Corecess 3213 G.SHDSL Modem
User Manual
The following configuration will occur on ONE CPE only. This CPE will be defined by the
user as the “CO” CPE, while the opposite CPE will be defined (by default) as the “CPE” CPE.
1. Change IP Address of PC to so that it is on same network as CPE.
2. You may have to reboot CPE once.
•Try pinging 10.10.10.1 to see if there is a response
3. Launch Browser, and type http://10.10.10.1 into address field
4. Click on ENTER
You will get System Information Page
5. The Link Speed will indicate to you the status of the connection between both CPEs.
Since both CPEs are set to the “CPE” mode, they are both attempting to train with a
DSLAM. They will both attempt to train until a DSLAM is found.
Click on “Configurations” link at top of page in black margin area
6. A login popup box will appear
User Name = admin
Password = corecess
7. Change Parameters screen will appear as following:
8. Click on drop down arrow on right side of “Working mode” field and choose CO
Afterwards, click on “Save & Restart” button
9. You will get the following screen for about 30 seconds while the changes are
updated in CPE.
10. After 45 seconds, a Warning message will appear at bottom of browser asking you
to close Browser window.
11. You may have to restart browser and point it at 10.10.10.1
12. Click on ENTER to go to System Information screen
Look at Link Speed field, note that 2320+2320 Kbps is displayed.
Also, check the link light on both CPEs. They are both trained.
You are now ready to pass traffic. Have Fun!!
