Cleaning and disinfecting on a regular basis are important for maintaining
the performance of your Air Cooler.
IMPORTANT: Water left in the tank or base when not in use may result in buildup of
mineral deposits and bacteria which may inhibit the output efficiency as well as
void the warranty. If water remains in the Water Tank for more than a day or two,
bacterial growth is possible.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
1. Turn off, unplug from outlet, and empty water from tank & base daily.
2. Allow tank & base to air dry.
3. Leave cap off the tank until ready for next use.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
1. Turn off, unplug from outlet, and empty water from tank &base.
2. Fill the water tank halfway warm water and add 2 Tablespoons of white vinegar.
Shake vigorously and let sit for 30 minutes. Empty tank and rinse with plain water.
3. Remove filter and fill base with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of white
vinegar and let sit for 30 min. Empty base & rinse with plain water. Make sure
to pour water away from the fan outlet when emptying.
4. Allow tank & base to air dry and leave cap off the tank until the next use.
NEVER IMMERSE Air Cooler BASE IN WATER.
NOTE: Always empty the base by removing the air vent and pouring water away from
the unit’s fan.
REPLACING THE FILTER
For optimum performance, replace the filter every three months or after approximately 1000
hours of use. When the filter reaches the end of its serviceable life, the light below the
“Refill/Filter” flashes.
1) Disconnect the air cooler
2) Remove air Vent with the push button at the top right of the vent
3) Take out the used filter
4) Then insert the new filter, making sure it is positioned correctly, with the opening towards
the bottom and slot it in towards you
NOTE: If you live in a place where the water is hard, it may need to be changed more
frequently. In these cases, you will see minerals accumulating on the cooling device which
might in time obstruct the air flow.
END-OF-SEASON MAINTENANCE & STORING YOUR Air Cooler

2. Follow instructions for weekly maintenance above.
