PARTS:
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Do NOT Use While Charging
1. Charge the massager for 80 minutes before the first use.
2. Turn the massager ON by holding down the Power Button
for 2 seconds.
3. Press the Power Button once to change between the 3
vibration modes.
4. Press Up Arrow to increase intensity. There are 3 levels of
intensity.
5. Press the Down Arrow to decrease intensity between the 3
levels.
6Turn the massager OFF by holding down the Power Button
for 2 seconds.
To Relieve Clogged Breast Ducts:
1. Warm the clogged area on Breast: Place a warm,
moist compress on the clogged area for 5-10
minutes or take a warm shower.
TIP: The massager is water resistant. Can be used in
warm shower.
2. Massage the clogged Area on the breast: Use the
massager on a comfortable vibration and
intensity setting. Always move the massager
from the tender area toward the nipple. Use the
narrow tip of massager to apply pressure for a
deeper massage to unclog the duct for up to 5
minutes
3. Empty Your Breast: It is important to empty your
breast. Begin pumping or nursing on the
affected side until the blockage is broken up.
Massaging the breast while pumping around
the edges of the blockage will also help break
up the blockage
