1. CHARACTERISTICS
1.Vacuum cleaner for wet and dry;

2. SAFETY INSTRUCTION
(1) Check before operation that the local power supply is the same as the specification on the
rating label.
(2) Do not use the machine in the combustible and explosive places in case the motor spark causes
fire.
(3) Do not jam the air inlet mouth, in case temperature rises and damages the motor
(4)Do not collect combustible and explosive objects such as glowing cigarettes, gasoline, etc.
(5)Do not collect sharp objects.
(6)Do not collect objects which can easily attach on the filter such as calcareousness powder, gesso
and graphite powder. Because those will block the ventilation and damage the motor.
(7)Do not overturn the machine in case water goes into the motor and damages the motor.
(8)Warning: If water outflows from air outlet mouth, do not overturn the machine when it is being
repaired in case water goes into the motor and causes damages. Do not use this machine as pump
in case damaging the motor.
(9)Turn off the machine and remove the plug each time after using or when being repaired.
(10)Keep the machine away from strong sunlight and high temperature places in case its plastic is
distorted.
(11)Do not wrest, tramp or haul hose in case of making it damaged.
(12)Do not immerse the barrel cap into the water or wash with water in case water goes into the
electrophorus parts and causing persons injured. The correct way should be: immerse the dishcloth
firstly, then dry it. Finally, wipe the dirty part gently.
(13)The power cord must be replaced by the designated repairing center or professionals.
3. USE INSTRUCTION
1. Connection
Insert the hose connector into the air inlet mouth as picture shows, make sure the
connector is tightly fastened.
Connect all the accessories as picture shows.
2. Check whether the filter is put in before operation.
3. Take away all the things in barrel including the dust filter before the wet use.
4. Put the power cordless at the right back of Connector terminal when use the machine.
5. Insert the plug into the supply socket.
6. Press switch button, the machine begin to work.
4. PROTECTION DEVICE
Special instruction concerning protective device
1. When the water in the barrel is full, the device begin to work. The suction power with vanish at this
moment. The machine will make a noise which indicates the motor is running at a high speed. Under
this circumstance, you should cut off the electricity. Clean out the water. Then equip the machine
and turn it on, it will begin to work normally.
2. Only connect to a proper 220-240 volt.50Hz socket.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent to a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children)with reduced physical, sen-
sory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
responsible for their safety.
5. Children should be supervised to ensure that do not play with the appliance
6. BJ141-3000 series and BJ141-3600 series appliances are not suitable for socket outlets rated 10A
and they require to be connects to socket outlets rated at least 15A.
5. CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THIS PRODUCT

6. MAINTENANCE
1. Barrel Cleaning
*After working or when the barrel is full of dust which causes suction decreases considerably, you
should cut off the electricity and clean the dust away from the barrel.
1) Unfasten the locking knob and lift up the top cover.
2) Take off the filter bag and clean the dust away in the dust barrel.
3) Install the filter bag back and place the top cover.
2. Filter bag cleaning.
*The filter bag should be washed by clean and warm water when it is covered with dust. If necessary,
you can use litmus less scour.

8. MACHINE ASSEMBLY
Handrail assembly
1. Put the 1 (handrail upper pipe, 1 pc) into the 7 (handrail under pipe, 2pcs)
2. There are 3 rows of positioning holes (3,4,5) in 7 (handrail under pipe, 2pcs), which is used to
adjust the suitable height. Please adjusted the 1 (handrail upper pipe, 1 pc) to the proper height
position of the positioning hole, then use the 2 (handrail screw, 2ps) and 6 (nuts, 2pcs) to fix 1 and 7.
3. When use the turnover function to clean the dust in the tank, please adjust the 1 (handrail upper
pipe, 1 pc) to the positioning hole 5.( pic 1 and pic 2)
Wheel assembly
1. Put 3 ( 2pcs) into 5 , then fixed 2 (2pcs) with 5 , put them in position 1.
Then use the screw to fix the 4 (2pcs) and 6 (4pcs),
2. Fix the 7 (2pcs) and 8 (2pcs) into the corresponding position 9 tightly.

6. Press switch button, the machine begin to work.

8. MACHINE ASSEMBLY
Handrail assembly
1. Put the 1 (handrail upper pipe, 1 pc) into the 7 (handrail under pipe, 2pcs)
2. There are 3 rows of positioning holes (3,4,5) in 7 (handrail under pipe, 2pcs), which is used to
adjust the suitable height. Please adjusted the 1 (handrail upper pipe, 1 pc) to the proper height
position of the positioning hole, then use the 2 (handrail screw, 2ps) and 6 (nuts, 2pcs) to fix 1 and 7.
3. When use the turnover function to clean the dust in the tank, please adjust the 1 (handrail upper
pipe, 1 pc) to the positioning hole 5.( pic 1 and pic 2)
Wheel assembly
1. Put 3 ( 2pcs) into 5 , then fixed 2 (2pcs) with 5 , put them in position 1.
Then use the screw to fix the 4 (2pcs) and 6 (4pcs),
2. Fix the 7 (2pcs) and 8 (2pcs) into the corresponding position 9 tightly.
