Dual-inlet Blower
(EH and MH Models)
Powerful performance and yet very quiet.
Our dual inlet blower draws air from two large inlet areas for optimum air movement.
s42”, 36”, 30” models, blower is rated at 600 CFM
s54” and 48” are rated at 1200 CFM (uses 2 blowers)
sDual position outlet (top/rear).
Four Speed Fan
sFour speeds give the ultimate in efficiency and flexibility.
sElectronic control panel lets your customer adjust the fan speed with the touch
of a button.
sThe blue LED illuminates and indicates fan speed for easy controlling.
Auto-ON Temperature Sensor
sThis hood does the thinking for your customer!
Once the ambient temperature reaches 140othe blower will automatically turn
on to the lowest speed. As the temperature climbs it will increase speed, when it
reaches 160oit will automatically increase to level 2 speed and when the
temperature rises to 180o,the fan speed will jump to level 4 speed.
sIt self-regulates and reduces fan speed as the temperature cools.
sIf the fan is manually turned off, the temperature sensor will override this function
and continue to run until it is cool enough to ensure the protection of the unit’s
electronics.
NewFilter Construction
sHigher cleanability! Higher durability!
sOur new filter design has a latch release for easier removal. The new anodized
finish and mesh design makes for easier clean-up and a more durable construction.
sDishwasher-safe
Delay Timer
With the touch ofabutton the delay timer turns hood lights and fan off after
10 minutes. The fan will stay until temperature sensor is reading a temperature
of 130oor lower. The lights will go out but the fan will keep working until it
reaches a lower temperature.
Clean Filter Indicator Ared LED will illuminate after 50 hours of accumulated blower ON time. Indicator
will remain on until manually turned off.

Helpful Hints
sThe primary function of a hood is to capture or collect the cooking
vapors, smoke and heat that result from cooking.
sThe larger the hood the more“capture area” so height, width and
depth coverage determine its performance.
sThe hood’s width should extend by least 3 inches on each side for
optimum capture coverage. Example: For a 30” range, a 30” hood
will work fine but a 36” hood will give optimum performance. Available
space is often the determining factor when considering hood size.
sThe depth of a hood should extend from the wall out to the front
edge ofthe front burner.
sOptimum mounting height is 30” from top of cooking surface.
sMake sure to find out if your customer is using an internal or
remote blower.
