•To install baeries: Press the baery compartment latch to remove the baery
access door. Place four (4) AA baeries inside using the + and - guides for orientaon.
•Use the System Setup Menu to select paent type: Adult, Pediatric or Neonatal.
•Default SpO2 low/high alarms are set for 90/100 for adults and 90/95 for neonates.
•Default pulse rate low/high alarms are set for 50/120 for adults
and 100/200 for neonates.
•Alarm and pulse tone volumes can be adjusted within a range from one to ve.
•To transfer data to a PC: Turn o the oximeter and push the Power and
Funcon buons at the same me for one second to start data transfer mode.
•To clean: Power o the oximeter and remove the baeries before cleaning with a cloth
that has been dampened with approved 75% ethanol or 70% isopropanol cleaning
soluon. Do not use ammonium disinfectants to prevent damaging the oximeter.
