STEP 68-A
Combine the two parts of the
front heating jacket (68-1 and
68-2), as shown. Secure them
with two BP09 screws (68-8).
STEP 68-D
Turn the chassis upside down
again and fit the brake fluid
line (68-4) alongside the front
heating jacket. Secure the line
from above with two BP09
screws (68-8).
STEP 68-B
Turn the chassis over and insert the posts on the
heating jacket into the two indicated holes.
STEP 68-C
Turn the chassis back over and secure the front
heating jacket with two BD04 screws (68-7).

Next, fit the clutch cable
(68-6) to the indicated
points in the chassis.
STEP 68-G
Then install the three
pedal cables (68-3) at
the positions shown.
STEP 68-F
Press the ends of the
cable into the holes.

STEP 69-A
The end of the
heating duct (69-2)
is semicircular.
STEP 69-D
Mount the frame over the heating duct, onto the chassis,
with the angled section identified in the previous step
towards the rear.
STEP 69-C
Now identify the end of the central frame
(69-1) that angles out slightly.
STEP 69-B
Turn the chassis upside
down and place the
heating duct (69-2)
along the centre of
the chassis, in the two
recesses in the frame.

Place the steering damper
body (70-5) over the
indicated hole in the front
suspension lower (70-1).
Secure with a BD04
screw (70-6).
STEP 70-C
The suspension stops each have
a letter indicating the side of the
suspension where they fit: R for
the right stop (70-3) and L for
the left (70-4).
STEP 70-D
Fit the left suspension
stop (70-4) into the
slot in the left side of
the front suspension
upper (70-2).
STEP 70-B
Identify the sides of the
front suspension upper
(70-2). Each side is
identified by a letter: L
for the left side, R for
the right side.

Fit the shock absorber
shaft (71-4) onto the left
lower suspension arm
(71-2). Secure the strut
to the arm with a BD06
screw (71-10).
STEP 71-C
Place the shock spring (71-5) onto the
shock shaft.
STEP 71-D
Hold the shock absorber body (71-3) as shown, and fit it
over the spring.
STEP 71-B
Retrieve the front
suspension assembly
from Stage 70 and fit the
lower suspension arm
onto the left side of the
assembly. Secure the
lower arm with a BP10
screw (71-9).

Secure the shock body
to the suspension with a
BP10 screw (71-9).

Retrieve the left front
wheel and place the
wheel hub between
the suspension arms,
as indicated.

Then insert one of the
washers (71-6) into

secure with a BD06
screw (71-10).

Fit the upper left
suspension arm (71-1)
onto the indicated part of
the suspension assembly
and secure with a BP10
screw (71-9).

STEP 72-C
Place the shock spring
(72-5) onto the shock shaft.
STEP 72-A
Fit the shock absorber shaft (72-4) onto the
right lower suspension arm (72-2). Secure the
strut to the arm with a BD06 screw (72-11).
STEP 72-B
Retrieve the front suspension assembly from Stage 71 and
fit the lower suspension arm onto the right side of the
assembly. Secure the lower arm with a BP10 screw (72-14).
STEP 72-D
Fit the shock absorber
body (72-3) over the
spring. Secure the
shock body to the
suspension with a
BP10 screw (72-14).
