USING ONE WIRED REMOTE DIMMER TO CONTROL MUTIPLE SKY UNITS
By plugging in the wired remote dimmer into either of the 7 pin Weipu
connectors located directly below the blue rubber sealing cap on the back of the
unit and using a Creamsource Micro DMX Y-cable (article CSU-DMX) in the other
7 pin connector, you may interconnect multiple Sky units (using a Creamsource
Micro DMX Y-cable in each Sky) with standard 5P DMX cables. They are industry
standard and thus easy to find in various lengths.
This will allow access to the menu system of the units for setup and also control of
levels, CCT and other setting on all the Sky units connected.
Important: It does not matter which 7 pin Weipu is used, nor which DMX plug is
used to interconnect as there is no DMX protocol being transmitted – only
Creamsource priority control signals.
