1. PRECAUTION BEFORE USING THE PUMP
1. Connect the earth wire before use.
This enable you to prevent an accident caused by electric shock when the electric insulation is not in order.
For your safety from the danger of electric shock, please be careful not to get power plug stained with water.
2. CAUTION IN CONNECTING THE EARTH WIRE
Connect the earth wire after turning off the electric power.
Never connect with gas pipes, other wire it can be the cause of explosion.
2 .Avoid operating under the condition of dry running and delivering no water.
For it will shorten the service life of pump and also cause the trouble of motor.
3. Never wrap the motor or the pump head in a blanket or a cloth for preventing freezing in the cold weather.
4. Avoid using the pump under the condition of ambient temperature over 40°Cand below 0°C, and also
with hot water over 40°C.
For it will shorten the service life of pump.
5. Be careful not to use the pump with other liquids except for water.
When this used for solvent such as benzol, acid, in flammable liquids such as gasoline and highviscous
liquid, there is a risk of the fire and it will cause the trouble of the pump and also shorten the service life of it.
6. Avoid using the pump under the condition exposed to the direct rays or rain because it will be the reason
of shortening the service life of the pump and also of the danger of electric shock.
7. When this pump is set up in the well, which is easy to suck in sand, above all, sand filter is needed.
For it will prevent the defacement of the impeller in the pump head for a short time, the decline of pressure
and the decrease of pumping water.
8. The permitted voltage of this pump is 10% of the rated voltage. Otherwise it will be the reason of shorte-
ning the service life of the pump.
9. Never operation the pump without priming waters, for it will damage the mechanical-seal and the impeller
and shorten the service life of the pump.
• Before setting the power on, confirm no abnormality by manual operation (exam by driver) of the truly ope-
rating act 2-3 times in checking of dust or sand is put into the pump and also adhesion of impeller or mecha-
nical-seal.
3. WHEN THE PUMP IS REUSED AFTER A LONG TIME
There is possibility for the motor not to be operation in the condition of switching on the electric power,
because of the sticking and solidification of the dirt and filth in the water of the pump head.
In that case, turn off the electric power, and then turn the shaft in the back of the motor a few times with
driver or something like that. After that, you can operation the pump as usual.

4. CHECKING POINTS BEFORE INSTALLATION
- Install the pump just over the well as possible as you can.
- But when the pump must be installed away from the well because of the circumstances, the maximum
distance of the pipe from the well to the pump is limited according to the suction lift.
- Decide the suction lift considering the dry seas.
5. GUIDE FOR INSTALLATION
- Concrete the foundation with cement that the pump may not lean or slant even after many years.
- Select the place where the pump can be conveniently checked or repaired after installation.
- Install the stop valve on the dishrag side of the pump and it will be very convenient for checking and repai-
ring the pump.
- Minimise the number of the elbows to prevent the water leaking in the piping or to lessen the resistance of
water.
6. HOW TO OPERATION THE PUMP
- This pump is not self-priming type, should be installed foot-valve to the bottom of suction pipe.
- Measure the depth from the ground surface to that of the well. The suction head is standardized at 8 m
(max. 9m).
- Be sure to use pipe of standard diameter for normal.
7. CONNECTION METHODS FROM POWER
- When the pump is sending out from the manufacture, it is set for 110V/60Hz.
- Check the voltage of the electric power before operating the pump.
- Warranty does not include accidents due to incorrect installation. See your electrician for advice. It is recom-
mended to have a protected motor circuit breaker near the pump. It will cut power in case of surcharge, bloc-
king or missed.
- Take terminal box cover off.
2. Drive the 3 wires electric cable through opening (minimum section 1,5 mm ).
- Connect 2 wires to terminals N and L. Connect earth wire (green/yellow) to terminal located under terminal
block, marked with symbol. On figure.
- Put cover back.

8. HOW TO START THE PUMP
Since this pump has no self-priming system, at the start of operation, make priming by the following
sequence:
- Be pulled out with the water.
