PRE-ASSEMBLY
This product must be assembled on a soft, non-slip surface, such as a carpet or padded mat.

IMPORTANT
Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp
edges before and after assembly and frequently during use. Do not use if any parts
are missing, damaged, or broken. Send email to [email protected] for
replacement parts, if needed. Do not substitute parts.
This product contains choking hazards from small parts and sharp points and is not
suitable for children under the age of three. This product should only be assembled
by an adult. To avoid risk of suffocation, do not allow children to play inside this
product.
This unit is equipped with special lid supports that must be correctly attached and functioning
properly. The purpose of the safety lid supports is to prevent injury to a child’s ngers or other parts
when opening and closing the lid. The supports should allow the lid to be opened at any angle. The
lid must not drop more than 1/2 inch (from its own weight) with the exception of the nal 2 inches
before reaching its closed position.
Please note that there are some steps in the assembly process that require an additional person to
help with the assembly.

TOOLS CHECK LIST
Ensure you have a Phillips screwdriver available for assembly. Do not use power tools as they may cause
damage to the toy box panels.

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Assembly of Panels B, C, E, & F
Locate Part E
Begin by locating Part E and holding it
upright as shown.
1. Attach Part C
Next, locate Part C and three Part D
dowels. Insert the dowels into the Part
E panel as shown. Align the holes at
the bottom of Part C with the dowels
and then push the Part C panel into
place.

Insert two Part D Dowels Locate and align Part B
Locate the Part F panel and two Part
D dowels. Insert one Part D dowel
into Part F and one into Part E as
shown.
Secure Part B by inserting and
tightening six Part J screws using a
Phillips screwdriver.

Step 1 Continued - Assembly of Panels
Secure Part B
Locate Part B and align the holes of
the panel with the assembly as shown.
Ensure the Part D dowels on the
assembly align and insert into the Part
B panel.

Secure Part G
Secure Part G by tightening all
eight Part J screws using a Phillips
screwdriver. Note: Two holes in
Part G will not be secured until a
later step.

Step 2 - Attaching Part G (Bottom Panel)
Locate & Align Part Locate & Insert eight
Part J screws
First, ip the toy box over and ensure
it is balanced. Next, locate Part G and
align it with the assembly. Note: One
side of Part G has recessed holes.
Ensure Part G is ipped the correct
way and the recessed holes are visible
prior to inserting screws.
Locate eight Part J screws and insert
them into the holes as shown.

Prepare Part H
1.
Step 3 - Attaching Part H (Lid)
Insert two Part I pieces
into Part H
Attach Part H to
the assembly
Ensure Part H is attached correctly
Insert one Part I into the left hole at
the back of Part H as shown and the
other Part I into the right hole.
Attach Part H to the assembly by
inserting the right side Part I (Pivot
Pin) into the hole in Part B as shown.
Ensure Part H remains level on the main assembly and that it can be lifted
open and closed shut without any issues.
Locate Part H and two Part I pieces
(Pivot Pins).

Step 4 - Attaching Part A (Left Side Panel)
Secure Part A
Secure Part A by inserting and
tightening six Part J screws using
a Phillips screwdriver.
Locate two Part J screws. Insert into
the remaining holes of Part G and
tighten.
Locate two Part D dowels. Insert
one Part D dowel into Part F and
one into Part E as shown.

Locate Part A and align the holes of
the panel with the assembly as shown.
Ensure the Part D dowels and Part I
(Pivot Pin) on the assembly align and
insert into the Part A panel.

Step 5 - Attach the Part K Lid Supports
Lift the lid of the
assembly
Locate and insert
Part L Screws
Locate and insert four Part L
screws as shown.

Locate and align one
Part K lid support
Repeat these steps for the
remaining Part K Hinge
Locate one Part K lid support and
align it with the assembly by
ensuring the holes match with Part E
and Part H as shown.
Lift the lid and ensure it opens
without any issues.
Tighten all Part L screws using a
Phillips screwdriver. Take care not
to overtighten.
Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 to secure
the other Part K lid support.
