Warranty
Datavideowarrantsthattheequipmentitmanufacturesshallbefreefromdefects
inmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodof12monthsfromthedateofproduct
purchased.Ifequipmentfailsduetosuchdefects,Datavideowill,atitsoption,
repairorprovideareplacement forthedefectivepartorproduct.
Equipmentthatfailsafterthewarrantyperiod,hasbeenoperatedorinstalledina
mannerotherthanthatspecifiedbyDatavideo,orhasbeensubjectedtoabuseor
modification,willberepairedfortimeandmaterialchargesattheBuyer’s
expense.ThiswarrantydoesnotaffectyourstatutoryrightswithintheCountryof
purchase.

isconvertingvideo,ifthedipswitchesarenotconfiguredforyouroperating
systemortypeofdevice,alossinvideocanoccur.Pleaserefertodipswitch
chartbelowandmakesurethatyourDAC200issetupcorrectly.
SMARTDV isapatentpendingfeaturethatallowsmonitoringofthevideoduring
aDVtoDVcapture.
EnablingSMARTDVmakestheconvertertransparenttoanNLEsystem,while
stilltranscodingtheliveDVstreamintoanaloguevideo.Thisenablesusersto
monitoralivedigitalvideofeedfromaDVcamcorderorDVdeckduringcapture,
withoutanyconflict.Itmeansahugesavingoftimeforallvideoeditorsworking
