ASSEMBLY
1. Remove from carton and completely unpack.
2.Turntankupsidedownandinsertlegs,withcastersaached,intolegbrackets.
3. Turn upright on casters.
4.Foradapngdraintoplasctubing(1-1½‘’tubing)removethetapefromthedrainadapterassembly
(No.5-215)andhandghtennutontodrainng.
5.Ifcappingsbaskets(M00371)aretobeused,placeonepairofthebasketsinthetankboomsothatthe
 basketrunnersallowhoneytoowtothedrain.Clipthebasketstogetherwithclip(No.371-03)andslide
 thebasketstotheendofthetank,awayfromthedrain.
6.Ifuncappingintobaskets,placecrossbar(No.370-03)ontopoftankasfollows:
 -Removewingnutandwasherfromoneend.
 -Opposingwasherisplacedundertanklip.
 -Replacewasherandnutremovedandposionthecrossbarforuncappingandghtenwingnuts.
7.Uncapwiththeendbarresngonthelagscrew.

OPERATION
Thiscappingstankwasdesignedasamulti-pur-
poseunit.Itcanbeusedasaframeholdingtank
(24framesmaximum),uncappingtank,cappings
draining tank, and with liquefier and heater
accessories it
functionsasa3-5galloncanliquefier.
MAINTENANCE
1. Wash thoroughly after use with hot water.
2.Lubricatecastersannually.
