Guida rapida di installazione
Istruzioni
•L'installazione deve essere eseguita solo da personale qualificato. Le
operazioni qui descritte devono essere eseguite solo da installatori
qualificati.
•Il cliente è civilmente responsabile per la qualifica e lo stato mentale o
fisico delle figure professionali che gestiscono questa apparecchiatura.
Devono sempre utilizzare i dispositivi di protezione individuale richiesti
dalle leggi del paese di destinazione e qualsiasi altra cosa fornita al
loro datore di lavoro.
•Installare il DLX in modo da avere il display LCD all'altezza degli occhi.
•La superficie in cui verrà installato il DLX deve sopportare il suo peso
(25 kg).
•Per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche o altre lesioni, verificare che
non vi siano linee elettriche o idrauliche nelle pareti prima di forare i
fori di montaggio del DLX.
•Seguire i passaggi di installazione per montare il DLX:
1. Fissare le staffe di montaggio superiore e inferiore al
corpo DLX (seguire le istruzioni mostrate nella figura 2).
2. Praticare i fori per fissare il supporto di montaggio DLX
sulla parete.
3. Fissare il supporto di montaggio alla parete.
4. Montare il DLX.
5. Fissare il DLX alla parete utilizzando le viti di fissaggio
della staffa inferiore.
Istruzioni
•Si consiglia agli installatori Delios di indossare indumenti e DPI forniti
dal datore di lavoro. Gli operatori non devono indossare vestiti o
accessori che possano innescare incendi o produrre elettricità statica o
qualsiasi capo di abbigliamento che possa influire sulla sicurezza
personale. Quando si effettua un'operazione sull’apparecchiatura, gli
indumenti e gli strumenti devono essere adeguatamenteisolati.
•Il funzionamento ottimale del sistema DLX è garantitoad una
temperatura ambiente massima di 40 °C (104 °F).
•A causa dei vari tipi di pareti, il fissaggio del sistema DLX potrebbe
differire da caso a caso: utilizzare strumenti e viti appropriati per
l'installazione.
•Assicurarsi che ci sia abbastanza spazio libero per la circolazione
dell'aria intorno al sistema DLX (500 mm dal basso).
•In caso di accessori mancanti, contattare il Servizio Assistenza Delios.
•Le parti DLX NON DEVONO essere energizzate durante il montaggio e
l'installazione.
•DLX può essere utilizzato solo con moduli fotovoltaici che soddisfano i
requisiti specifici della classe A in conformità con le indicazioni dello
standard IEC 61730.
•Non installare il DLX in una posizione direttamente esposta al sole.
•Il DLX deve essere installato all'interno di un ambiente con umidità
relativa che va dal 5 % al 95 % senza condensa.
•Non montare il sistema DLX sopra o sotto materiali da costruzione
infiammabili.
•Non installare il sistema DLX in aree in cui sono presenti sostanze
altamente infiammabili.
•Non installare il sistema DLX in aree soggette a rischio di esplosione.

