Please read this document carefully to set and operate your device
properly.
In general, two settings are mandatory to operate the device in automatic
mode.
1st – Profile Setting.
2nd –Schedule Setting.
Your
Intel
powered devices have too many advanced features, A brief
features details are listed below!
❖ 6- Standard Time Profile, (summer, winter, Examination, Customized,
Summer Half-Day, Winter Half-Day).
❖ Weekly Scheduled Setting, (Each Day of Week Can Be Set in
Different Mode).
❖ Yearly Holiday Setting: Each and Every Day of Year Can Set As Off
Day / Holiday or usual day, there is no limits of the Days to Be Set as
Holiday.
❖ Weekly Off Day Setting: Any Day of Week Can Be Set as Weekly Off
Day.
❖ Weekly Half day: any day of week and be assigned as weekly Half-
day.
❖ Automatic Time out Feature: to Prevent Unnecessary busy the
Device, if device unattended for a limited period.
❖ Manual Audio Message Broadcasting.
❖ External Micro-SD Card to Set and Play Desired Audio Files.(ON
SELECTED MODEL).
❖ Support Mp3/WAV Audio Format.
❖ Device Can Be Reset to Factory Default Condition.
❖ DAO (Digital Audio Out) Digital Volume Control.
❖ Smart Warranty Feature: The Device Have Smart Warranty Feature,
Device will detect the real use of the day, and update the warranty
date.
❖ Smart Serial: Every Device Has a Unique Serial Number.
❖ Automatic Real time Power management for Attached Audio Amplifier,
Automatic power On for Audio Amplifier during Audio Broadcast.

The detailed Setting of each and every step is given below! Please read carefully and
keep this manual in safe place for future reference, a soft copy can be found on

HOME SCREEN
There are two operations are possible
1. MANUAL PLAY 2. SETTING-MODE
Manual mode: For broadcast bell manually. Press ‘MANUAL’ key when Device is at
Home Screen. ENTER PASSWORD Screen appears, enter password to precede, Factory
default password is “0000”, A next window appears asking for file number to be
played??, Enter the file number by using keypad ‘like 01/ 02/ 12/ 15/ 99 to broadcast
the Audio Message/play the bell file.
Note: Auto play mode won’t work until Device is playing in Manual Mode. Device will
roll back to Auto-mode after playing the file.
SETTING MODE: SETTING THE UNIT FOR AUTOMATIC OPERATION:
The above window shows Common setting options.
Press 1 for Device time setting
Press 2 for Day & Date Setting
Press 3 to change the current password of the Device.
Press 4 to enter in System setting mode.

The details of each setting are given below!
1-TIME SETTING
The time setting screen will look like this, please enter valid time hour and minute value
in Indian time format (24-hour format).
After successful setting, device will go back to setting mode menu, if further settings
not needed, please press settings to go back to home screen.
2-DAY - DATE SETTING
After selecting option date setting (Calendar Setting) day setting screen appears like
above image, please press corresponding number, like for Monday select 1, for Tuesday
select 2, for Saturday press 6 likewise.
After successful selection, the next screen will appear for the current date setting, the
screen will look like this.
DATE SETTING
Please enter current date, month number, and year value in dual digit format, Wrong
values/entry not accepted.
After successful setting, device will back to setting mode menu,
If further settings are not needed, please press settings to go back to home screen.
3- PASSWORD SETTING

Here on password setting screen Use may change new system password, password
should be a combination of four-digit numbers. After successful setting, the device will
go back to setting mode menu. If further settings are not needed, please press settings
to go back home screen.
3- SYSTEM SETTING
Having entered the settings menu, the screen will look like below!
These two settings are mandatory to operate the device in Automatic mode, the first
“Profile Setting” lead to set time profiles, these time profiles are Time Table, containing
Automatic message broadcasted time and which MP3 file will play on that time. Each
and every profile has its associated memory space.
The details of both settings are given below!
To select profile setting pls. press key 1, device informed that we are going to profile
setting menu, the next screen will look like that.
Above screen display the short name of 6 time profiles
1- Sum = Summer time Profile.
2- Win = Winter Time Profile.
3- Exm = Examination Time Profile.
4- Cus = Custom Time Profile.
5- HdS = Half Day Profile for Summer Season.
6- HdW= Half Day Profile for Winter Season.
Users may select any profile for setting, method of settings for all the profiles are the same, each profile
has its own separate memory location so editing or setting one profile will not affect another profile.

