• Connect the kit to your PC using the provided
USB cable
Note 1: Ensure the 'PWR SEL' switch is in the
'EXT' position, before connecting the kit
Note 2: This demo does not require driver
installation, although it may continue in
the background

• Touch the color gamut triangle to select a
particular color. RGB LED will turn ON with the
selected color.
• Once the nger is removed from the kit, the
RGB LED will turn off after 3 seconds.

• Pull out the bottom case by inserting the nger
in the notch provided (A)
• Remove the bottom case by gradually moving
the nger along the edge of the bottom case (B)
For detaching the main board from the top case
• Hold the kit as shown in the gure and pull the
side wall outwards (C)
• Hold the USB connector and gently lift the board
upwards (D)
• The Flex PCB is permanently attached to the top
case. Do not attempt to separate the Flex PCB
from the top case
Note: Refer to the Kit Guide for details on reassembling the kit case.
How to open the kit case
The case houses an FR4 board called the PSoC 4 S-Series Pioneer board (main board) and a Flex PCB
