Safety Note
To avoid injury and damage to persons
and devices, it is absolutely necessary
these instructions are carefully read
and observed prior to assembly and
commissioning.
Necessary assembly, start-up, and
maintenance work must be performed
only by qualied, trained and authorised
personnel.
Prior to assembly and maintenance work
on the controller, the system must be:
- depressurized
- cooled down
- emptied
- cleaned
Please comply with the instructions of the
system manufacturer or system operator.
This installation procedure describes as
follow must be performed exclusively
by qualied personnel in respect to the
security norms and dispositions of the
current standards.
Disposal instruction
This product should be
dismantled and its
components sorted, if
possible, in various groups
before recycling or disposal.
Always follow the local disposal
regulations.
Installation
Disconnect the mains before performing
any operation!
Verify the thermostat technical data
(power supply, contact rating, etc...) are
suitable to the installation conditions.
❶ Unscrew the three xing screws, then
remove the cover.
❷ Wire both thermostat units (TR and
STW) according to wiring diagram.
Terminals:
1 Opens the circuit when temperature
increases
2 Closes the circuit when temperature
increases
C Common
Ground
❸ Adjust the temperature set-point of
STW thermostat by rotating the cam ①
❶ Put the cover back in place adjusting
the knob so that it slides on the control
thermostat adjustment pin. Then tighten
the three xing screws.
➍ Place of installation of immersion
pocket must be chosen in a way that the
temperature of the medium is directly
taken without any delay.
❺ Immerse the temperature sensor into
the immersion pocket in its full length.
When using immersion pockets longer
then 100 mm rst carefully pull enough
capillary tube out of the housing. Capillary
tube may not be twisted or buckled! After
inserting temperature sensors lock the
housing tightening the screw①
