1. GENERAL
The light valve(LCD) in this product can turn from light to dark at the moment of electricity arc
appearing,with the principle of photoelectric.The darkness degree can be adjusted between DIN 9
and 13.UV-IR filtering assembly consists of reflective coated glass,multi-layer light valve(LCD)and
polarizer.It can effectively
block the ultraviolet radiation and infrared ray from get through ,then effectively protect the eyes of
the workers against the dama-ges of ultraviolet radiation and infrared ray.Automatic darkening
helmet has
wider coverage than common helmet.It can be used to protect the face and neck against the dama-
ges of the electricity arc and improve the product quality and working efficiency.This product is
widely used
by many developed countries at present.
This product is widely used in shipbuilding,petroleum, Architecture,steel,boiler-manufacture and so
on .The working temperature range is -5 c~+55 c.The limited working temperature range is -10
c~+60 c.The limited storage temperature range is -20 c ~+70 c.The relative humidity range is
20%~80%.
2. WORKING PRINCIPLE
The helmet can converse the electricity arc resulted from welding to the electronic signals.And after
these signals are magnified,they will be passed to the LCD driven circuit,in which the light valve will
be turned from light to dark.So that can avoid the damages to the eyes of the workers.

5. OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1. Open the package and take out the helmet.Tear off the protective film of the viewing area.Then
exam whether every parts is good enough(the lithium battery is installed before delivery).
2. Adjust tightness of the comfort cushion through the manual knob in order to make the user com-
fortable after wearing it.
3. Adjusting the knobs on the sides of the helmet is to change tightness when lifting the helmet up
and down.Visual angle can be moved it ahead and backwards to fulfill the user`s need.
4. Adjustable sensitivity and delay time of the viewing area enable the user to adjust according to
different working condition.Reduce the sensitivity to avoid interference.When small current low arc
is used ,high sensitivity can be selected. But high sensitivity must be adopted in case of argon
arc.Delay time means the time from dark to light of the filter.The user can also select according to
working condition and individual habit. with different types of filters and different methods of adjust-
ment,present modes of adjustment are tumble switch, knob switch,touch-tone switch.
5. According to strength degree of electricity arc,we can adjust the knobs to fulfill the user`s needs
to different shade.
6. When the filter doesn`t work or NO.of the light-shade is out of service,we should exchange the
battery.
6. MAINTENANCE
Please pay attention to the daily maintenance in order to prolong the life.
1. Take out the battery when the product is not used for a long time.
2. Make no water enter into the product,or it will cause permanent damage.
3. Don`t expose the product under the sunshine.
4. Use balanced strength to adjust the electrograph.Please don`t rotor it hard.
7. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Please handle the product light during the transportation.The
storage temperature range is-20 c~+70 c.

The warranty period starts from the date of sale of the products and covers 1 year for all power products.
During the warranty period, free failures caused due to the use of poor-quality materials in the production and
manufacturer workmanship admitted fault are removed. The guarantee comes into force only when warranty card
and cutting coupons are properly filled. The product is accepted for repair in its pure form and full completeness.
• Mechanical damage (cracks, chips, etc.) and damage
caused by exposure to aggressive media, foreign objects
inside the unit and air vents, as well as for damage
occurred as a result of improper storage (corrosion of metal
parts);
• Failures caused by overloading or product misuse, use of
the product for other purposes. A sure sign of overload
products is melting or discoloration of parts due to the high
temperature, simultaneous failure of two or more nodes,
teaser on the surfaces of the cylinder and the piston or
destruction of piston rings. Also, the warranty does not
cover failure of the automatic voltage regulator due to
incorrect operation;
• Failure caused by clogging of the fuel and cooling systems;
• Wearing parts (carbon brushes, belts, rubber seals, oil
seals, shock absorbers, springs, clutches, spark plugs,
mufflers, nozzles, pulleys, guide rollers, cables, recoil starter,
chucks, collets, removable batteries, filters and safety
elements, grease, removable devices, equipment, knives,
drills, etc.);
• Electrical cables with mechanical and thermal damage;
• Product opened or repaired by a non-authorized service center.
• Prevention, care products (cleaning, washing, lubrication,
etc.), installation and configuration of the product;
• Natural wear products (production share);
• Failures caused by using the product for the needs related
to business activities;
• If the warranty card is empty or missing seal (stamp) of the Seller;
• The absence of the holder's signature on the warranty card.

