CROSSRC XX10 User manual

1. 车身部件喷涂、粘合过程请在通风场所进行，并佩带好安全口罩。
2. 车身组装时，请注意不同胶水的使用：车壳为ABS材料，请使用ABS专用胶水；车窗及灯片为亚克力材料，请使用腐蚀性小的透明胶
水或模型专用胶水。
3. 对ABS塑料车身粘合前需要清洁干净粘合面，粘合面不能有油漆，并对两粘合物涂ABS胶水后，施加10秒压力让其充分粘合。
4. 车身部件粘合或喷涂前请先进行模拟组装，以确定部件粘合和喷涂的先后顺序。
5. 电子设备接线图请参考说明书第20页说明；动力调试时请在车轮悬空的情况下进行。
6. 本品是高精密模型，需要一定的技术经验及100小时以上的组装时间。组装前请详细阅读本说明书，并严格按照本说明书进行组装。
7. 组装过程需用到螺纹胶，注意螺纹胶不能与车壳零件有任何接触，螺纹胶与ABS材料会生产化学反应，能使车壳脆化、开裂。
8. 建议采用模型专用工具进行安装，过程中请务必注意工具的安全使用。
9. 本品为专业模型，禁止坐人及在公路上操作。

1. During the spraying painting and bonding of body parts, please be in the ventilation place, and wear a safety mask.
2. When body assembly, please pay attention to the different glue used: car shell is ABS material, please use ABS special glue;
window and lamp plate is acrylic material, please use small corrosive transparent glue or model special glue
3. Before bonding the ABS plastic body, it is necessary to clean the bonding surface and ensure that there is no paint on the
bonding surface. After applying ABS adhesive to both types of bonding materials, apply pressure for more than 10 seconds
to fully bond them。
4. Before bonding or spraying paint on the body components, please conduct a simulated assembly to determine the
sequence of component bonding and spraying.
5. Please refer to the instructions on page 20 of the manual for the wiring diagram of electronic equipment; Please perform
power debugging with the wheels suspended.
6. This product is a high-precision model that requires technical experience and over 100 hours of assembly experience.
Please read the instructions carefully before assembly and strictly follow the instructions for assembly.
7. Thread sealant needs to be used during the assembly process. Be careful not to have any contact with the car shell parts.
Thread sealant will react chemically with ABS material, which can cause the car shell to become brittle and crack.
8. It is recommended to use model specific tools for assembly, and please pay attention to the safe use of the tools during
the process.
9. This product is a professional model, and it is prohibited to sit or play on the road。

Safety Precautions
1.1 This radio-controlled model is not a toy, it is designed for persons 14 years of age or older.
1.2 Do not operate your vehicle on unsafe terrain; always pay attention to your surroundings.
1.3 Never operate your vehicle on public roadways, around moving people, animals, or operating machinery.
1.4 Keep clear of power lines and high-powered radio equipment to minimize radio frequency interference.
1.5 Since this vehicle contains small components, it may be a choking hazard for small children. Keep the vehicle and
any spare parts out of reach of small children.
Inspect your radio-controlled model before operation
2.1 Ensure that all screws are properly tightened. Use thread-lock to secure any metal to metal contacts- especially for components designed to withstand
torque (servo mounts, motor mount, drive shaft grub screws etc.).
2.2 Always check the battery voltage for both the transmitter and vehicle prior to operating your vehicle. Keep the batteries fresh in the transmitter and
always begin your vehicle runs with a fully charged battery pack.
2.3 Always check that the motor and servo are operating smoothly and in the right direction prior to operation. If binding between components is observed,
replace parts as necessary to reduce possibility of component or servo damage.
2.4 To turn on your vehicle, always power on your transmitter first, then power on your receiver.
After operating your radio-controlled model
3.1 To turn off the vehicle, always power off your receiver prior to powering off your transmitter.
3.2 Use caution when handling the vehicle- components, especially the ESC and motor which will be hot after operation.
3.3 Never use battery packs which are dented or otherwise damaged. Ensure that the wire insulation is intact and that connectors are properly soldered.
Lithium batteries can become fire hazards if mishandled.