- Before the power switch on, the water cock of the discharge side should be opened.
- After the power switch on, start priming procedure immediately.
- When the priming is not successful, air may be remained in the suction pipe. Then, to remove air in the
suction pipe, pour water and power on and off repeatedly.
- Because the pump has no switch, use power switch on the wall or plug in and out from the receptacle.

Faulty cord connection.
Thermal protector. If the motor is overheated, it does not operate.
Then, wait till getting cold(20~30 minutes)
Insert the plug securely.
Cord disconnected. Replace the new cord.
Trouble in motor. Repair or replace the motor.
Tool low power supply voltage. Consult with the power supplies compare.
Water level of well is lower than standard level.
Trouble in foot-valve.
Check the water level of well.
Clean the foot-valve, the foot-valve seat
and the foot-valve hole.
Air drawn into suction pipe. After checking the joints of piping, shut
them perfectly.
Air drawn into pump from mechanical seal. Replace the new mechanical seal.
Too low or high power supply voltage. Consult with the power supplies compare.
Impeller is in contact with another part. Repair the defects.
Short or open circuit of the capacitor. Replace the capacitor.
Air drawn into suction pipe. Repair the defects of pipe.
(To prevent air leaking.)
Water leaks at pipe or pump. Repair pipe, pump parts and faucets etc.
Water leaks at mechanical seal. Repair the mechanical seal.
Foot-valve does not shut perfectly. Clean the foot-valve.
Air drawn into suction pipe. Repair the defects.
Motor does not start.
Water in not pumped out
although motor runs.
Thermal protector for motor
works too often.

Гаранционни условия
Моторните, пневматичните и електроинструментите, предлагани от Дженерал Дистрибюшън АД /Дружеството/, са инструменти и машини,
предназначени за домашна и хоби употреба, конструирани и произведени съгласно действащите нормативни директиви и стандарти за
съответствие на Европейския съюз, като са изпълнени изискванията за безопасност.
Търговската гаранция за машините и пневматичните инструменти е 24 месеца от датата на покупката – за лица, които имат качеството
потребители по смисъла на § 13 т. 1 от Закона за защита на потребителите, а за всички останали купувачи – търговската гаранция е валидна
12 /дванадесет/ месеца от датата на покупката. Търговската гаранция за батерии и зарядни станции за всички купувачи е 6 месеца
от датата на покупката. Търговската гаранция може да бъде предявена на територията на Р.България, в посочените по-горе
пунктове на Дженерал Дистрибюшън АД или в търговските обекти на търговеца /магазина/, от който е закупена машината. За предявяване
на рекламация купувачът е необходимо да представи: коректно попълнена документация за закупената машина; попълнена гаранция –
задължителни атрибути по гаранционната карта са сериен номер на машината, подпис и печат на търговеца, продал машината, подпис от
страна на купувача, че е запознат с гаранционните условия и фискален касов бон или фактура, удостоверяваща датата на покупката.
За рекламация и ремонт се приемат само добре почистени машини.
Гаранцията покрива производствени дефекти в изработката или в материала и е валидна при условие, че машината е ползвана в точно
съответствие с инструкциите на производителя за експлоатация и поддръжка. Купувачът е задължен да се информира за изискванията на
производителя, посочени в инструкцията на последния, придружаваща стоката при покупката. В случай, че по каквато и да е причина не
разполагате с инструкцията за експлоатация и поддръжка /дори и да сте я загубили/, свържете се с нас на посочените по-горе телефони
и/или адреси, за да ви я предоставим повторно!
При основателна рекламация за гаранционна повреда Дженерал Дистрибюшън АД ще извърши ремонт до тридесет дни от предаване на
машината за рекламация. По преценка на дружеството, при невъзможност за отстраняване на дефекта, продукта може да бъде заменен
с нов. При изчерпана наличност, Дженерал Дистрибюшън АД уведомява Купувача и при негово съгласие го заменя с подобен или
възстановява заплатената сума. Търговската гаранция е валидна съобразно условията, посочени в нея, като изпълнението на поетите от
Дженерал Дистрибюшън АД задължения по търговската гаранция не е свързано с разходи за потребителя.
