DEUTSCH: Filtrierende Halbmasken – GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
WICHTIG: Die Neolution®Air filtrierende Halbmasken sind persönliche Schutzausrüstung der Kategorie III nach der
Verordnung (EU) 2016/425 zum Schutz gegen feste und flüssige Aerosole. EU-Baumusterprüfung basierend auf EN
149:2001+A1:2009. Schutzkategorie FFP2 oder FFP3, wie auf der Maske gekennzeichnet.
ANWENDUNGEN: FFP2: Filtrierende Halbmasken der Kategorie FFP2 schützen gegen feste und flüssige Partikel von allen
Feinstäuben bis zu einem 10-fachen des jeweils gültigen MAK- bzw. TRK-Wertes. FFP3 : Filtrierende Halbmasken der
Kategorie FFP3 schützen gegen feste und flüssige Partikel von allen Feinstäuben bis zu einem 30-fachen des jeweils
gültigen MAK- bzw. TRK-Wertes.
PRÜFUNG VOR DEM GEBRAUCH: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Gebrauch, dass die filtrierende Halbmaske einschließlich
aller Bestandteile keine Löcher, Risse oder sonstige Schäden aufweist. Haben Sie einen Schaden entdeckt, NUTZEN SIE DIE
MASKE AUF KEINEN FALL. Benutzen Sie eine neue. Nationale Vorschriften sind zu beachten, z. B. DGUV-Regel 112-190 (BGR
190) „Benutzung von Atemschutzgeräten“, BGI 504-26 „Auswahlkriterien für die spezielle arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge
nach dem Berufsgenossenschaftlichen Grundsatz, G26 Atemschutzgeräte“.
AUFSETZANLEITUNG: 1. Falten Sie die Nasen- und Kinnlasche auf der Rückseite der Maske auf und bringen Sie die Maske in
eine Schalenform. 2. Achten Sie darauf, dass beide Laschen komplett ausgeklappt sind. 3. Legen Sie die Kinnlasche unter
Ihr Kinn und ziehen Sie die Kopfbänder hinter den Kopf. 4. Unteres Band um den Nacken legen. Oberes Band an den
Hinterkopf oberhalb der Ohren legen. Ziehen Sie die beiden Laschen so zurecht, dass sie bequem sitzen, und vergewissern
Sie sich, dass die Laschen nirgends nach innen gefaltet sind. 5. Biegen Sie den Nasenbügel mit beiden Händen um die Nase
herum, damit die Maske um die Nase gut auf dem Gesicht anliegt. 6. Prüfen Sie den Dichtsitz der Maske, indem Sie die
Maske mit beiden Händen umschließen und tief einatmen. Im Inneren der Atemschutzmaske sollte ein Unterdruck zu
spüren sein. Wenn Luft um Ihre Nase herum strömt, drücken sie den Nasenbügel fester an. Wenn Luft an den Rändern
austritt, positionieren Sie die Kopfbänder neu, um einen besseren Sitz zu erreichen. *ANMERKUNG: Maske sofort
austauschen, wenn das Atmen schwieriger wird oder die Maske beschädigt oder so verformt ist, dass eine optimale
Abdichtung nicht mehr gewährleistet ist. Maske nur gemäß dieser Aufsetzanleitung benutzen.
WARNHINWEISE: 1. Missachtung der hier gegebenen Anweisungen oder Anwendungsbeschränkungen für dieses Produkt
können die Wirksamkeit dieser Maske reduzieren und Übelkeit oder gar Tod zur Folge haben. 2. Eine sorgfältig
ausgesuchte Maske ist essenziell zum Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit. Vor der Anwendung dieser Maske konsultieren Sie eine
entsprechende Sicherheitsorganisation, um festzustellen, ob diese Maske den Anforderungen des geplanten
Einsatzbereiches entspricht. 3. Filtrierende Halbmasken sind von der Umgebungsatmosphäre abhängig. Nur in
ausreichend belüfteten Umgebungen verwenden. Nicht verwenden, wenn die Atmosphäre weniger als 19 % Sauerstoff
enthält. 4. Atemschutzmasken dürfen nicht eingesetzt werden, wenn die Konzentration der Schadstoffe eine unmittelbare
Bedrohung für die Gesundheit oder das Leben darstellen. 5. Nicht in einer explosiven Atmosphäre benutzen. 6. Der
Arbeitsraum ist sofort zu verlassen, wenn (a) das Atmen schwierig wird, (b) Schwindel oder Erschöpfung auftritt. 7.
