FOREWORD
This manual describes the correct use and safety instructions to be observed by users of the
Level Cart.
All persons who use the Level Cart must read through this manual. Keep it in a place where is
open for every worker. If you have any doubts, contact the Daifuku Agent.

Diese Bedienungsanleitung beschreibt den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch des LEVEL CART,
sowie die vom Benutzer zu beachtenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen.
Jeder Benutzer des LEVEL CART muss diese Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist an einem für jeden Benutzer frei zugänglichen Ort aufzubewahren.

Never attempt to handle a load that is larger than the table. Doing so may
cause the load to collapse, injuring the user or damaging the load.

Beschädigung der Ladung sowie eine Verletzung des Benutzers.
When stacking the load, never exceed the upright height.

Always remove the load from the cart by lifting vertically upwards.
Ladungen werden stets durch vertikales Anheben vom Tisch entfernt.

cause the table to spring up and drop the load, in-
juring the user and damaging the contents.

herunterstürzen. Es droht Verletzungsgefahr für
den Benutzer und die Ladung könnte beschädigt

Do not use the cart on a slope. Otherwise, it may
go out of control or be overturned.

Ansonsten verläßt es vielleicht Kontrolle oder
stürzt vielleicht um.
Never throw heavy, hard or sharp
items.
Werfen Sie keine schweren, harten
oder scharfkantigen Sachen auf den
Tisch.
Never use the Level Cart with the
load leant against the front panel.
Benutzen Sie das LEVEL CART
niemals mit gegen die Frontplatte
angelehnter Ladung.

The cart uses many plastic parts. Therefore, care-
fully observe the following conditions when using the
cart.
Conditions:
A) Temperature
Ambient temperature -5ºC to 50ºC
Load temperature -5ºC to 50ºC
B) Load
Never use the cart to handle chemical products,
especially organic solvents.

STEP 1Assemble the cart. See the attached ASSEMBLY instructions.
STEP 2Set load weight. See Chapter 4 SETTING LOAD WEIGHT.
SCHRITT 1Montieren Sie das LEVEL CART. Beachten Sie hierzu die Aufbauanleitung.

STEP 3Operate the Level Cart.
The Level Cart is an ergonomic cart with a table moving up and down depending on load weight. Setting
maximum load weight can be easily set by switching the load weight keys.

Das LEVEL CART ist ein ergonomischer Wagen mit beladungsabhängig auf und ab bewegendem Tisch. Das
max. Ladungsgewicht kann einfach über die Stellschrauben eingestellt werden.

Never turn the load weight keys when the table of the cart is loaded with goods or hand.
Verändern Sie niemals die Einstellung solange der Tisch beladen oder manuell
heruntergedrückt ist.

Do not attempt to set the keys without leveling the table to the home position. Be sure
that the table bottom is at the level of TABLE BOTTOM LINE indicated on the upright.
Versuchen Sie niemals die Stellschrauben zu verdrehen, solange der Tisch nicht
in seiner Grundstellung ist. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Tischunterkante mit der
Markierung übereinstimmt.

STEP 1Depending on the weight (including the tare weight) and height of the load that you are to put on the
table of the cart, select a suitable MAX. LOAD WEIGHT, referring to the graph 1.

To set the keys to their correct direction in accordance with the selected MAX. LOAD WEIGHT, see the table
below and turn the keys as indicated.

Note: If the height of the load is not convenient for working, take the load off the table and do the following.
1. When the load is too high for working, set the keys to one rank lighter MAX. LOAD WEIGHT than that have been
selected. Or alternatively, increase the weight of the load by increasing the number of parts.
2. When the load is too low for working, set the keys to one rank heavier MAX.LOAD WEIGHT than that have been
selected. Or alternatively, reduce the weight of load by reducing the number of parts.
Anmerkung: Sollte die Höhe der Ladung nicht ergonomisch sein, nehmen Sie diese herunter und versuchen Sie folgendes:
1. Sollte die Ladung zu hoch sein, stellen Sie die Stellschrauben auf das nächst kleinere max. Ladungsgewicht ein.
Alternativ können Sie auch mehr Teile auf den Tisch legen um das Gesamtgewicht zu erhöhen.
2. Sollte die Ladung zu tief sein, stellen Sie die Stellschrauben auf das nächst höhere max. Ladungsgewicht ein.
Alternativ können Sie auch mehr Teile auf den Tisch legen um das Gesamtgewicht zu erhöhen.