Електроинструментите трябва да се използват само по предназначение в съответствие с инструкцията за експлоатация и при съблюдаване
на мерките за безопасност, описани в инструкцията. Всички машини изискват периодична проверка и подходяща поддръжка. Моля,
информирайте се своевременно за предписанията на производителя в Инструкцията за експлоатация и поддръжка на машината!
Гаранцията не покрива:
- Цялостните повреди на инструментите, причинени от природни бедствия, наводнения, земетресения, пожари и т.н.;
- Износване на цветното покритие на инструментите;
- Стопяеми електрически предпазители и крушки;
- Ръчен стартерен механизъм и ел. свещ;
- Части и консумативи, които подлежат на износване, причинено от ползването, в това число, но не само: грес и масло, четки,
водачи, опорни ролки, задвижващи ремъци, гъвкав вал с жило и др.;
- Допълнителни аксесоари и консумативи в това число, но не само: ръкохватки, кутии, свердла,
дискове за рязане, секачи, ножове, вериги, шкурки, ограничители, полир-шайби, патронници, макарата за корда и самата корда
за косачки и др.
- Механични повреди по корпуса на изделието или декоративните елементи по него, предпазители за очи, предпазители за
режещи инструменти, гумирани плочи, закопчалки, линеали, захранващ кабел и щепсел.
Отпадане на гаранция
Дженерал Дистрибюшън АД има правото да откаже безплатен гаранционен сервиз в случай, че:
- е правен опит за неоторизирана сервизна намеса в неупълномощена сервизна база;
- идентификационния етикет на изделието е заличен или изцяло липсва такъв;
- не е попълен сериен номер на машината в гаранционната карта;
- несъответстващ сериен номер на машината с попълнения в гаранционната карта;
- повредите са причинени в следствие на небрежно боравене с изделието;
- повреда на ротор или статор, изразяваща се в слепване между тях, в следствие на стопяване на изолациите, причинено от
продължително претоварване;
- повреди на ротор /потъмняла намотка/ - получава се при включване на консуматори, по-мощни от указаните в инструкцията;
- повреда на ротор или статор, причинена от претоварване или нарушена вентилация, изразяваща се в равномерно потъмянаване
на колектора и намотките;
- механични повреди, повреди от изпускане, или от злоумишлени действия на трети лица;
- при неспазване на изискванията на производителя относно правилното съотношение на масло и гориво;
- захранващият кабел на машината е удължаван или подменян от купувача;
- липсват защитни дискове, опорни плотове или други компоненти, които са част от конструкцията на инструмента и са
предназначени за осигуряването на безопасната му и/или правилна експлоатация;
- износване на лагери, поради претоварване или продължителна работа;
- повредата е причинена от претоварване или липса на вентилация и недостатъчно смазване на движещите се компоненти;
- блокирало бутало в цилиндъра /залепени сегменти/, износени лагери и семеринги на коляновия вал, следствие на недостатъчно
смазване или работа с блокирана спирачка;
- запушена горивна система;
- натрупан нагар, загуба на центровка, повредена ел. свещ – получава се при предозиране на маслото при двутактовите мотори,
липса на масло за режещата верига или изхабена верига;
- повредено центробежно колело и/или спирачка /променен цвят/ - дължи се на работа с блокирана спирачка.

- машината не еползвана по предназначение, всъответствие синструкцията за експлоатация или при съблюдаване на мерките за
безопасност, описани в инструкцията;
- не са извършвани периодични проверки или подходяща поддръжка за машината, съобразно инструкцията за експлоатация;
Използването на хоби техника за професионални цели води до сериозно претоварване на машината иеоснование за отказ от
гаранционно обслужване.
