Use Antenna
1) To receive MW stations the radio uses the internal
magnetic antenna, you can adjust the reception by
rotating the radio.
2) To receive FM stations use the telescopic antenna on top
of the radio, to get the best results change the length and
direction of the antenna.
Install battery
1) The radio uses 2 AAA 1.5 batteries (not supplied) Insert
batteries in the battery slot according to the polarity.
2) If the sound is distorted or the volume is faint change the
batteries.
3) Do not use new, old or
different types of
batteries together.
4If you do not use the radio
for a long time take out the
batteries to prevent leakage.
5) If the battery leaks clean the battery slot with a soft cloth
and replace the batteries with a new set.
Common problems
1) The MW and FM are sometimes affected by TV sets,
electrical equipment, fluorescent lamps and computers.
When using the radio keep it away from the above
mentioned items.
2) When the temperature is under -10°C in winter, it will cause
leakage of the LCD screen, in general please avoid using the
radio under low temperatures.
Precautions
1) Do not place the radio in direct sunlight or in hot or humid
places.
2) Keep magnetic tape, magnetic card and other magnetic
objects away from the speaker.
3) Do not use alcohol, thinners or strong detergents to clean
the radio.
4) Do not allow to get wet.

LCD Explanation

Reception Operation
1) Press FM button (12) to turn on the radio and to receive
FM band program.
2) Press the AM button (11) to turn on the radio and to
receive AM band program.
3) Turn the volume control dial (7) to adjust the volume.
4) Turn the tuner dial (5) to change the frequency on the
display screen to search for desired station
5) When the received station is correct and station signal is
strong, the LED indicator (2) lights up.
6) In order not to effect others, you can use earphones to
listen to the radio. Plug the earphones into the
Earphone jack (15).
Setting the clock
1) Keep the time set button (8) pressed down, meanwhile
press the hour adjustment button (3) to adjust the hour,
press the minute adjustment button (4) to adjust the
minute.
2) The 12 hours system is used in the radio. The AM on the
display screen indicates morning time, PM indicated
afternoon time.
Alarm setting
1) Press and hold down the alarm set button (9) then press
the hour adjustment button (3) to adjust hour, or the
minute adjustment button (4) to adjust minute.
2) Once you have finished setting the alarm press the alarm
on/off button (6) to set the alarm, a symbol of a clock will
appear on the LCD screen to show alarm is active.
Attention: When setting the alarm please pay attention
to the AM/PM indicators.
3) Press the power turn button to turn off the radio alarm.
