L’achat de votre Chape oversized CyclingCeramic nécessite un montage
ainsi qu’un entretien spécifque. Pour le montage et la maintenance en
cas d’un doute nous vous conseillons de prendre contact avec votre

Voici la série d’étapes nécessaire pour le montage de votre chape.
The purchase of your Cyclingceramic oversized derailleur cage
requires specific mounting and maintenance. If you have any
doubts concerning the mounting and maintenance we advise
you to get in touch with your dealer.
Here are the series of steps for setting up your cage.

Cyclingceramic product. Your product was not only hand-assembled in
France but was also made with a passion and love for sport and bike racing.
We did not design this product for it to pass un-noticed, but rather as one
that play a key role in helping you to beat all your records. The growing

1. Commencez par aligner votre dérailleur
arrière sur le milleu de votre cassette puis
enlever la chaine.
Begin by aligning your rear derailleur with middle
speed and remove your rear wheel.
2. Enlevez le dérailleur du vélo puis
démonter les galets actuels.
Remove your derailleur from the bike and dismount
the original pulley wheels.
3. Démonter la chape SRAM AXS du
dérailleur avec l’aide de notre outil mais pas
complétement. Quand il y a assez de jeu,
vous pouvez enlever la butée du dérailleur
et le laisser le ressort se détendre. A cette
étape la, vous pourrez enlever la vis
complétement et le reste de la chape.
After loosening the bolt, unwind the spring tension,
then remove the bolt completely.
4. Démonter la chape CyclingCeramic en
enlevant les vis des galets et de la butée. Puis
Veuillez indiquer à l’aider d’un feutre la partie
plate de la plaque CyclingCeramic et de la vis
du dérailleur Sram afin de faciliter son
montage.
Disassemble the CyclingCeramic overized cage.
Start with the stop pin and the pulley wheels. Once
secure all the way set aside the cage. With a felt tip
mark identify the flat edge. Place a mark on the
rounded face identifing the edge that’s flat.
5. Insérez le ressort d’origine dans le dérailleur
SRAM, puis l’autre partie dans le perçage de la chape
CyclingCeramic puis positionner la chape dans la vis
centrale du dérailleur. Mettez l’écrou SRAM et vissez
sur un filet uniquement
Reinstall the spring in the derailleur body. Install the
nut and tighten it a few revolutions, less than finger
tight.
6. A cette étape il faudra faire une rotation
dans le sens anti horaire de la chape et venir
positionner la partie plate de la chape et la
partie plate du dérailleur l’un en face de l’autre,
vous pourrez à ce moment là visser l’écrou
complétement puis mettre la vis de butée de
la chape puis remonter la chape entiérement
avec ses galets et sa plaque de carbone
arrière.
Load the spring tension by pivoting the front cage
clockwise around the center nut one revolution. Align
and engage the D-shape, then tighten the nut to
6Nm. Check if the cage and clutch move freely for
operation. Install the rotation stop screw.
