1 Product Features
CURACO Carebidet 1B is the innovative nursing smart bidet specially
designed for people with limited mobility such as bedridden patients,
the elderly and the disabled. This Automatic Toileting Aid System
automatically detects and flushes urine/feces, washes and air-dries
the user’s body, ensuring personal hygiene and comfort without use of
paper diaper.

2 Safety Precautions
To ensure proper use of the product and user safety and to avoid any
property damage, be sure to understand the safety precautions below
before using the product and follow the instructions.

Warning Safety Warning
Failure to observe warnings might result in death or serious injury.
●Remove dirt or moisture from the electrical plug and make sure it is
securely plugged into the outlet.
●If power cord is broken or damaged, contact with your dealer,
customer service center or professional electrical engineer to get it
replaced.
●Make sure that a properly grounded (3 prong) outlet has been
installed. Failure to install a grounded outlet could cause electric
shock in the event of malfunction or short circuit. In this case,
contact a professional electricity engineer.
●Make sure that the product voltage stated on the label at the back
of the product is the same as the voltage of your country. If not, do
not use the product.
●Do not use many plugs into the same outlet, for example using outlet
splitters. Doing so can cause fire due to heat.
●Do not pull forcibly the power cord and do not plug or unplug the
power cord with wet hands. Doing so might cause a short circuit,
electric shock, or a fire.
●Do not install the product anywhere with high humidity. Doing so
might cause a fire or electric shock.
●Never disassemble, repair, or modify the product.
●Do not put heater or stove nearby the product. It might cause a fire.
●Do not throw flammable substances such as lighted cigarette into
the product.
●Keep the product away from water or high humidity.
»High humidity or any liquid substances could do damage to parts or electric
circuits of the product.
»In case when water flows in the product, turn the power off, drain the water,
and contact the customer service center.
»Beware of the fact that any malfunction caused by the product getting wet or
being put into water is not covered by free warranty repair.

Caution Safety Caution
Failure to observe cautions might result in minor/moderate injury or
property damage.
●Do not use recycled wastewater or industrial water. It might cause
skin disorders or damage.
●When an alarm message regarding the water tank appears, fill it up
with clean water. It is recommended to use potable water, tap water,
electrolyzed water1), or hypochlorous acid water2).
●Do not use distilled water or purified water.
●Beware of low-grade burns. Exposing certain part of your skin
to even relatively low temperature of 40 degrees or lower for an
extended period of time might result in low-grade burns.
●Be cautious of the fact that if you use warm air dry for more than 8
minutes, it might result in low-grade burns.
●Be cautious when the product is used for kids, the elderly, people
with sensitive skin, people incapable of adjusting temperature on
their own, or people who have taken sleep inducing medicine.
(sleeping pill or cold medicine, etc.)
●Make sure if the user has any disorder, disease, or injury before using
the product, and if any, please consult with a physician to determine
whether the product is suitable for the user or not.
●Stop using the product and unplug the power cord if a malfunction
occurs. Possible malfunctions:
»Main body unit or diaper cup is damaged.
»The product makes an odd noise or emits an unpleasant odor.
»Power turns on or off when touching the power cord.
»Power plug or cord is hot.
»Main body unit or diaper cup is hot.
1) Electrolyzed Water: produced by the electrolysis of the ordinary tap water and this
harmless water is used as cleanser, disinfectant, or sanitizer.
2) Hypochlorous acid water (HCIO): harmless disinfectant mainly used in hospitals and also
used as a green food additive

●Do not stand on or place heavy objects on the main body unit. This
could damage the product and cause malfunction.
●Do not rest on the product with its cover open and do not open/
close the main body unit cover forcibly.
●Do not bend forcibly or crush the tube connected to the diaper cup.
Doing so might damage the product and cause water leaks.
●When cleaning external surface of the product, do not use benzene,
paint thinner, chemical cleaner, or nylon scrubbing pads. These items
could result in discoloration or damage metal parts of the product.
●Keep out of reach of children.
●When used by children or persons with disabilities, parents or
guardians must be with them.
●Do not plug in the power cord unless all the components including
the deodorizing filter, the water tank and the sewage tank are all
installed properly.
●When the product will not be in use for a extended period of time,
drain the water tank and unplug the power cord.
●Keep the room temperature warm in order to prevent the product
from freezing.
●Refrain from using the product on a tilted or bumpy ground.
●Do not use the product in an enclosed space.
●When an alarm message regarding the sewage tank appears, empty
it immediately. If the sewage tank is full, the product will not be
working and it could cause malfunction.
●Do not put the diaper cup by force.
●Do not clean the diaper cup with running water or put it into water.
Caution
When using the product for longer hours, ensure that the patient’s
position needs to be changed for every two hours. Consult with your
medical professionals for details.