Сервизите не носят отговорност за непотърсени в рамките на едномесечен срок машини!
Потребителят (по смисъла на § 13 т.1 от Закона за защита на потребителите) има право да предяви рекламация независимо от
предоставената търговска гаранция, съгласно Закона за защита на потребителите. Предоставената търговска гаранция не оказва влияние
върху правата на потребителите, произтичащи от гаранцията по чл. 115-112 от Закона за защита на потребителите /ЗЗП/. Независимо от
предоставената търговска гаранция, продавачът отговаря за липсата на съответствие на потребителската стока сдоговора за продажба
съгласно гаранцията по чл. 112-115 от ЗЗП.
Информация за правата на Потребителите, произтичащи от законовата гаранция по чл. 115-112 от ЗЗП:
Чл. 1) .112)При несъответствие на потребителската стока сдоговора за продажба потребителят има право да предяви рекламация, като
поиска от продавача да приведе стоката всъответствие сдоговора за продажба. Втози случай потребителят може да избира между
извършване на ремонт на стоката или замяната йснова, освен ако това еневъзможно или избраният от него начин за обезщетение е
непропорционален в сравнение с другия.
(2) Смята се, че даден начин за обезщетяване на потребителя енепропорционален, ако неговото използване налага разходи на прода-
вача, които в сравнение с другия начин на обезщетяване са неразумни, като се вземат предвид:
1. стойността на потребителската стока, ако нямаше липса на несъответствие;
2. значимостта на несъответствието;
3. възможността да се предложи на потребителя друг начин на обезщетяване, който не е свързан със значителни неудобства за него.
Чл. 1) .113)Когато потребителската стока не съответства на договора за продажба, продавачът едлъжен да яприведе всъответствие с
договора за продажба.
(2) Привеждането на потребителската стока всъответствие сдоговора за продажба трябва да се извърши врамките на един месец, счи-
тано от предявяването на рекламацията от потребителя.
(3) След изтичането на срока по ал. 2 потребителят има право да развали договора ида му бъде възстановена заплатената сума или да
иска намаляване на цената на потребителската стока съгласно чл. 114.
(4) Привеждането на потребителската стока всъответствие сдоговора за продажба ебезплатно за потребителя. Той не дължи разходи
за експедиране на потребителската стока или за материали итруд, свързани сремонта й, ине трябва да понася значителни неудобства.
(5) Потребителят може да иска и обезщетение за претърпените вследствие на несъответствието вреди.
Чл. 1) .114) При несъответствие на потребителската стока сдоговора за продажба икогато потребителят не еудовлетворен от решаването
на рекламацията по чл. 113, той има право на избор между една от следните възможности:
1. разваляне на договора и възстановяване на заплатената от него сума;
2. намаляване на цената.
(2) Потребителят не може да претендира за възстановяване на заплатената сума или за намаляване цената на стоката, когато търговецът
се съгласи да бъде извършена замяна на потребителската стока снова или да се поправи стоката врамките на един месец от предявя-
ване на рекламацията от потребителя.
(3) Търговецът едлъжен да удовлетвори искане за разваляне на договора ида възстанови заплатената от потребителя сума, когато след
като еудовлетворил три рекламации на потребителя чрез извършване на ремонт на една исъща стока, врамките на срока на гаранцията
по чл. 115, е налице следваща поява на несъответствие на стоката с договора за продажба.
(4) Потребителят не може да претендира за разваляне на договора, ако несъответствието на потребителската стока сдоговора енезна-
чително.
Чл. 1) .115) Потребителят може да упражни правото си по този раздел в срок до две години, считано от доставянето на потребителската
стока.
(2) Срокът по ал. 1 спира да тече през времето, необходимо за поправката или замяната на потребителската стока или за постигане на
споразумение между продавача и потребителя за решаване на спора.
(3) Упражняването на правото на потребителя по ал. 1 не еобвързано сникакъв друг срок за предявяване на иск, различен от срока по
ал. 1.
