Paintless Dent Repair Glue Pulling Kit
DENT FIX PRODUCTS SOLVE PROBLEMS - SINCE 1979
DINGS, DENTS, HAIL AND WEATHER DAMAGE are all eas-
ily repaired whether on steel or aluminum panels. Access
to the back panel is not necessary; glue pullers are the
easiest means of paintless dent repair. This kit includes ev-
erything you see here organized in a rugged blow molded
case.

This 220v dent removal station is perfect for light to heavy
pulls. Leverage puller for power and precision pulls. Slide
hammer rod for tapping action. Bear Claws and Wiggle

oftheprongs. (SeeImage1)
3. Jointheadjacentpiecesoftherepairareatogethertorestoretheoriginalform.
4. Presstheswitchbuttononthegripandholdinpositiononplasticabout5secondsuntilthe
StapleClips®ishotenoughtomelttheplasticandpresstheStapleClips®gentlytoset.The
LEDlightwilllightupwhenON/OFFSwitch. (SeeImage2)
WHEN PRESSED TOO HARD THE STAPLECLIPS® CAN BEND OR
PENETRATE THROUGH THE REPAIR AREA.
APPLY LIGHT, CONTROLLED PRESSURE.
5. WhentheStapleClips®ishalfwaythroughtherepairsurface,youmaygivealittletwisttothe
SandZStapleClips®tolocklaterallyintheplastic,thenreleasetheOn/OffSwitchbuttonon
thegrip.Waitforafewsecondsuntiltherepairedgetsfirm.Next,drawtheStapleClips®out
oftheprongs. (SeeImage3)
6. Whenrepairingdamagedareaswithconsiderablelength,pleaserepeattheprocedure2-5at
intervalsof1-3cm.

9. Grindoffexcessorfileanyremainingstapleabovetheservice,usingasanderorgrinder.
10. SmoothridgesorfillanygapswiththeplasticrodsandFinishingIronincludedinthekit.
11. Finishasnecessaryandusualwithtextureandpaint.

ONCE A STAPLE IS SET AND THE SWITCH IS TURNED ON, THE TEMPERATURE CAN
REACH 1,022° F. IF NOT HANDLED

•Wearheat-resistantgloveswhenworking.
•Beforesettingthestaple,makesurethattipoftheprongiscold.
•DonottouchstaplewithbarehandswhenitissetandON/OFFswitchisengaged.
•Donotusenearcombustiblematerials.
•Notifythepeoplearoundyoutobecautiousofthehightemperaturesandavoidapproach-
ingyouwhenweldingorstapling.
•Donotusewithwethands.
•Donotsoakthisproductinwaterorotherliquids.
•Donotuseinwetordamplocations.
•Wheneverthetoolisnotbeingused,foranextendedperiodunplugunitfromwallsocket.
•Therepairareaisexposedtohightemperatures.Beawareofandavoidcontactwithmelt-
edplastic.

•Thisproductwasdesignedfortheplasticrepair.Donotuseitforpurposesotherthanthe
originalusage.
•Thedeviceshouldbeusedwithauthorizedstaples/clips.
•Neverdisassemble.
•Donotuseinwetordamplocations.
•StaplewillbecomeextremelyhotwhenON/OFFSwitchisengaged.
