12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under

General
-This pizza oven is for Outdoor Use Only and NOT to be left unattended
-Pizza oven is to be used for intended use only. NOT intended for commercial use.

-DO NOT use a gas cylinder if it has any sign of damage eg. dents, damage, excessive rust, gouges,
corrosion,
or any other visible external damage.
-Check the gas hose for any sign of damage. Perform a leak test before each use of this pizza oven.
-Keep the gas hose away from any heated surface.
-DO NOT disc when the pizza oven is in use.
-Always disconnect the gas cylinder from your pizza oven when not in use. It is recommended to
store cylindes in an upright position, outdoors, out of reach of children.
-DO NOT attach a gas cylinder, move, or alter fittings when the pizza oven is in use or still hot.
-Upon completion turn the control knob off, then the gas cylinder valve off.
-In the event of a grease/oil fire, immdeiately turn off gas supply, if safe to do so and call Fire Brigade.

Rotary Table Top Gas Pizza Oven ASSEMBLY NOTES
Before commencing assembly of your table top pizza oven, unpack all of the components from
your carton. Carefully remove all packaging for the pizza oven and lay out all the components
as per the attached Primary Components List.
DO NOT discard the carton or packaging until you have fully assembled the pizza oven unit
and have fully assembled and checked the operation of your table top pizza oven.
Tools required for assembly of table top pizza oven are a No2 Phillips Head Screwdriver and
small adjustable spanner.
When assembled, the pizza oven unit is heavy at approximately 12 kg and is approximately
45 cm(W) 60.5 cm(D) 26 cm(H). If the Unit is too heavy, enlist the help of a colleague or
friend.
When the Unit is fully assembled you need to locate the pizza oven unit to a suitable location.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
BEFORE ASSEMBLY OF ANY PARTS, TAKE OUT ALL PARTS FROM THE CARTON.
DO NOT ASSEMBLE IF SOME PARTS ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING.

STEP 3
Turn unit over, insert the stone baking board with the flat side up, and
ensure board sits correctly on pizza roation holder.
Control valve in off posinon.
The hose and regulator is already connected to
the gas pizza oven.
STEP 4
Connect to the gas cylinder to the supplied connected LCC 27 hose and regulator.
Turn anticlockwise ensuring that, the hose is centred on the gas valve and hand
tighten being careful not to cross thread.
STEP 5
Assemble the pizza peel to the insulated
handle with the 3 screws and nuts supplied.

THE GAS SYSTEM
GAS AND REGULATOR INFORMATION
This pizza oven is designed for propane (LPG) gas
use only. Gas bottles with a LCC27 low pressure
connection are to be used with this pizza oven.
Suitable regulators must have an outlet pressure
of 2.75 kPa. You must have the proper regulator
and bottle in order for the pizza oven to operate
Australian Standard AS2030.1:2009 is used. DO NOT
use disposable gas cylinders. Please note the hose
and regulator supplied with this pizza oven are of an

CONNECTING THE HOSE AND REGULATOR TO THE
GAS BOTTLE
• Only use the hose assembly supplied with this
appliance for direct connection to the cylinder – DO
NOT USE ADAPTORS. DO NOT use any other hose
assembly. Check the gas hose for damage or signs
of abrasion before each use.
• Keep the hose clear of sharp edges and hot
surfaces.

thread the connection.

Rotary Gas Pizza Oven Table Top use:
To cook pizza’s preheat on Maximinum setting for 13 to 15 minutes.
Then turn gas control knob to Minium setting, then using the peel insert the pizza onto the rotation
holder, for approxmate 60-90 seconds.
The time can vary depending on ambient temperature, pizza base thickness and topping variantion.
While cooking use the handle to rotate the pizza to cook evenly.
• Befor lighting, check with soap water for any gas
leaks between the gas cylinder and regulator.

WARNING: If the burner fails to ignite, turn the control knob off and also turn the gas bottle
valve off, wait five minutes before attempting to relight with ingition sequence.
If ignition sequence could not be followed correctly, a fire causing injury or damage
may occur!
Using Your Rotary Table Top Gas Pizza Oven
Lighting up
Strike a match and place it into the burn chamber with the match holder, next to the burner.
Quickly turn the control knob to the Max position.
If the burner does not light within 4 or 5 seconds, turn the control knob OFF, wait for 5 minutes,
and repeat the process.
WARNING: Operations to be carried out by skilled persons only!
Depress and turn slowly anticlockwise until the control knob clicks and continue to hold for 5-10
seconds to allow the gas flow. If the burner DOES NOT ignite, repeat the process untill the burner
ignites. If after 5 attempts iginite has not been completed, turn off the control knob of both the
pizza oven and the gas cylinder, then wait for 5 minutes and repeat the process to ignite the gas.
When the unit is lit, heating will take up to 15 minutes depending on ambient temperature, wind
and weather conditions.
To cook your pizza, it will take up to 90 seconds depending on the thickness of the pizza base and
the various topping that you have selected for your pizza. Turn your control knob down to mininum
after warm up. And load your pizza onto the rotation holder, using the handle rotate the pizza to
cook your pizza evenly.
Handy hint:
- On your pizza stone sprinkle plain flour to help minimize sticking of your pizza base.
- To clean pizza stone, turn up side down and heat to maximum for around 5 minutes to burn off
excess food deposits.

Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING

may be present. Keep the area around the oven clear and free of combustible materials and vapors.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE TO BE PERFORMED AFTER EACH USE:
CAUTION: All care and maintenance procedures are to be performed only when the pizza oven is turned off
and fully cooled.
• Frequently check and clean the burner for insects and insect nests. A clogged tube can lead to a fire

water hose is not recommended. All moisture should be wiped away and not allowed to stand inside or
