1.1. Controllo macchina al ricevimento
Al ricevimento della macchina è opportuno eseguire una verica generale per una più rapida identicazione del guasto e
di avviare azioni adeguate di riparazione.
Seguire l’ordine indicato nella tabella seguente.
VERIFICA ANOMALIA
Controllare eventuali danni visibili
Parti di struttura sono visibilmente rotte o danneggiate?
Il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato?
Il Cliente ha aperto la macchina?
Controllare gli elementi meccanici La leva del TMBU funziona?
Il meccanismo di espulsione capsule è in funzione?
Accendere la macchina
I pulsanti Espresso+Lungo continuano a lampeggiare anche oltre
i 18 secondi?
Se presente il contenitore del latte, il pulsante Latte continua a
lampeggiare anche oltre i 40 secondi?
Riempire il contenitore dell’acqua Dal contenitore si notano perdite di acqua?
Preparare il caè senza la capsula inserita La pompa funziona?
Fuoriuscita di acqua calda dal connettore di vapore?
Decalcicazione vedere paragrafo 2.9 (Manuale di servizio)
Misurazione della portata vedere paragrafo 3.1 (Manuale di servizio)
Controllo di eventuali perdite vedere paragrafo 1.2 (Ricerca guasti)

1. Troubleshooting
1.1. Checking the machine upon receipt
Upon receipt of the machine, it is advisable to perform a general check to identify any faults and quickly arrange for the
appropriate repairs.
Follow the steps shown in the table below.
CHECK FAULT
Check for any visible damage
Are parts of the structure visibly broken or damaged?
Is the power cord damaged?
Has the customer opened the machine?
Check the mechanical components Does the TMBU lever work?
Is the capsule ejection mechanism operating?
Turn on the machine
Do the Espresso+Lungo buttons continue to flash even after 18
seconds?
If the milk container is present, does the Milk button keep
flashing, even after 40 seconds?
Fill the water container Do you notice water leaking from the container?
Prepare the coee without the capsule inserted Does the pump work?
Is hot water leaking from the steam connector?

VERIFICA ANOMALIA
Allarme generale: tutti i pulsanti e LED lampeggiano
velocemente per 3 volte per poi eseguire una pausa di 1
secondo.
Tutte le funzioni sono bloccate, la macchina deve essere spenta a
mano oppure si spegnerà allo scadere del tempo di auto o impo-
stato
Allarme surriscaldamento: lampeggiano alternativamente i pul-
santi Espresso, Lungo e Latte per 3 volte, segue una fase della
durata di 1 secondo in cui tutti i led sono spenti.
Tutte le funzioni sono bloccate no a quando la temperatura ritorna
nei range di funzionamento normale
I pulsanti Espresso e Lungo lampeggiano velocemente 3 volte, poi
la macchina torna in modalità "pronta all'uso".
Pompa bloccata oppure mancanza d'acqua
Troubleshooting
CHECK FAULT
General alarm: all the buttons and LEDs flash quickly 3
times and then pause for 1 second.
All functions are locked, the machine must be switched o by hand
or it will turn o after the set auto o time has elapsed.
Overheating alarm: the Espresso, Lungo and Latte buttons ash
alternately 3 times, followed by 1 second during which all the LEDs
are switched o.
All functions are locked until the temperature returns to normal
operating ranges.
The Espresso and Lungo buttons flash quickly 3 times, then the
machine returns to “ready” mode.
Pump blocked or lack of water

INCONVENIENTE CAUSA RIMEDIO
Subito dopo l'accensione: tutti
i pulsanti e LED lampeggiano
contempora-neamente per 3 volte
per poi ese-guire una pausa di 1
secondo Macchina in allarme generale
Vericare le sonde NTC ed eventualmen-
te sostituirle
Dopo 1 minuto dall'accensione:
tutti i pulsanti e LED
lampeggiano contemporaneamente
per 3 volte per poi eseguire una
pausa di 1 secondo
Vericare i TCO e le resistenze delle cal-
daie ed eventualmente sostituire
Lampeggiano alternativamente i pul-
santi Espresso, Lungo e Latte per 3
volte, segue una fase della durata di
1 secondo in cui tutti i led sono spenti
Allarme surriscaldamento Lasciare rareddare la macchina
I pulsanti Espresso e Lungo
lampeggiano velocemente 3 volte,
poi la macchina torna in modalità
"pronta all'uso"
Pompa bloccata o mancanza d'acqua
Vericare le connessioni elettriche alla
PCB di potenza o eventualmente sosti-
tuire la pompa
Flussimetro ostruito o difettoso/cavetto
ussimetro difettoso
Pulire e/o sostituire ussimetro/cavetto
