Express Multi Cooker9912 Instructions
Please read carefully before use and retain for future reference.
Safety Warnings
Please read the instructions and warnings before using the product for the first
time.
• This unit is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the unit by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the unit.
• The unit is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
• Keep the unit and the power cable out of the reach of children when the unit is
plugged in or cooling down.
• Use non-metal utensils to prevent scratching the surface of the unit.
• Use the unit on a dry surface.
• Do not touch hot surfaces without a cooking glove.
• Do not use the unit if the electric cable or the plug is damaged.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Unplug the unit when it is not in use and before you clean it. Turn it off before
unplugging it.
• Do not unplug the unit with wet hands.
• When lifting the lid, take care not to be burned by the steam.
• WARNING: Other surfaces which come into contact with the appliance may also
become hot.
Since temperatures are perceived differently by individuals, this equipment should be
used with CAUTION. The equipment should be touched only at intended handles and
gripping surfaces. Use heat protection gloves or similar. Surfaces other than intended
gripping surfaces should be allowed to sufficiently cool down before being touched.
Operation
The unit has 3 positions: closed, half open (90º) and completely open (180º). To open
it completely, lift the handle up and turn it until the upper plate is in the horizontal
position.
• You can cook with the lid closed.
• You can fry or grill with the lid open.
In both cases, the plates can be used at the same time or separately, because the unit
has a switch for each plate.
Instructions for Use
1. Plug the device into the mains.
2. Turn on the ON/OFF button on the plate or plates you plan to use.
3. Set the timer to the desired time (1-30min).
4. When the timer stops, the unit will stop working.
5. Turn off the ON/OFF buttons.
Note: the unit will not work if the timer is not set.
The unit heats at a constant temperature of 185ºC.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Unplug the unit from the mains. Clean the plates with soap and water. Do not use
aggressive cleaners that may damage the surface.
The unit can be cleaned on the inside and outside with a damp cloth. Before cleaning,
make sure the device is unplugged and is not hot.
IMPORTANT: Never pour water directly on the unit. Never submerge it in water. Not
dishwasher safe.

Quality Warranty
This product is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects subject to the time
periods stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer’s
own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2 years), starting from
the date on which the unit is sold to the end user.
The warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship.
The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorised service centre.
When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase
date) must be submitted.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the unit, use of non-approved accessories.
• Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
• Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an
unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions.
• Partially or completely dismantled appliances.

You can place parchment paper or aluminium foil on the plates as needed.
When you finish cooking, unplug the unit from the mains.
Ham and Cheese Quiche (4 servings)
1 frozen shortcrust pastry
4 eggs
200g chopped ham
250ml milk
25ml single cream
200g grated Emmental
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Line the bottom plate of the unit with the shortcrust pastry.
2. Put the eggs, milk, single cream, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Mix with a mixer and add the grated cheese and chopped ham.
4. Pour the mixture into the crust.
5. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Chicken Burritos (2 servings)
2 medium chicken breasts
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 large onion
4 wraps or tortillas
Salt, pepper and virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables and sauté them in oil on the top plate for 15 minutes.
2. Chop the chicken and fry it with the vegetables for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Moisten the wraps in water and place them on the bottom plate until
golden brown.
4. Fill the wraps with the sautéed chicken and vegetables, roll them up and
leave them on the bottom plate. Close the lid of the unit for a few seconds.
Salmon with Asparagus (4 servings)
4 salmon fillets
1 bunch of green asparagus
1 onion
Raw sesame seeds
Lemon juice
Salt and virgin olive oil
Preparation:
1. Sauté the asparagus on the top plate for 5 minutes.
2. At the same time, sauté the sliced onion on the bottom plate for 10 minutes.
3. Season the clean salmon and place it on the top plate with a dash of lemon juice.
4. When the salmon is done, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Place the salmon on a plate with the onion on top and the asparagus on the side.
Four Seasons Pizza (4 servings)
1 round frozen shortcrust pastry
120g tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Mushrooms
Green olives
Prosciutto
Aubergine
Oregano
Preparation:
1. Place the shortcrust pastry on the bottom plate.
2. Slice all the ingredients and arrange them on the crust. Sprinkle with oregano.
3. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Apple Pie (4 servings)
1 frozen shortcrust pastry
2 apples
50g butter
Cinnamon and brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Line the bottom plate of the unit with the shortcrust pastry.
2. Spread butter on the entire crust.
3. Peel and slice the apples and place them on the crust.
4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
5. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
Cheesecake (8 servings)
350g cream cheese
4 eggs
1 plain yoghurt
300ml milk
250ml condensed milk
Preparation:
1. Use a mixer to mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place parchment paper on the bottom plate.
3. Pour the mixture onto the plate.
4. Close the lid and cook for 45 minutes.
Disposal of Packaging:
Dispose of the packaging at your local recycling centre.
Dispose of paper and carton separately from plastic bags at your local
recycling centre.
Dispose of the unit at the end of its lifespan at your local authorised
household waste recycling centre.
