1.LED bars are not replaceable by the end user
by construction; only a technical operator at the
production site can replace these bars
For Control Authority (CA) LS-CA
1.Follow points A - B of paragraph PS-CA
2.Unscrew screws 5 that fix LED bars 4 on hou-
sing 1 via thermal pad 3 and frame 2
3.Remove LED bars 4 without damaging the
thermal pad 3

Disassembly Instructions
Power Supply (PS)
For End User (EU)
PS-EU
a.The power supply is not replaceable by the end user by
construction; only a technical operator at the production
site can replace the components
For Control Authority (CA) PS-CA
A.Access the wiring compartment by unscrewing the four
screws 3 on cover 2 of the device (Fig.2)
B.Disconnect the cables connected to driver 6 on its termi-
nal block 4 and 5 (Fig.2)
C.Remove driver 6 from metal plate 7 (Fig.2)
D.If present, disconnect the sensor 6 and module 3 cables
from connector 11 (Fig.3)
E.Unscrew the screws of module 3 and sensor 6 from hou-
sing 1(Fig.3)
F.Replace the driver, module and sensor with new compo-
nents (if necessary) (Fig.3)
G.Reconnect the cables to connector 11 and terminal bloc-
kers of the new driver (Fig.2 and 3)
H.Close the wiring compartment by screwing the four
screws 3 with a torque of 4 Nm (Fig.2)