Gesichtshaare sowie spezielle Charakteristika der Gesichtsform können u. U. die Wirksamkeit dieser Maske reduzieren. 8.
An der Maske dürfen keine Veränderungen oder Modifikationen vorgenommen werden. 9. Zum einmaligen Gebrauch
bestimmt. Keine Pflege notwendig. Nach Gebrauch fachgerecht entsorgen. 10. Masken in der Verpackung vor direkter
Sonneneinwirkung entfernt bis zum Gebrauch aufbewahren.

ENGLISH: Filtering half masks - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IMPORTANT: The Neolution®Air filtering half masks are Personal Protective Equipment Category III in compliance with
Regulation (EU) 2016/425 against solid and liquid aerosols. Type tested according to EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Protection
category FFP2 or FFP3 as marked on the mask.
APPLICATIONS: FFP2: Filtering half masks of category FFP2 protect against solid and liquid particles of all fine dusts up to
10 times WEL, [i.e. APF=10]. FFP3: Filtering half masks of category FFP3 protect against solid and liquid particles of all fine
dusts up to 20 times WEL, [i.e. APF=30].
CHECK BEFORE USE: Before use, make sure that the filtrating half mask, including all components, has no holes, cracks or
other damage. If you discover any damage, DO NOT USE THE MASK. Use a new one. National regulations must be
observed, e.g. DGUV regulation 112-190 (BGR 190) "Use of respiratory protective equipment", BGI 504-26 "Selection
criteria for special occupational medical precautions in accordance with the employers' liability insurance association
principle, G26 Respiratory protective equipment".
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Separate top and bottom panels at the back of the mask to form a cup shape. 2. Ensure both
panels are fully unfolded. 3. Cup the bottom panel under your chin and pull the elastic head straps behind the head. 4.
Place lower elastic around back of neck. Place the upper elastic on the back of the head above the ears. Adjust top and
bottom panels for a comfortable fit and ensure panels are not folded inwards. 5. Using both hands, press nose clip around
nose to the shape of the nose for a good facial seal. 6. To test the fit, cup both hands over the respirator and inhale

sharply. A negative pressure should be felt inside respirator. If air flows around your nose, tighten the nosepiece. If air
leaks around the edges, reposition the head straps for better fit. *NOTE: Change respirator immediately if breathing
becomes difficult or respirator becomes damaged or deformed in such a way that an optimal seal can no longer be
guaranteed. Use mask only in accordance with these fitting instructions.
WARNINGS: 1. Failure to follow the instructions given here or restrictions on use of this product may reduce the
effectiveness of this mask and result in nausea or even death. 2. A carefully selected mask is essential to protect your
health. Before using this mask, consult an appropriate safety organization to determine if this mask meets the
requirements of the intended use. 3. Filtering half masks are dependent on the ambient atmosphere. Use only in
adequately ventilated environments. Do not use if the atmosphere contains less than 19 % oxygen. 4. Respirators must not
be used if the concentration of harmful substances poses an immediate threat to health or life. 5. Do not use in an
explosive atmosphere. 6. Leave the work area immediately, (a) if breathing becomes difficult, (b) dizziness or exhaustion
occurs. 7. Facial hair and special characteristics of the face shape may reduce the effectiveness of this mask. 8. Do not
make any changes or modifications to the mask. 9. Intended for single use. No maintenance required. Dispose of properly
after use. 10. Store masks in packaging away from direct sunlight until ready to use.

FRANÇAIS: Demi-masques filtrants – MODE DÈMPLOI
IMPORTANT: Les demi-masques filtrants Neolution®Air sont des équipements de protection individuelle de catégorie III
selon le règlement (UE) 2016/425 pour la protection contre les aérosols solides et liquides. Examen de type européen basé
sur la norme EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Catégorie de protection FFP2 ou FFP3, comme indiqué sur le masque.
