Thank you for choosing a Cosatto product. Please take a little time to read the
important safety notes detailed below. This will ensure many years of happy, safe
use.
Safety: Take Note
•WARNING: Only suitable for children who are able to sit up unaided (approxi-
mately 6-9 months) up to 36 months.
•WARNING: Never leave your child unattended.
•WARNING: Make sure the harness is fitted correctly.
•WARNING: Do not use the highchair unless all the components are cor-
rectly fitted and adjusted.
•WARNING: Be aware of the risk of open fire and sources of strong heat,
such as bar fires, gas fires etc in the vicinity of the highchair.
•Do not use the highchair if any part becomes damaged or broken. Only use
Cosatto spare parts.
•Never lift the highchair or adjust the seat height with the child sat in it.
•Do not leave near any products that could present a danger of suffocation or
strangulation, e.g. strings, blinds/curtains cords etc.
•The tray is not designed to hold the child into the chair.
•Ensure all users are familiar with the products operation.
•Only use on a flat stable surface.
•Ensure children are clear of all moving parts before making any adjustments.
•Do not allow your child to climb unassisted into, play with or hang onto your
highchair. This is not a toy.
•All additional hazards such as electrical flex should be kept out of reach of the
child in the highchair.
•Adult assembly required. You will need a cross-point screwdriver. (not included)
•Keep small parts out of the reach of children under 36 months because of
possible choking hazard.
•Complies to BS EN 14988 : 2006.

INTRODUCTION
The multi-position height adjustment of the Aurora means that it is suitable
for use from breakfast bar to coffee table and its recline seat allows baby to
relax.
It is free standing when folded for your convenience.
The large wipe clean tray can be quickly adjusted or removed with one hand
for ease. The luxurious padded cover is easily removable for cleaning.

2 LEG ASSEMBLY
Ensure that the coloured inserts (2) on the leg faces outwards.
Insert the support bar into one side of the leg and align the holes.
Place one washer onto the screw Insert the screw through the hole.
Place a further washer onto the screw and secure using one bolt.
Repeat using the other leg.
3 FIXING THE FEET
Please note that each of the four legs has a sprung loaded pin.
Line up one of the feet so that small hole in the top of the foot lines up with
the pin.
Push firmly on the foot at either end until each of the two sprung pins click
into place within the small hole in the foot. Repeat for other foot.
4 OPENING THE HIGHCHAIR
Open the highchair base fully by squeezing both release catches (A) on the
rear legs and sliding them downwards until they click securely into place.
Ensure that the highchair base is correctly locked into position before
continuing.
5 FIXING THE SEAT UNIT
ACarefully lower the seat onto the side adjusters, ensuring the front of the seat
lines up with the holes in the height adjuster.
BStanding in front of the Highchair with both sets of holes aligned (you may
need to support the weight of the seat).
From the right hand side carefully push the steel fixing pin through both
adjusters and chair. Lift gently to check that the seat is firmly held.

CTo secure, click the locking clip (A) over the exposed end of the pin on the left
hand side, finally secure with cap (B) firmly pushing over clip (A). Repeat on
other side.
Warning: This fixing is not removable. This Highchair is not designed to be
disassembled once it has been constructed.
6 FITTING THE BASKET (if specified)
The basket attaches round the front basket bar by press studs and to the back
of the seat unit by the webbing hoops.
7 FITTING THE FOOT REST
Fit the footrest by sliding the grooves over the plastic fittings found on the
bottom of the seat until the footrest and seat unit are flush.
8 USING THE HARNESS
AA five-point safety harness is provided to restrain your child and should
always be worn.
Sliding adjusters are fitted and should be carefully adjusted on each side so
the harness fits your child comfortably.
To fasten the harness push clips into buckle.
To unfasten push clips in and remove from buckle.
‘D’ rings are fitted at the end of each waist strap should you wish to attach a
separate harness complying with BS 6684.
BLoop the webbing (for each shoulder strap) through the 2 slots in the seat
back and thread the webbing through the small gap in the metal D ring
to secure. If you cannot see the gap in the metal D ring turn the metal “D”
round through the webbing until it is visible.
CFor the waist strap slide each end buckles through the inner vertical slots and
turn each buckle on the back of the seat back to sit in the recess to secure.
DO NOT use the outer vertical slots.
DThread the crotch strap through the central slot and loop around the
horizontal support bar. Thread the webbing through the small gap in the
metal “D” ring.
If you cannot see the gap in the metal “D” ring turn the metal “D” round
through the webbing until it is visible. Ensure you fully thread the webbing
through the “D” ring so it cannot pull back through, check by pulling the
webbing taught.
IMPORTANT: SAFETY NOTE
The seat cover may be sponge cleaned only. If you feel the need to remove
the seat cover, for ease of cleaning, please ensure that you carefully follow the
instructions outlined in part 7 on how to correctly re-thread the safety harness.