Istruzioni
•Fare riferimento alla figura 3 riportata di seguito per identificare i
terminali di connessione dell'inverter DLX.
•Per motivi di sicurezza, per ogni singolo sistema DLX deve essere
predisposto un sezionatore di carico di ingresso opportunamente
valutato (20 A). Nessun carico deve essere collegato direttamente
all'inverter DLX.
•Il conduttore di protezione di terra deve avere una sezione
almeno pari o superiore alla sezione dei cavi per il collegamento
alla rete pubblica (AC) e comunquein conformità con i requisiti
delle normative locali.
•ATTENZIONE: Le normative locali in vigore nel paese di
installazione possono richiedere l'installazione di un sezionatore
DC aggiuntivo esterno per le linee di ingresso fotovoltaico e di un
interruttore DC aggiuntivo esterno per le linee positive e negative
della batteria. Entrambi i dispositivi devono essere
opportunamente in base ai valori massimi di tensione e corrente
specificati nei dati tecnici del DLX.
•L'inverter DLX è dotato di un contatto di messa a terra esterno
che deve essere OBBLIGATORIAMENTE collegato al conduttore di
protezione in aggiunta alla connessione di terra della morsettiera
GRID.
Connessione dei pannelli fotovoltaici:
•Il sezionatore DC delle linee di ingresso fotovoltaiche è integrato.
Anche il sezionatore delle linee della batteria è integratoe
automatico. Normalmente è gestito dal controllo del sistema, ma
può essere controllato volontariamente ruotando l'interruttore
ON/OFF nella posizione "0" in caso di
manutenzione/malfunzionamento che richiedono la
disconnessione della batteria dal sistema.
•La tensione applicata a ciascun canale di ingresso fotovoltaico del
DLX, determinata alla temperatura nominale minima per il
funzionamento, non deve MAI superare i 1000 V. Il superamento
del limite può causare gravidanni al DLX.
•Fare riferimento allo schema illustrato nella Figura 5_A se il
sistema è basato su due stringhe fotovoltaiche indipendenti.
•Fare riferimento allo schema illustrato nella Figura 5_B se il
sistema è basato su una singola stringa fotovoltaica collegata a un
singolo ingresso PV1 o PV2.
•Fare riferimento allo schema illustrato nella Figura 5_C se il
sistema è basato su una singola stringa fotovoltaica collegata a
entrambi gli ingressi PV1 e PV2.
3. Connessioni elettriche
Connessioni rete AC ed EPS:
•Le perdite di potenza sulla linea AC GRID devono essere inferiori all'1% della
potenza nominale.
•Il conduttore NEUTRO (N) della porta EPS è flottante.
•Per motivi di sicurezza, il funzionamento della porta EPS è disabilitato in base
alle impostazioni di fabbrica predefinite del DLX.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che l'interruttore
principale della linea AC esterna sia scollegato e che gli interruttori del
circuito AC GRID ed EPS siano scollegati.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che l'interruttore
della linea DC sia spento.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che l'interruttore
ON/OFF sia in posizione "0".
•Non eseguire altre operazioni sull'inverter per almeno 10 minuti. L'inverter
contiene condensatori che necessitano di un tempo minimo per la scarica.
•Collegare i fili di fase (L1, L2, L3), neutro (N) e terra (PE) dell'ingresso della
rete AC alla morsettieraGRID rispettando la corretta assegnazione.
•Collegare i fili di fase (L1, L2, L3), neutro (N) e terra (PE) dell'uscita EPSal
blocco terminale EPS rispettando la corretta assegnazione.
Connessione della batteria agli ioni di litio ad alta tensione:
•L'impostazione di fabbrica predefinita del DLX è impostataper funzionare senza batteria collegata al
sistema.
•Contattare il Servizio Assistenza Delios per identificare le batterie supportate.
•Le normative locali in vigore nel paese di installazione possono richiedere l'installazione di un
interruttore magnetotermico DC esterno oltre al sezionatore automatico integrato nel DLX.
L’interruttore magnetotermico DC deve essere correttamente dimensionato per le linee + e - al fine di
garantirela disconnessione sicura della batteria dall'inverterin caso di manutenzione.
•Il DLX è dotato di un fusibile di sicurezza contro i cortocircuiti della batteria. Il fusibile è del tipo 30 A
1000 Vdc gPV. In caso di sostituzione, i dati nominali del fusibile non devono essere superate in alcun
modo in quanto ciò potrebbe causare scosse elettriche o incendi in caso di cortocircuito.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che i cavi della batteria siano scollegati dalla
batteria e che i poli siano isolati per evitare cortocircuiti.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che gli interruttori delle linee AC GRID ed EPS
siano scollegati.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che l'interruttoredella linea DC sia
scollegato.
•Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che l'interruttore ON/OFF sia in posizione
"0".
•Utilizzare cavi batteria con sezione di 6 mm² e con una lunghezza massima di 3 m per cavo.
•Utilizzare i connettori rapidi forniti per collegare i cavi agli ingressi della batteria del DLX.