1. GENERALIDADES
La válvula de luz (LCD) en este producto puede pasar de claro a oscuro en el momento que apare-
ce el arco eléctrico, con el principio de foto-electricidad. El grado de oscuridad se puede ajustar
entre DIN 9 y 13. El conjunto de filtrado UV-IR consiste en vidrio reflectante recubierto, válvula de
luz multi-capa (LCD) y polarizador. Puede bloquear con eficacia la penetración de la radiación
ultravioleta y de rayos infrarrojos, y así proteger eficazmente los ojos de los trabajadores contra los
daños de la radiación ultravioleta y rayos infrarrojos. Un casco de oscurecimiento automático tiene
una cobertura más amplia que un casco común. Se puede utilizar para proteger la cara y el cuello
contra los daños del arco eléctrico y mejorar la calidad del producto y la eficiencia de trabajo. Este
producto es utilizado en la actualidad por muchos países desarrollados.
Este producto es ampliamente utilizado en la construcción naval, el petróleo, la arquitectura, el
acero, la fabricación de calderas y trabajos domésticos. El rango de temperatura de trabajo es de
-5ºC ~ + 55ºC. El límite del rango de temperatura de trabajo es -10ºC ~ + 60ºC. El rango limitado de
temperatura para almacenamiento es -20ºC ~ + 70ºC. El rango de humedad relativa es de
20% ~ 80%.
2. PRINCIPIOS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
El casco puede convertir el arco eléctrico resultante de la soldadura a las señales electrónicas. Y
después de que estas señales se amplifican, se pasan al circuito de conducción LCD, en el que se
activará la válvula de luz de claro a oscuro. Así es que se puede evitar los daños a los ojos de los
trabajadores.

5. INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
a) Abra el paquete y saque la máscara. Arranque la película protectora del área de visión. Luego
examine si cada parte es lo suficientemente buena (la batería de litio se instala antes de la entrega).
b) Ajuste el cojín de confort a través mediante la perilla manual para hacer que el usuario este
cómodo luego de colocársela.
c) El ajuste de las perillas a los laterales pemitirá modificar la fiermeza de sujeción al subir o bajar la
máscara. El ángulo visual se puede mover hacia adelante o hacia atrás para satisfacer la necesidad
del usuario.
d) El ajuste de sensibilidad y tiempo de retardo de la zona de visión permiten al usuario ajustar de
acuerdo a diferentes condiciones de trabajo. Reduzca la sensibilidad para evitar interferencias.
e) El tiempo de retardo, significa el tiempo desde oscuro a claro del filtro. El usuario puede también
seleccionar de acuerdo a condiciones de trabajo y el hábito individual con diferentes tipos de filtros
y diferentes métodos de ajuste, modos actuales de ajuste son interruptor de tambor, interruptor de
botón, interruptor de marcación por tonos.
f) De acuerdo con el grado de fuerza del arco eléctrico, podemos ajustar las perillas para cumplir
con las necesidades de sombra del usuario.
g) Cuando el filtro no funciona o el número de la sombra-luz está fuera de servicio, se debe inter-
cambiar la batería.
6. MANTENIMIENTO
Por favor, preste atención al mantenimiento diario con el fin de prolongar la vida útil.
a) Saque la batería cuando el producto no se utiliza durante mucho tiempo.
b) Evite que el agua entre al produco ya que causará un daño permanente.
c) No exponga el producto a la luz del sol.
d) Utilice fuerza medida para ajustar el electrograf. Por favor, no lo rote con fuerza.
7. ALMACENAMIENTO Y TRANSPORTE
Por favor, manipule con suavidad durante el transporte. El rango de temperatura de almacenamien-
to es de -20ºC ~ + 70ºC.

Durante el período de garantía se eliminan los fallos causados por el uso de materiales de mala calidad en la
producción y mano de obra cuya culpa sea admitida por el fabricante. La garantía entra en vigor desde que se llenó
correctamente la tarjeta de garantía y cupones de corte. El producto es aceptado para su reparación en su forma
pura y plena integridad.
• Daños mecánicos (grietas, astillas, etc.) y daños
causados por la exposición a medios agresivos, objetos
extraños dentro de la unidad y las rejillas de ventilación, así
como de los daños producidos como consecuencia de un
almacenamiento inadecuado (corrosión de las partes
metálicas);
• Fallos causados por sobrecarga o mal uso del producto,
el uso del producto para otros fines, así como la
inestabilidad de la electricidad. Una señal segura de que
los productos de sobrecarga se están derritiendo o
decolorando las piezas debido a la alta temperatura son el
fallo simultáneo de dos o más nodos, el sumario sobre la
superficie del cilindro y el pistón, y la destrucción de los
anillos de pistón. Además, la garantía no cubre fallas de
reguladores de energía de tensión automáticos debido a la
operación incorrecta;
• Fallos causados por la obstrucción de los sistemas de
combustible y refrigeración;
• Para piezas de desgaste (escobillas de carbón, correas,
juntas de goma, sellos de aceite, amortiguadores, resortes,
embragues, bujías, bufandas, boquillas, poleas, rodillos
guía, cables de arranque de retroceso, platos, mandriles,
baterías extraíbles, filtros y seguridad elementos, grasa,
dispositivos extraíbles, equipos, cuchillos, taladros, etc.);
• Los cables eléctricos con daños mecánicos y térmicos;
• El producto, si fue abierto o reparado fuera del Centro
de Servicio Autorizado.
• la prevención, productos de cuidado (limpieza, lavado,
lubricación, etc.), la instalación y configuración del producto;
• Los productos de desgaste natural (cuota de producción);
• Fallos causados por el uso del producto para las
necesidades relacionadas con las actividades empresariales;
• Si la tarjeta de garantía está vacía o el sello del
Vendedor faltante;
• Ausencia de la firma del titular de la tarjeta de garantía.
