12. Réglez l’espace entre le galet supérieur
et le petit pignon (8mm). Utilisez les vis de
butée pour régler la butée haute et basse (B
et C).
Adjust the space between the upper pulley wheel
and the small cog (8mm). Use the limit screws to
adjust the upper and lower limit (B and C).
11. Réinstallez la roue arrière et la chaine.
Vérifiez le bon alignement de la patte de
dérailleur.
Put the rear wheel back in and chain. Check that
the derailleur cage is aligned correctly.
10. Insérez le plot de butée en le vissant
avec un tournevis à tête plate.
Insert the limit screw section with a flat-headed
screwdriver.

Maintenance
Utilisez l’huile fournit pour lubrifier les roulements des galets après
chaque sortie sous la pluie et nettoyage du vélo. Appliquez directement
l’huile sur les joints.
Veillez à démonter votre dérailleur pour chaque voyage pour ne pas
endommager celui-ci dû à la longueur de la chape.
Use the oil supplied to lubricate the pulley wheel bearings after
each ride in wet conditions and after cleaning your bike. Apply
the oil directly to the joints. Make sure that you remove your
derailleur each time you travel to avoid any damage due to the
length of the cage.

Here are the series of steps for setting up your cage.

Now that you are equipped with one of our products, a part of France will
follow you on your ride wherever you are. Now see how far you can push
yourself !
1. Commencez par aligner votre dérailleur
arrière sur la 3eme vitesse et enlevez votre
roue arriere
Begin by aligning your rear derailleur with with the
3rd speed and remove your rear wheel.
2. Enlevez votre chaine à l’aide d’un outil
aproprié.
Remove your chain with the correct chain tool.
3. Dévissez la vis en tirant sur la chape vers
l’arrière pour pouvoir entièrement l’enlever
du dérailleur.
Remove the screw by pulling the cage to the rear
in order to completely remove it from the derailleur.
4. Enlever la chape du dérailleur.
Remove the cage.
5. Insérez le ressort dans les percages aproprié
suivant votre groupe.
A : Tension forte / High tension / Performance (low friction)
B : Tension Moyenne / Medium tension / Mix between Performance/Shifting
C : Tension faible / Low tension / Best shifting (high friction)
Insert the spring in the correct drill holes according to
your groupset.
6. Insérez la chape dans le dérailleur en
prenant soin de bien positionner le ressort
dans le cran interne du dérailleur.
Place the cage on the derailleur, taking care to place
the spring in the inside notch of the derailleur.
7. Insérez la vis.
Insert the screw.
9. Vissez la vis puis vérifier que la bonne tension de la chape
permet le retour et le mouvement fluide.
Tighten the screw then check that the cage's tension allows it
to move back and has a fluid movement.