Instructions
•The installation must only be carried out only by qualified personnel.
The operations described here must be carried out only by qualified
installers.
•The customer is civilly liable for the qualification and mental or
physical state of the professional figures who operate this equipment.
They must always use the personal protective equipment required by
the laws of the country of destination and anything else provided to
their employer.
•Install the DLX in such a way as to have the LCD display at eye height.
•The surface where the DLX will be installed must withstand its weight
(25 kg).
•To prevent the risk of electric shock or other injury, check that there
are no electrical or hydraulic lines in the walls before drilling the
mounting holes of the DLX.
•Follow the installation steps to mount the DLX:
1. Fix the top and bottom mounting brackets to the DLX
body (Follow the instructions shown in Figure 2).
2. Drill the holes to fix the DLX mounting support on the
wall.
3. Fix the mounting support to the wall.
4. Install the DLX.
5. Fix the DLX to the wall using the bottom bracket fixing
screw.
Instructions
•Delios installers are recommended to wear clothing and PPE provided
by their employer. Operators must not wear clothes or accessories that
could start fires or produce static electricity or any item of clothing that
could affect personal safety. When carrying out any operation on the
equipment, clothes and instruments must be suitably insulated.
•Optimal operation of the DLX system is ensured at a maximum ambient
temperature of 40 °C (104 °F).
•Due to the various wall types, fixing the DLX system might differ from
case to case: Use appropriate tools and screws for installation.
•Make sure that there is enough free space for air circulation around
the DLX system (500 mm from the bottom).
•In case of missing accessories, contact Delios technical support
representative.
•DLX parts MUST NOT be energised during mounting and installation.
•DLX can only be used with photovoltaic modules that meet the
specific requirements of class A in accordance with the indications of
the IEC 61730 standard.
•Do not install the DLX in a position directly exposed to the sun.
•The DLX must be installed indoor in a room with relative humidity
ranging from 5 % to 95 % without condensation.
•Do not mount the DLX system above or under flammable building
materials.
•Do not install the DLX system in areas where highly flammable
substances are present.
•Do not install the DLX system in areas subject to explosion hazard.

Instructions
•Refer to the figure 3 below to identify the connection terminalsof
the DLX inverter.
•For safety reasons, an appropriately rated input load
disconnector (20 A) mustbe provided for each individual DLX
system. No load should be connected directly to the DLX inverter.
•The protective earth conductor must have a cross-section at least
equal to or greaterthan the cross-section of the cables for
connection to the public grid (AC) and in any case in accordance
with the requirements of local regulations.
•WARNING: Local regulations in force in the country of installation
may require the installation of an external additional DC
disconnector for the PV input lines and an external additional DC
breaker switch for the positive and negative lines of the battery.
Both devices must be rated according to the maximum voltage
and currentvalues specified in the technical data specifications of
the DLX.
•The DLX inverter is equipped with an external earthing contact
which must be connected to the protective conductor.
PV panels connection:
•The DC disconnector of the PV input lines is integrated. The
disconnector of the battery lines is also integrated and automatic.
It is normally managed by the system control, but it can be
voluntarily controlled by turning the ON/OFF switch to the "0"
position in cases of maintenance/malfunction which require
disconnection of the battery from the system.
•The voltage applied to each PV input channel of the DLX,
determined at the minimum rated temperaturefor operation,
must NEVER exceed 1000 V. Exceeding the limit can cause serious
damage to the DLX.
•Refer to the connection diagram shown in Figure 5_A if the
system is based on two independent PV strings.
•Refer to the connection diagram shown in Figure 5_B if the
system is based on a single PV string connected to a single PV1 or
PV2 input.
•Refer to the connection diagram shown in Figure 5_C if the
system is based on a single PV string connected to both inputs
PV1 and PV2.
3. Electrical connections
AC grid and EPS Connections:
•The power losses on the AC GRID line must be less than 1% of the rated
power.
•The NEUTRALconductor (N) of the EPS port is floating.
•For safety reasons, the operation of the EPS port is disabled as per DLX
default factory setting.
•Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the external AC
line main switch is disconnected and that the AC GRID and EPS circuit
breakers are disconnected.
•Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the DC line switch
is off.
•Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the ON/OFF switch
is in the "0" position.
•Do not carry out other operations on the inverterfor at least 10 minutes. The
inverter contains capacitors that need a minimum time to discharge.
•Connect the phase (L1, L2, L3), neutral (N) and earth (PE) wires of the AC grid
input to the GRID terminal block respecting the correct assignment.
•Connect the phase (L1, L2, L3), neutral (N) and earth (PE) wires of the EPS
output to the EPS terminal block respecting the correct assignment.
High Voltage Lithium-ion battery connection:
•The default factory setting of the DLX is set to operate without any battery connected to the system.
•Contact Delios sales representative to identify the supported batteries.
•Local regulationsin force in the country of installation may require the installation of an external DC
circuit breaker in addition to the automatic disconnector integrated in the DLX. The DC circuit breakers
must be properly rated for the + and - lines in order to guarantee the safe disconnection of the battery
from the inverter in case of maintenance.
•The DLX is fitted with a safety fuse against battery short-circuits. The fuse is 30 A 1000 Vdc gPV rated.
In the event of replacement, the fuse ratings mustnot be exceeded in any way as this could cause
electric shock or fire in the event of a short circuit.
•Before startingthe connection operations, make sure that the battery cables are disconnected from
the battery and that the poles are insulated to prevent short circuits.
•Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the AC GRID and EPS circuit breakers are
disconnected.
•Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the internal DC line switch is disconnected.
•Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the ON/OFF switch is in the "0" position.
•Use battery cables with cross-section of 6 mm² and with a maximum length of 3 m per cable.
•Use the quick connectors supplied to connect the cables to the battery inputs of the DLX.

