For optimal performance and image quality of your Daktronics Street Furniture
display, complete these checks yearly*.
*Complete the Filter and Ventilation portion of this checklist every 1,500 hours of operation
as directed by your display manual.
CLEANLINESS CHECKS
Checklist Task
Clean the outside of the cabinet using a solution of
warm water and mild cleaning detergent.
Clean interior cabinet surfaces with a damp cloth.
Clean the rubber door seal profiles (if equipped) and
check them for proper placement.
VENTILATION SYSTEM CHECKS
Checklist Task
Was there an issue? If yes, refer to the resource below.
Follow the procedure highlighted in your display’s
manual to check for proper operation of the cabinet
ventilation fans.
Create a new service case in your MySupport Account.
Check filters for cleanliness. Clean or replace filters if
necessary.
To clean filters, follow the filter cleaning procedure in your
manual.
To order replacement filters, create a new service case in your
MySupport Account.

INTERNAL COMPONENT CHECK
Checklist Task
Was there an issue? If yes, refer to the resource below.
Check for loose, damaged internal wiring and parts.
For loose components, use a nut driver to tighten the set screw
holding the mounting plate to the display.
For loose connections, unplug and reseat the cable into its
corresponding jack.
For damaged cables or components, create a new service case
in your MySupport Account.
CABINET/DOOR CHECKS
Checklist Task
Checklist Task
Check all bolts and screws and ensure that none are
loose or missing.
Replace and tighten and missing screws or bolts.
Lubricate the door lock mechanism, hinges, and other
moving parts.
Check the cabinet for damage and/or corrosion.
Create a MySupport case to replace parts due to:
Sharp edges due to damaged parts
Corrosion on metal parts
