WARRANTY
Crosley Radio Products are warranted against de ects in material and
workmanship or a period o 90 days beginning rom the date o sale to the
original purchaser.
Should the unit ail under normal usage during the 90 day warranty period, a
request or RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R.A.) must be made by the original
customer be ore returning the unit. Call Crosley Radio customer service or
Return Authorization at (502) 583-4246 rom 9 AM to 5 PM (EST) Monday to
Friday.
Upon receiving the RETURN AUTHORIZATION number rom the Customer
Service Department, properly pack your unit in its original packaging. Include
any adapters, parts, & accessories which were originally provided with the
product, along with a check or money order or $19.95 made out to Crosley
Radio to cover the handling and return postage. Display the R.A. # on the
outside o the carton and ship PREPAID via standard UPS or its equivalent.

CROSLEY RADIO assumes no responsibility or units sent without prior Return Authorization.
The purchasers bill o sale is the only proo o warranty entitlement and must accompany the unit.
The warranty does not cover damage due to acts o nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial
use or modi ication o , or to any part o the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper
operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than
a acility authorized by Crosley Radio to service the product. This warranty does not cover products sold
AS IS or consumables (such as uses or batteries). This warranty is valid only in the United States.
This warranty gives the purchaser speci ied legal rights in addition to any rights which may vary rom state
to state.
In accordance with the "Moss-Magnuson Warranty Act" o July 10, 1975, this is termed a "limited warranty"
which in no way compromises Crosley Radio high standards o Quality and Workmanship.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
THAT ARE APPLICABLE TO YOUR EQUIPMENT
1. Read Instructions - All the sa ety and operating instructions should be read be ore the product is operated.
2. Retain instructions - The sa ety and operating instructions should be retained or uture re erence.
3. Heed Warnings - All warnings on the product and in the operating Instructions should be adhered to.
4. Follow Instructions - All operating and use instructions should be ollowed.
5. Cleaning - Unplug this product rom the wall outlet be ore cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use
a damp cloth or cleaning.
6. Attachments - Do not use attachments not recommended by the product manu acturer as they may cause hazards.
7. Water and Moisture - Do not use this product near water - or example, near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink, or
laundry tub; in a wet basement; or near a swimming pool; and the like.
8. A product and cart combination should be moved with care. Quick stops, excessive orce, and uneven
sur aces may cause the product and cart combination to overturn.
9. Ventilation - Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided or ventilation and to ensure reliable
operation o the product and to protect it rom overheating, and these openings must not be blocked
or covered, The openings should never be blocked by placing the product on a bed, so a, rug, or
other similar sur ace. This product should not be placed in a built - in installation such as a bookcase
or rack unless proper ventilation is provided or the manu acturer's instructions have been adhered to.
10. Power Sources - This product should be operated only rom the type o power source indicated on the marking label,
i you are not sure o the type o power supply to your home. Consult your product dealer or local power company. For
products intended to operate rom battery power, or other sources, re er to the operating instructions.
11. Grounding or Polarization - This product may be equipped with a polarized alternating-current line plug (a plug having
one blade wider than the other). This plug will it into the power outlet only one way. This is a sa ety eature. I you
are unable to insert the plug ully into the outlet try reversing the plug, I the plug should still ail to it, contact your
electrician to replace your obsolete outlet. Do not de eat the sa ety purpose o the polarized plug.
12. Power - Cord Protection - Power - supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to
be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them, paying particular attention to
cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit rom the product.
13. Lightning - For added protection or this product during a lightning storm, or when it is le t
unattended and unused or long periods o time, unplug it rom the wall outlet and disconnect
the antenna or cable system. This will prevent damage to the product due to lightning and power - line surges.
14. Power Lines - An outside antenna system should not be located in the vicinity o overhead power lines or other electric
light or power circuits, or where it can all into such power lines or circuits. When installing an outside antenna system,
extreme care should be taken to keep rom touching such power lines or circuits as contact with them might be atal.
15. Overloading - Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or integral convenience receptacles as this can result
in a risk o ire or electric shock.
16. Object and Liquid Entry - Never push objects o any kind into this product through openings as they may touch
dangerous voltage points or short - out parts that could result in a ire or electric shock. Never spill liquid o any kind
on the product.
17. Servicing - Do not attempt to service this product yoursel as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous
voltage or other hazards. Re er all servicing to quali ied service personnel.
18. Damage Requiring Service - Unplug this product rom the wall outlet and re er servicing to quali ied service personnel
under the ollowing conditions;
a. When the power-supply cord or plug is damaged.
b. I liquid has been spilled, or objects have allen into the product.
c. I the product has been exposed to rain or water.
d. I the product does not operate normally by ollowing the operating instructions. Adjust only those controls that
are covered by the operating instructions as an improper adjustment o other controls may result in damage and
will o ten require extensive work by a quali ied technician to restore the product to its normal operation.
e. I the product has been dropped or damaged in any way.
. When the product exhibits a distinct change in per ormance - this indicates a need or service.
19. Replacement Parts - When replacement parts are required, be sure the service technician has used replacement
parts speci ied by the manu acturer or have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions
may result in ire, electric shock, or other hazards.
20. Sa ety Check - Upon completion o any service or repairs to this product, ask the service technician to per orm sa ety
checks to determine that the product is in proper operating condition.
21. Wall or ceiling Mounting - The product should be mounted to a wall or ceiling only as recommended by the manu acturer.
22. Heat - The product should be situated away rom heat sources such as radiators. Heat registers, stoves, or other
products (including ampli iers) that produce heat.
WARNING: The users manual or instruction manual or an intentional or unintentional radiator shall caution the user
that changes or modi ications not expressly approved by the party responsible or compliance could void the users
authority to operate the equipment.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and ound to comply with the limits or a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part
15 o the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harm ul inter erence in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio requency energy and, i not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harm ul inter erence to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee
that inter erence will not occur in a particular installation. I this equipment does cause harm ul intere erence to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment o and on , the user is encouraged to try to correct
the inter erence by one or more o the ollowing measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an circuit di erent rom that to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio TV technician or help.
NOTE: The manu acturer is not responsible or any radio or TV inter erence caused by unauthorized modi ications