L'installazione deve essere eseguita solo da personale qualificato. Devono sempre utilizzati i dispositivi di protezione individuale richiesti dalle
leggi del paese di installazione e qualsiasi altra cosa fornita al loro datore di lavoro.
Il sistema DLX può funzionare anche senza la connessione alla rete (OFF-GRID). In queste condizioni e in base alle impostazioni del sistema,
l'uscita dell'inverter ibrido può essere automaticamente commutata alla porta EPS che, tramite un sistema di interblocco esterno, alimenta i
carichi collegati a una linea privilegiata. Secondo le disposizioni di sicurezza vigenti nel paese di installazione, la linea di NEUTRO potrebbe essere
collegata al potenziale di terra per garantire il funzionamento dei sistemi di protezione contro la scarica diretta previsti per la linea privilegiata e
situati a valle dell'inverter ibrido e/o per garantire il corretto funzionamento dei carichi collegati alla porta EPS. Se, a causa di particolari
esigenze, questa connessione non deve essere effettuata, l'uscita dell'inverter ibrido rimane flottante.
L'alimentazione di emergenza alla porta EPS viene attivata e spenta automaticamente in base alle condizioni di irradiazione dei pannelli
fotovoltaici e allo stato di carica della batteria. Ciò significa che durante un'emergenza l'alimentazione della porta EPS può essere attivata
inaspettatamente anche in modalità standby. Per questo motivo, al fine di evitare possibili lesioni da scosse elettriche, prima di eseguire
eventuali lavori di installazione o manutenzione sulla rete domestica, è necessario disattivare il funzionamento DLX utilizzando l'interruttore
ON/OFF e scollegarlo sia dall'alimentazione AC, aprendo l'interruttore principale, sia dal campo fotovoltaico, aprendo il sezionatore DC integrato
nel DLX.
I pannelli fotovoltaici, se esposti al sole, possono produrre tensioni pericolose. Si consiglia di eseguire tutte le procedure necessarie per rendere
sicura l'area di lavoro.
Il sistema DLX funziona con batterie agli ioni di litio ad alta tensione (HV). Le batterie producono elettricità e possono causare scosse elettriche o
incendi in caso di cortocircuito o installazione errata. Solo le batterie agli ioni di litio ad alta tensione (HV) approvate da Delios possono essere
collegate al sistema DLX. L'utilizzo di batterie non approvate può influire sul corretto funzionamento del sistema e solleva Delios da tutte le
responsabilità e invalida la garanzia. Le batterie devono essere installate in un'area idonea e conforme alle normative locali. L'area di
installazione deve garantire una ventilazione sufficiente e l'assenza di fiamme libere e scintille, in quanto durante il funzionamento possono
essere generati gas potenzialmente esplosivi.

I campi elettromagnetici possono avere effetti nocivi (ad oggi sconosciuti) sulla salute delle persone che sono soggette a lunga esposizione.
Evitare di rimanere per lunghi periodi a meno di 20 cm dall'inverter.