UTILISATION: FFP2: Les demi-masques filtrants de la catégorie FFP2 offrent une protection contre les particules solides et
liquides, notamment les poussières à particules fines, équivalente à jusqu’à 10 fois la valeur VLE [i.e. APF=10]. FFP3: Les
demi-masques filtrants de la catégorie FFP3 offrent une protection contre les particules solides et liquides, notamment les
poussières à particules fines, équivalente à jusqu’à 30 fois la valeur VLE [i.e. APF=30].
CONTRÔLE AVANT UTILISATION: Avant l’utilisation, veuillez-vous assurer que le demi-masque filtrant et l’ensemble de ses
composants ne présentent ni trous ni déchirures ni tout autre dommage. N’UTILISEZ JAMAIS LE MASQUE si vous avez
découvert un dommage quelconque. Utilisez un nouveau masque. Respectez les directives nationales, p. ex. La règle de
l’assurance accident allemande DGUV-112-190 (BGR 190) «Utilisation des dispositifs de protection respiratoire», BGI
504-26 «Critères de sélection pour la prévention spéciale dans le domaine de la médecine du travail selon les principes des
caisses d’assurance accident. G26 – dispositif de protection respiratoire».
INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’AJUSTEMENT: 1. Repliez les panneaux du nez et du menton à l'arrière du masque et Déployer le
masque en forme de coquille. 2. Assurez-vous que les deux panneaux sont complètement dépliés. 3. Placez le panneau
bas sous votre menton. Étendre l’élastique derrière la tête. 4. Mettre en place l’élastique inférieur atour de la nuque.
Mettre en place l’élastique supérieur au dessus des oreilles. Tirez et ajustez les panneaux haut et bas pour plus de confort
et assurez-vous que les panneaux ne sont pas repliés vers l'intérieur. 5. Avec les deux mains, appuyez sur la barrette
nasale autour du nez pour une bonne étanchéité faciale. 6. Contrôle de l’étanchéité: recouvrir le masque des deux mains
et inspirer fortement. Vous devez sentir une pression négative à l’intérieur du masque. Si de l'air circule autour de votre
nez, serrez la barrette nasale. Si de l'air s'écoule des bords du masque, ajuster la position des élastiques. *NOTE : Changer
immédiatement de masque lorsque la respiration devient difficile ou si le masque est endommagé ou déformé de manière
telle qu’une étanchéité optimale n’est plus garantie. Utiliser le masque uniquement selon ces instructions pour
l’ajustement.
MISES EN GARDE: 1. Le non-respect de ces instructions ou des restrictions en matière d’utilisation de ce dispositif peut
réduire l’efficacité du masque et entraîner des nausées voire la mort. 2. Un masque soigneusement sélectionné est
essentiel pour protéger votre santé. Avant d’utiliser ce masque, veuillez consulter un organisme de sécurité correspondant
afin de vérifier si ce masque répond aux exigences du domaine d’utilisation planifié. 3. Les demi-masques filtrants
dépendent de l’atmosphère environnante. Utiliser uniquement dans des environnements suffisamment aérés. Ne pas
utiliser si l’atmosphère contient moins de 19 % d’oxygène. 4. Les masques de protection respiratoire ne doivent pas être
utilisés lorsque la concentration des substances nocives représente une menace immédiate pour la santé de la vie. 5. Ne
pas utiliser dans une atmosphère explosive. 6. Quitter immédiatement l’espace de travail lorsque (a) la respiration devient
difficile, (b) en cas de vertiges ou d’épuisement. 7. La pilosité du visage ainsi certaines caractéristiques de la forme du
visage peuvent éventuellement diminuer l’efficacité du masque. 8. Le masque ne doit jamais être modifié. 9. Destiné à un
usage unique. Ne nécessite pas d’entretien. Éliminer selon les règles après l’utilisation. 10. Conserver les masques dans
leur emballage et protégés d’une exposition directe au soleil avant l’utilisation.