9 FITTING THE TRAY
ATo remove the tray from the back legs simply lift off.
Lower the tray arms into position by pulling downward until a loud click is
heard.
BPosition the tray over the arms and pull outward on the front lever found on
the underside of the tray, whilst sliding the tray to the position required.
Use the front lever to position and or remove the tray at any time.
10 USING THE TWO PIECE TRAY
The tray can be separated by releasing both catches (A) (found either side on
the top tray) and by lifting off.
To secure together again, position the top tray over the bottom tray and push
down to secure (ensure this locates into position).
To store the tray on the back legs of the highchair, align the holes on the rear
of the tray and hook onto the small bungs on the back legs. The top tray can
also be rested on the rear legs but there are no hooks to secure.
11 ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT AND RECLINE
ATo adjust the height of the seat push in both of the height adjusting locks (A)
and simultaneously raise or lower the seat, releasing both of the locks at the
required height.
BTo adjust the angle of the seat, squeeze together the plastic mouldings (B)
(found on the back of the seat unit) and position as required, releasing the
mechanism to secure into place.
DO NOT recline the seat unit when the highchair is in its highest position.
IMPORTANT
During use the height adjustment may stick. Should this occur, and as part of
the regular maintenance routine, DO NOT use spray lubricants, simply wipe
clean after use.
12 FOLDING THE HIGHCHAIR
AFor a more compact fold, lower the seat height, fit the tray to the back of the
highchair and fold the tray arms up before folding the highchair.
Fold the tray arms by pushing in the release button (A) on each arm and raise.
BTo fold the highchair, press in both of the release catches (B) on the back legs
and slide the rear legs forward, until both sets of legs touch.
Check the highchair is correctly folded before leaving to stand free.

care & maintenance
•Ensure all locking devices work correctly & regularly check the locks & fittings for security.
•Regularly check all parts for wear & tear.
•DO NOT use spray lubricants, simply wipe clean after use.
cleaning
•The highchair can be cleaned by sponging with warm soapy water and a mild detergent. A
mild disinfectant may be used if desired.
•Stubborn marks may be removed with a non abrasive cream cleaner. Never clean with
abrasive, ammonia based, bleach based or spirit type cleaners.

INTRODUCCIÓN
El ajuste de altura en múltiples posiciones de la trona Aurora significa que es ideal
para el uso en una barra de cocina o mesa de café, y su asiento reclinable permite
al niño relajarse.
Cuando se pliega se mantiene de pie para su comodidad.
La gran bandeja de limpieza puede ajustarse rápidamente o retirarse con una
mano. La cubierta acolchada puede retirarse fácilmente para la limpieza.

2 ASAMBLEA de PIERNA
Asegure que el colorara adiciones (2) en las caras de pierna hacia afuera. Inserta la
barra de apoyo en un lado de la pierna y alinee los hoyos. Coloque una arandela
en el tornillo Inserte el tornillo por el hoyo. Coloque una arandela adicional en el
tornillo y asegure utilizando un cerrojo. Repita utilizar la otra pierna.
3 AJUSTAR LOS PIES
Compruebe que los adornos de color en las molduras laterales miran hacia afuera
(consulte la sección 4)
Tenga en cuenta que cada una de las cuatro patas tiene un pasador con presión
por muelle.
Alinee uno de los pies de modo que el orificio situado arriba del pie se alinee con
el pasador.
Empuje firmemente sobre el pie en cualquiera de los extremos hasta que ambos
pasadores con presión por muelle encajen en su sitio dentro del pequeño orificio
en el pie. Repita para el otro pie
4 ABRIR LA TRONA
Ponga de pie la trona, asegurándose de que está en una superficie nivelada y con
los accesorios de color (A) hacia afuera (como se muestra).
Abra la trona completamente presionando los dos pasadores de desbloqueo en las
patas traseras y deslizándolos por las patas hasta que queden fijos en la posición
abierta con un clic.
Asegúrese de que la trona está bloqueada en posición correcta antes de continuar.