AVVERTENZE
Per eventuali dubbi o problemi relativi all'utilizzo del sistema, anche se non descritti qui, si prega di contattare l'installatore qualificato o il rappresentante
commerciale Delios. Il sistema DLX non deve essere sottoposto ad alcun tipo di modifica. Delios declina ogni responsabilità se le regole per la corretta
installazione non vengono rispettate e non è responsabile del sistema a monte o a valle dell'apparecchiatura che fornisce. L'esclusione dei dispositivi di
protezione è estremamente pericolosa e solleva il produttore da qualsiasi responsabilità per danni a persone e cose.
Deve essere fornito un kit di pronto soccorso. Non sottovalutare ustioni o ferite.
Il sistema DLX è destinato all'installazione interna.
Il funzionamento ottimale del sistema DLX è garantito ad una temperatura ambiente massima di 40 °C (104 °F).
Il sistema DLX deve essere trasportato e conservato in luoghi interni con un intervallo di temperatura da -30 °C a +70 °C (-22 °F e 158 °F).
Il sistema DLX deve essere utilizzato in luoghi senza acidi, gas o altre sostanze corrosive.
Il sistema DLX deve essere utilizzato e conservato in luoghi con umidità relativa che vanno dal 5% al 95% senza condensa.
Il sistema DLX deve essere trasportato in luoghi con umidità relativa che vanno dal 5 % al 95 %.
Il sistema DLX deve essere utilizzato e conservato in luoghi con pressione atmosferica che vanno da 86 kPa a 106 kPa.
Il sistema DLX deve essere trasportato in luoghi con pressione atmosferica che vanno da 70 kPa a 106 kPa.
Il sistema DLX deve essere utilizzato ad un'altitudine massima sopra il livello del mare di 3000 m (9750 piedi).
Connessione pannelli fotovoltaici
Prima di iniziare le operazioni di connessione, assicurarsi che l'interruttore principale della linea AC esterna sia scollegato e che gli interruttori
del circuito AC GRID ed EPS siano scollegati.

AVVERTENZE DI INSTALLAZIONE

Se il livello di rumore supera i limiti di legge, l'area di lavoro deve essere circoscritta e tutte le persone che hanno accesso alla zona devono indossare
otoprotettori o tappi per le orecchie. Il livello di rumore prodotto dall'inverter in normali condizioni di lavoro è: < 50 db.
Si consiglia agli installatori qualificati di indossare indumenti e DPI forniti dal datore di lavoro. Deve essere fornito un kit di pronto soccorso. Non
sottovalutare ustioni o ferite.
Il sistema DLX può essere utilizzato solo con moduli fotovoltaici che non richiedono la messa a terra di uno dei poli. DLX può essere utilizzato solo con
moduli fotovoltaici che soddisfano i requisiti specifici della classe A in conformità con le indicazioni dello standard IEC 61730. Una batteria agli ioni di
litio ad alta tensione (HV) può essere collegata al sistema DLX all'ingresso BAT, che funge da elemento di stoccaggio per l'energia in eccesso prodotta dal
generatore fotovoltaico.
Il sistema DLX può essere collegato alla rete di distribuzione solo nei paesi per i quali il sistema è certificato.
L'inverter DLX è dotato di un contatto di messa a terra esterno che deve essere collegato al conduttore di protezione in aggiunta alla connessione di
terra predisposta dalla morsettiera GRID per il collegamento alla rete pubblica AC.
Una scossa elettrica può essere fatale. Evitare di toccare parti interne o esterne normalmente in tensione mentre il sistema è acceso.
I cavi e i collegamenti devono essere sempre fissati, in buone condizioni, isolati e opportunamente dimensionati.
L'apparecchiatura contiene condensatori che immagazzinano elettricità statica, che potrebbe produrre pericolose scariche elettriche. Assicurarsi che i
dispositivi abbiano scaricato la loro energia prima di eseguire qualsiasi lavoro sull'apparecchiatura.
Durante l'installazione, assicurarsi che l'inverter sia spento.
Non montare il sistema DLX sopra o sotto materiali da costruzione infiammabili. Non installare il sistema DLX in aree in cui sono presenti sostanze
altamente infiammabili. Non installare il sistema DLX in aree soggette a rischio di esplosione.
Il DLX non è dotato di specifici strumenti di sollevamento. Non sottovalutare il peso, controllare le caratteristiche tecniche. Non spostare o fermare il
carico sospeso sopra persone o cose. Non lasciarlo cadere o posare con troppa forza.
Per evitare il rischio di scosse elettriche o altre lesioni, verificare che non vi siano linee elettriche o idrauliche nelle pareti prima di forare i fori di
montaggio del DLX. Si prega di notare che il tipo appropriato di tappi e viti di plastica deve essere selezionato da un installatore qualificato.

