screws, nuts and bolts by using a wrench and screwdriver.
Step 1:
Attach the short legs (14) and long legs (15) to the shelf (16) using x8 M5x10 bolts (B) and x8
M5 nuts (C).
ASSEMBLY

Step 2:
Attach the short legs (14) and long legs (15) onto the bottom panel (11) using x16 M5x10 bolts
(B) and x16 M5 nuts (C).

Step 3:
• Insert the wheel axle (4) through the holes in the short legs (14).
• Secure the wheels (17) to the wheel axle (4) using x2 M6 lock nuts (E).

Step 4:
Attach the oven body (3) to the bottom panel (11) and secure it in place using x4 M5x10 bolts
(B) and x4 M5 nuts (C).

Step 5:
Attach the chimney cover (1) to the chimney (2) using x3 M5x10 bolts (B).

Step 6:
Install the chimney (2) onto the oven body (3) and secure it in place using x4 M5x10 bolts (B)
and x4 M5 nuts (C).

Step 7:
Attach the handle (13) onto the body (3) using x2 M6x12 bolts (A) and x2 flat washers (F).

Step 8:
• Attach the oven door (5) to the oven body (3) by inserting the door axle (6).
• Use the x2 split pins (D) and x2 plug pins (G) to secure the door in place.

Step 9:
• Attach the charcoal door (7) to the oven body (3) by inserting the door axle (6).
• Use the x2 split pins (D) and x2 plug pins (G) to secure the door in place.

Step 10:
Insert the charcoal drawer (8) into the oven body (3).

Step 11:
Place the cooking rack (9) and charcoal grid (10) into their respective compartments as
shown below.