5 FIJAR EL ASIENTO
AAbra la trona (como se describe en la sección 5 de las instrucciones) y baje cuida-
dosamente el asiento sobre los ajustadores laterales, asegurándose de que la parte
delantera del asiento queda alineada con los orificios en el ajustador de altura.
BSitúese enfrente de la trona con los dos conjuntos de orificios alineados (quizás
sea necesario que soporte el peso del asiento).
Desde la derecha, empuje cuidadosamente el pasador de fijación de acero a través
de ambos ajustadores y la silla.
Levante ligeramente para comprobar que el asiento está bien sujeto.
CPara ajustar, enganche la presilla de bloqueo (A) en el extremo del pasador del
lado izquierdo y asegure colocando firmemente el tapón (B) sobre la presilla (A).
Advertencia
Esta fijación no es desmontable. Esta trona no ha sido diseñada para desmontarse
una vez ha sido montada.
6 INSTALAR LA CESTA (si se especifica)
La cesta debe colocarse alrededor de la barra frontal para la cesta presionando
los broches y se sujeta al respaldo del asiento mediante los enganches para los
amarres.
7 MONTAR EL REPOSAPIÉS
Instale el reposapiés deslizando las muescas sobre las sujeciones de plástico
situadas en la parte inferior del asiento hasta que el reposapiés y el asiento estén
alineados.
8 UTILIZAR EL ARNÉS
ASe incluye un arnés de cinco puntos para sujetar al niño. Debe utilizarse siempre.
Se incluyen adaptadores deslizantes que deben ajustarse cuidadosamente a cada
lado para que el arnés se adapte cómodamente al niño.
Para abrochar el arnés, inserte las presillas en la hebilla.
Para desabrocharlos, presione las presillas y extráigalas de la hebilla.
Se incluyen anillas en forma de D en el extremo de cada correa de la cintura por si
desea acoplar un arnés independiente que cumpla con las certificaciones BS 6684.
BDeslice el amarre (de cada correa para el hombro) a través de las dos ranuras de
la parte posterior del asiento y páselo a través del pequeño espacio en la anilla
metálica en forma de D para asegurar.
CDeslice cada extremo de la hebilla por las ranuras verticales internas y presione
cada hebilla en el respaldo de la parte trasera del asiento para colocarlas en los
huecos y asegurarlo.
NO utilice las ranuras verticales externas.
DPase la correa de la entrepierna a través de la ranura central y engánchela
alrededor de la barra de soporte horizontal. Pase el amarre por la anilla en forma
de D para asegurar.
IMPORTANTE: NOTA DE SEGURIDAD
La funda del asiento sólo se puede limpiar con una esponja. Si considera necesario
extraer la funda del asiento, para limpiar con mayor facilidad, asegúrese de que
sigue atentamente las instrucciones descritas en la sección 7 para volver a instalar
el arnés de seguridad.

9 MONTAR LA BANDEJA
Para extraer la bandeja de las patas posteriores simplemente levántela.
Baje los brazos de la bandeja tirando hacia abajo hasta que escuchar claramente
un clic.
BColoque la bandeja sobre los brazos y tire hacia fuera en la palanca frontal o los
pasadores de desbloqueo laterales situados en la parte inferior de la bandeja,
mientras desliza la bandeja hasta colocarla en la posición que desee.
Utilice la palanca frontal o los pasadores de desbloqueo para posicionar y/o extraer
la bandeja en cualquier momento.
10 UTILIZAR LA BANDEJA DE DOS PIEZAS
La bandeja puede separarse desbloqueando los dos pasadores (A) (situados a cada
lado de la bandeja superior) y levantándola.
Para volver a juntarla, coloque la bandeja superior sobre la bandeja inferior y
presione hacia abajo para fijarla (asegúrese de que se acopla correctamente).
Para guardar la bandeja en las patas posteriores de la trona, alinee los orificios
situados en la parte posterior de la bandeja y engánchelos con los pequeños
salientes de las patas posteriores.
La bandeja superior también puede colocarse en las patas posteriores, pero no hay
enganches para sujetarla.
11 AJUSTAR EL ASIENTO
APara ajustar la altura del asiento, presione los dos bloqueos de ajuste de altura
(A) y, de manera simultánea, eleve o baje el asiento, NO utilice lubricantes
pulverizados. Simplemente limpie con un paño después del uso. Dopo l’uso
detergere semplicemente con un panno.
BPara ajustar el ángulo del asiento, presione a la vez las molduras de plástico
(B) (situadas en el respaldo del asiento) y colóquelo como desee, soltando el
mecanismo para ajustar en su sitio.
NO recline el asiento cuando la trona esté en su posición más alta.
IMPORTANTE
Durante la utilización del ajuste de altura, éste podría bloquearse.
Si esto ocurriera, aplique una pequeña cantidad de limpiador de muebles en un
paño limpio y limpie cada una de las patas,
12 PLEGAR LA TRONA
APara un plegado más compacto, reduzca la altura del asiento, coloque la bandeja
en la parte trasera de la trona y doble los brazos de la bandeja hacia arriba antes
de plegar la trona.
Doble los brazos de la bandeja presionando el botón de desbloqueo (A) de cada
brazo y elévelos.
BPara plegar la trona, presione los dos pasadores de desbloqueo (B) de las patas
posteriores y deslícelas hacia delante hasta que los dos conjuntos de patas se
toquen.
Compruebe que la trona está correctamente plegada antes de colocarla
verticalmente sin sujeción.

•Compruebe que todos los dispositivos de bloqueo funcionan correctamente y compruebe regu-
larmente los bloqueos y ajustes para su seguridad.
•Compruebe regularmente posibles desgastes o roturas de las piezas.
•NO utilice lubricantes pulverizados. Simplemente limpie con un paño después del uso.
limpieza
•La trona puede limpiarse pasándole una esponja con agua jabonosa caliente y detergente suave.
También puede utilizar un desinfectante suave.
•Las manchas más persistentes pueden eliminarse con crema limpiadora no abrasiva. Nunca
limpie con productos de limpieza abrasivos, con alcohol, lejía o amoniaco.