Tutti i controlli del sistema DLX devono essere eseguiti esclusivamente attraverso l'interfaccia utente ufficiale del sistema DLX nel modo indicato
dall'installatore qualificato garantendo che il sistema sia in modalità di funzionamento nominale. Qualsiasi incapacità di farlo porterà all'uso
improprio del prodotto, al suo danno, malfunzionamento e a una potenziale lesione della persona.
La riparazione o la sostituzione di parti del sistema da parte di personale non qualificato invaliderà immediatamente la garanzia del prodotto.
Devono essere utilizzati solo pezzi di ricambio originali o approvati da Delios. L'utilizzo di pezzi di ricambio non originali o di pezzi di ricambio non
approvati da Delios invaliderà immediatamente la garanzia del prodotto. Sostituire immediatamente i componenti che non appaiono in perfette
condizioni.
Prima di iniziare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione o disinstallazione, assicurarsi che il sistema sia stato spento e che l'interruttore principale
esterno della linea AC sia stato disattivato.
Attendere almeno 10 minuti prima di rimuovere il sistema DLX dalla parete. L'involucro dell'inverter potrebbe surriscaldarsi durante il suo

Le batterie producono elettricità e possono causare scosse elettriche o incendi in caso di cortocircuito o installazione errata.
I conduttori dei pannelli solari sono sempre in tensione. La tensione da una serie di pannelli solari può raggiungere i 1000 V!
AVVERTENZE PER LO SMATIMENTO
Per ottemperare alla direttiva europea 2002/96/CE sui rifiuti elettrici ed elettronici e alla sua attuazione come legge nazionale, le
apparecchiature elettriche che hanno raggiunto la fine della loro vita utile e le batterie scaricate devono essere separate dai rifiuti generici
e consegnate ai centri autorizzati di raccolta e riciclaggio.

The installation must only be carried out only by qualified personnel. They must always use the personal protective equipment required by the
laws of the country of destination and anything else provided to their employer.
The DLX system can also operate without the connection to the grid (off-grid). Under these conditions and based on the system settings, the
hybrid inverter output can be automatically switched to the EPS port which, by means of an external interlock system, will feed the loads
connected to a privileged line. According to the safety provisions in force in the country of installation, the NEUTRAL line may have to be
connected to the earth potential to guarantee the operation of the protection systems against direct discharge provided for the privileged line
and located downstream of the hybrid inverter and / or to ensure the correct operation of the loads connected to the EPS port. If, due to
particular needs, this connection should not be made, the hybrid inverter output remains floating.
Emergency power to the EPS port is automatically turned on and off based on PV panels irradiation conditions and battery charge status. This
means that during an emergency the power supply of the EPS port can be unexpectedly restored even in standby mode. For this reason, in order
to avoid possible injuries from electric shock, before carrying out any installation or maintenance work on the home network, it is necessary to
deactivate the DLX operation using the ON/OFF switch and disconnect it both from the AC power supply, by opening the main circuit breaker,
and from the photovoltaic field, by opening the DC disconnector integrated in the DLX.
PV panels, when exposed to the sun, can produce dangerous voltages. It is recommended to carry out all the procedures necessary to make the
work area safe.
The DLX system operates with high voltage lithium-ion batteries (HV). Batteries produce electricity and can cause electric shock or fire in the
event of a short circuit or incorrect installation. Only high voltage (HV) lithium-ion batteries approved by Delios can be connected to the DLX
system. The use of non-approved batteries can affect the correct functioning of the system and relieves Delios from all liabilities and invalidates
the guarantee. Batteries must be installed in a suitable area that complies with local regulations. The installation area must ensure enough
ventilation and the absence of open flames and sparks as potentially explosive gases may be generated during operation.

Safety Guidelines
Save these instructions. These safety guidelines contain essential information that must be followed during the installation of the DLX system according to the procedure outlined in the DLX installation manual. Instructions must be carefully read and understood before
operating the equipment and be saved for future reference. The DLX system is a product for residential application only and installation must be done in a dry, indoor environment. Optimal operation of the DLX system is ensured at a maximum ambient temperature of
40 °C, free of conductive contaminant. NOTE : The DLX system can only be installed by qualified personnel who needs to fully understand and apply provided safety instructions in order to avoid electrical hazard shock, potential death and sever product
damage.

The DLX system must not be subjected to any type of modification. Delios declines any responsibility if the rules for correct installation are not respected and
is not responsible for the system upstream or downstream of the equipment it supplies. The exclusion of protective devices is extremely dangerous and
relieves the manufacturer of any responsibility for damage to people and things.

