1. Safety Instructions
• The device is not recommended to be placed on low thermal conductive surface.
For example, plastics.
• For safety reasons, please ensure the mounted device is kept for Open Frame Type ≥ 8mm,
for Case Type ≥ 4mm safety distance at all sides from other components and equipments
(Refer to Fig. 2.:). Please insert an insulation sheet between the system and product, if the safety
distance is < 4mm.
• Note that the enclosure of the device can become very hot depending on the ambient
temperature and load of the power supply.
• Do not touch the device while it is in operation or immediately after power is turned OFF.
Risk of burning!
• Do not touch the terminals while power is being supplied. Risk of electric shock.
• Prevent any foreign metal, particles or conductors from entering the device through the
openings during installation. It may cause: - Electric shock; Safety Hazard; Fire; Product failure.
• Warning: The power supply must be mounted by metal screws onto a grounded metal surface.
It is highly recommended that the Earth terminal on the connector be connected to the grounded
metal surface.
For Open Frame type of installation, ensure the power supply’s Protective Earthing
(Marked “PE” in Fig. 1) point is connected to the system’s Protective Earthing (PE). It is
also recommended that the input FG (Fig. 1 location 1) be connected to the system’s PE.
2. Device Descriptions (Refer to Fig. 1.:)

3. Installation of the Device (Refer to Fig. 1.:)
Ⓐ Mounting holes for the Enclosed type of power supply (device). The device shall be mounted on
minimum of 3 mounting holes using M4 screw of minimum 4mm length. Recommended mounting
torque for tightening: 8~10Kgf.cm. For the other mounting holes without screw threads,
please use suitable screw and nut.
Mounting holes for the Open Frame type of power supply (device). The device shall be
mounted on minimum of 4 mounting holes using #6-32 screw of minimum 4mm length.
Recommended mounting torque for tightening: 6~8Kgf.cm.
Ⓑ This surface belongs to customer’s end system or panel where the device is mounted.
• Use exible cable (stranded or solid) of AWG No. 22-16. Please refer the table below for the
recommended housing and terminal.
• For the Remote ON/OFF function, use exible cable (stranded or solid) of AWG No. 28-22.

安全规范
• 本产品不适合摆放在低热导体，例如：塑胶。
• 基于安全考虑，周围的元器件和设备必须与开架型产品保持至少8mm的距离, L 型框架及封闭
式产品保持至少4mm。当距离无法达到时，请于系统与本产品之间加装绝缘片。
• 受环境温度及产品负载的影响，本电源外壳温度会很高，因此在上电时和切断电源后短时间内
不要触摸电源，以免烫伤。
• 请勿在上电时触摸连接端子，以防电击危险。
• 安装过程中，应避免金属元件或金属导体通过空隙或通风孔进入到产品内，否则会引起下列状
况。－电击; 安全危害; 火灾; 产品异常
• 警告：安装时, 电源供应器之铁壳必须以金属螺丝锁附于固定面, 该固定面必须为金 属材质并
与电源主接地连接。并建议输入接地端子连接至电源主接地。
针对开架型产品, 安装时, 电源供应器的接地点 (图一 标示为”PE”) 必须与系统的电 源主接地
连接。并建议输入接地端子 (图一 位置1) 连接至系统的电源主接地。

产品固定方式

䑵附铁壳产品, 在把产品安装在固定表面时，将螺丝锁入此固定孔。 产品应该用
长度至少4mm的 M4 螺丝锁入至少三个固定孔。 建议配件固定螺丝扭矩为 8~10Kgf.cm
针对开孔形式的固定孔, 请搭配使用螺帽固定本产品。
针对开架型产品, 在把产品安装在固定表面时, 将螺丝锁入此固定孔。 产品应
该用长度至少4mm的 #6-32 螺丝锁入至少四个固定孔。建议配件固定螺丝扭矩为 6~8Kgf.cm
Ⓑ 此固定表面为客户系统表面。
• 电线的设计可使用 AWG No.22-16。请参阅以下表格，以供建议的胶壳与端子。
• 具远程摇控功能电线的设计可使用 AWG No.28-22。

• 熱伝導性が低い材質（例: プラスチック）に設置することはおやめください。
• 安全確保できますよう、オープンフレーム式電源をお選びになる場合、電源の周りに他の部品
や装置から必ず 8mm 以上の距離を確保して下さい。 また、Lシャーシ及びカバータイプ電源を
お選びになる場合、4mm 以上の距離を確保して下さい。どうしても距離を確保できない場合、
電源とシステムの間に絶縁シートを加えて下さい。
• 電源の周囲を囲うと、周囲温度や電源の負荷によって機器が非常に熱くなることがありますの
で注意して下さい。機器の作動中やパワーをオフにした直後は機器に触らないで下さい。
「やけど」の恐れがあります。
• 電源作動中は、電源端子部(ターミナル) に触らないで下さい。「感電」の恐れがあります。
• 電源取付ける間に、金属片や伝導体の異物が機器の開口部から入り込まないようにして下 さ
い。こうした異物は、感電、やけど、火事や機器の故障を引き起こすことがあります。
• 警告: 機器を取付ける時は、金属のネジを使用し、アースされた金属面に取 付けて下さい。
コネクターのアース端子をアースされた金属面に必ず接続することをお勧めします。
基板型オープンフレームタイプの電源を取付ける場合には、図 1 で PE と記載された電源 の
アースを、取付け装置側のアース (PE) に必ず接続して下さい。また、図 1 の ➀ の入力側
FG を装置側のアースと接続することもお勧めします。

電源機器の取付け

䑵ケース付き基板型電源（機器）の取付け穴です。機器は M4 のネジを使用し、最低 4mm の
深さまで 3 ヶ所以上の穴を固定して下さい。推奨される締付けトルクは 8~10Kgf.cm です。
その他ネジの無い取付け穴は、これに合ったネジとナットでとめて下さい。
オープンフレームタイプ基板型電源（機器）の取付け穴です。機器は #6-32 のネジを使用
し、最低 4mm の深さまで 4 ヶ所以上の穴を固定して下さい。推奨される締付けトルクは
6~8Kgf.cm です。
Ⓑ この面は、機器を取り付けるお客様の装置またはパネルを示しています
• AWG No. 22-16 のフレキシブルケーブル（ストランデッドまたはソリッドタイプ）をご使用下さ
い。推奨ハウジングと端子。(製品には添付しておりません)
• リモートオンオフ用にも、AWG No. 28-22 のフレキシブルケーブル（ストランデッドまたはソリッ
ドタイプ）をご使用下さい。
