Should you not have a press
you can use an ejector
STEP 1. take off the seeger from
pulley
Step 2. position pulley on press
for ejecting the bearings

STEP 3. insert a tool to press out
the cam of pulley
Step 4. cam of pulley with
bearings ejected from pulley

STEP 5. take off seeger on
bearings
STEP 6. with a long tool eject
bearings from cam of pulley

STEP 7. bearings ejection on
press
STEP 8. using a cylinder shape core
dry pressing install the first
bearings

STEP 9. insert fist bearings on
cylinder shape core dry pressing STEP 10. press it down cam of pulley

STEP 11. insert the washer in between
the two bearings, you have
previously took off
STEP 12. press second bearing using
following again steps 8-9-10

STEP 12. install the seeger back on
top of bearings
STEP 13. insert the cam of pulley with
bearings on pulley

STEP 13. insert pulley
seeger back on.