The DLX system is intended for indoor installation.
Optimal operation of the DLX system is ensured at a maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C (104 °F).
The DLX system must be transported and stored in indoor locations with a temperature range of -30 °Cto +70 °C (-22 °Fand 158 °F).
The DLX system must be used in locations with no acids, gases or other corrosive substances.
The DLX system must be used and stored in locations with relative humidity ranging from 5% to 95% without condensation.

PV panels connection
Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the external AC line main switch is disconnected and that the AC GRID and EPS circuit
breakers are disconnected.

always live.
Never disconnect the DC connectors before having switching off the circuit breaker (external or internal). Any disconnection of the connectors

AC grid and EPS Connections
Before starting the connection operations, make sure that the external AC line main switch is disconnected and that the AC GRID and EPS circuit
breakers are disconnected.

CAUTION - INSTALLATION
Avoid touching the inverter enclosure during the equipment operation.
The hybrid inverter enclosure could overheat during its operation and cause burns by contact.

As soon as it is switched off, the surface of the equipment could be hot, therefore great care must be taken. In the event of fire, CO2 foam extinguishers
must be used, and self-vacuum systems must be used to put out fires in enclosed spaces.

The DLX system can only be used with photovoltaic modules that do not require the earthing of one of the poles. DLX can only be used with
photovoltaic modules that meet the specific requirements of class A in accordance with the indications of the IEC 61730 standard. A high voltage
lithium-ion battery (HV) can be connected to the DLX system at the BAT input, which acts as a storage element for the excess energy produced by the
photovoltaic generator.
The DLX system can be connected to the distribution network only in the countries which the system is certified for.
The DLX inverter is equipped with an external earthing contact which must be connected to the protective conductor in addition to the earth
connection provided by the GRID terminal block for connection to the public AC grid.
An electric shock can be fatal. Avoid touching internal or external normally live parts whilst the system is powered on.
Cables and connections must always be secured, in good conditions, insulated and suitably sized.
The equipment contains capacitors that store static electricity, which could produce dangerous electric discharges. Make sure that the devices have
discharged their energy before carrying out any work on the equipment.
During the installation, make sure that the inverter is powered off.
Do not mount the DLX system above or under flammable building materials. Do not install the DLX system in areas where highly flammable substances
are present. Do not install the DLX system in areas subject to explosion hazard.
The DLX is not equipped with specific lifting tools. Do not underestimate the weight, check technical characteristics. Do not move or stop the hanging
load above people or things. Do not let it drop or lay with too much force.
To prevent the risk of electric shock or other injury, check that there are no electrical or hydraulic lines in the walls before drilling the mounting holes of
the DLX. Please note that the appropriate type of plastic plugs and screws must be selected by a qualified installer.

All controls of the DLX system should be performed exclusively through the official DLX system UI in the way instructed by the qualified installer
ensuring that the system is in the nominal operation mode. Any failure to do so will lead to the product misuse, its damage, malfunction and a
potential person injury.
The repair or replacement of parts of the system by personnel who are not qualified will immediately invalidate the product guarantee. Only
genuine or Delios approved spare parts must be used. Using no genuine spare parts or not Delios approved spare parts will immediately
invalidate the product guarantee. Immediately replace the components that do not appear in perfect conditions.
Before starting any maintenance or uninstall operations, make sure that the system has been switched off, and that the AC line external main
switch has been set to off.
Wait at least 10 minutes before removing the DLX system from the wall. The inverter enclosure could overheat during its operation and cause
burns by contact.
Do not carry out other operations on the inverter for at least 10 minutes. The inverter contains capacitors that need a minimum time to
discharge.
Never disconnect the AC or DC connectors connected to the DLX system before having disconnected the protection switches (external and
internal). Any disconnection of the connectors during operation can generate large electrical arcs.
It is absolutely forbidden to open the DLX system except as provided in this manual.
The DLX system must not be subjected to any type of modification. If the operator does not comply with what is described, the manufacturer
declines all responsibility.
Batteries produce electricity and can cause electric shock or fire in the event of a short circuit or incorrect installation.
The conductors from the solar panels are always live. The voltage from a string of solar panels can reach 1000 V!
CAUTION - PRODUCT DISPOSAL
In order to comply with European Directive 2002/96/EC on electrical and electronic waste and its implementation as a national law,
electrical equipment that has reached the end of its useful life and discharged batteries must be separated from generic waste and
delivered to authorised collection and recycling centres.
