Compression gland PG9
Terminal or multi-voltage module version:
Conductor section: 0.5mm² recommended and 0.75mm²
max.
Cable dia. 4 to 8mm.
AS-i version:
Refer to the maintenance notice (NM-245).
Disassembling the base from the top
Unscrew the locking screw [E].
Turn the connector [A] to unlock while holding the base to
release the mounting brackets. Hold the base and pull the
connector.
Assembling the base on the actuator
Screw the detection cam [B] and NO or NC connection
(according to the configuration).
Position the base on the actuator, insert the two screws [F]
and tighten (M8 tightening torque: 1N.m or 10Kgf.cm).
Assembling connector onto the base
Position the control top on the base inserting the 3 mounting
brackets and respecting the action way of arrow [C] first, and
then arrow [D]. Tighten the screw [E] on the base.
Locking and unlocking the housing

When the housing is unlocked ; put it away.

Assembling the cable/Compression gland
AS-I module configuration
Unscrew the cap [G] of the compression gland [H].
Insert the cable inside the cap and then inside the
compression gland to connect it to the module [F] or to the
terminal [I]. Screw back the cap [G].
Multi-voltage module configuration

Reassembling the housing
Align the pin of the housing [J] with the pictogram
representing the pin [K], on the connector, then push down
the housing onto the connector.
Lock in place by turning.