Each profile needs to set as per required time table, for example if we select Summer Profile to set! We
have to press associated key number
For the summer profile, key 1, the next screen will appear.
The first line of this screen shows information, while the second line shows operational options, the most
left two digit of the first line is serial number and ??:?? (Questioning marks) are space for time
information in hour and minute. If your device has pre-stored time information, that will display there.
??:?? Means no information is saved before. To store time for the first audio message to be broadcast
select the “Edit” option (press key 1). Cursor will be live, please fill the Hour and Minute details for first
Bell/Audio Message. After filling the time details cursor will automatically move next to File and asking file
number to be played on your entered time?? Please look further on the page of this leaflet to know the
file number for associated audio messages. After entering the desired file number, information will be
automatically saved, and the next serial number will appear to store next bell/ Audio message
information, like that user may set maximum 30 bell/Audio Message’s information in each profile. Which
is enough/fit for two shift school or factory, if user make any wrong entry during profile setting, please
don’t worry there is no option to go back, so please keep continue to fill next bell information, after
finishing all bell/ audio message information, please come back to same menu, & verify or edit previously
entered data. If a user needs to exit from this menu simply press settings to come out from this profile
setting menu, User may set all remaining profiles in the same manner.
After successfully profile setting the previous screen will appear.
Now users need to set another important setting, Schedule Setting.
SCHEDULE SETTING
The Schedule Setting has two parts.
1- WEEKLY SCHEDULE SETTING.
2- ANNUAL HOLIDAY/NORMAL DAY SETTING.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE SETTING
After selecting the first option, the device enters into “Weekly Schedule Setting” mode, Screen displays a
message to select a weekly off day.
Next screen appears shortly asking to select Weekly off day.
The screen will display the short name of week’s day in the first line of display, while the respected day
number will be displayed in the second line, please press key number for respected day to select weekly
off day, after successful setting device will display a saved day for a while.
After successfully setting, the next part of the weekly setting begins. Display will look like below!
In this setting menu, users will assign profiles for week day,
For example, users may assign MONDAY as Summer/Winter/Examination/Custom/Summer Half-day or
Winter Half day, respected keys are “1” to “6”. Profiles names are already mentioned on the keypad.
Here no need to care for off day or holiday its round robin (Universal/Common setting) for every week
of the year. Users may assign holidays in the annual holiday setting section.
After a successful setting, Device will move to the home screen.
ANNUAL HOLIDAY
Annual holiday is the second part of Schedule setting,
Users may reach this setting followed by
HOME-SCREEN->SETTING->4-SYSTEM SETTING->SET
SCHEDULE-> ANNUAL HOLIDAY
.
In the setting user may set annual holiday, or change the status of holiday to normal day, for easy
operation annual holiday setting will be saved month by month format. Any random month may be
selected and assigned for holiday setting.

In the next screen device will ask to select desired month, to set or edit for holiday,
User may start selecting January or current month. Please enter month number in two-digit format. For
example, if user press “01” means January month, the next screen will appear and look like this.
In this screen the first line indicated month name (JAN) and date (01) and next status of that date (USUAL
DAY) means normal day.
The summary of this line is that the “01 JAN” is a NORMAL day.
Here the second line of screen shows operational keys and action.
If the user needs to change the status of JAN-01, users have to press key ‘1’ if user agrees with the
current status of that date, user may skip that date and simply get to the next date by pressing key ‘2’.
Like that device will Display start to last date of selected month,
Each and every day of month can be set or reset for holiday,
Or read the status of the selected month for pre-set holidays. The date assigned as holiday will be a
silent day, and the device will not ring that day.
If a user wants to exit from the setting process, during setting, simply press the setting key to exit from
this setting menu.
After successfully setting the holiday data for selected month,
The next screen will come in front like this.
Now if the user needs to set holiday for next month, the user may select option1 by pressing key ‘1’. Or
select option 2 to exit from setting menu now device will back to home screen,
If user selected option ‘1’, user will be back to the holiday setting menu, all processes will be the same as
mentioned in the above lines.

Caution:
Risk of Electrical Shock! Device Should be Installed by
Qualified Electrical Technician Only.
Please don’t Keep the device on table during operative mode,
Always Ask to your Technician to Install the Device on Wall.
FACTORY RESET DEVICE.
To soft reset the device for factory default configuration, please follow instructions mentioned bellow!
1. Switch off the device.
2. Press and keep hold Manual key.
3. Switch on the device, keep hold manual key till a single beep.
4. Release the Manual key. Screen will display a new menu like image bellow.
If you need to reset the device press ‘1’.
Caution: All settings will be lost (Including Profile and Schedule Settings). Annual
Holiday will not be affected.
The Reset Process will start like this.
This process will take 60 seconds approximately,
A visual bar will be increased till the whole process.
After resetting the device user need to set the device again for proper
Function.

DAO LEVEL SETTING (Volume Setting)
Users may set Audio Output Intensity of the device, if the Audio level overloads on the input impedance
of audio amplifier
.
That causes
distorted sound quality. To get a better sound quality, user need to adjust
the audio out level of the device,
For that please follow instructions given.
1. Switch off the device
2. Press the key ‘9’ (VOLUME) and keep holding it.
3. Switch ON The device, after a beep release the Volume Key,
A Volume adjust menu will appear.

Please enter the preferred volume level value to be set, this level will be set forever until you do not
change again. Power on/off does not affect this setting.
Recommended volume level is below ‘10’, if the Audio seems distorted, the factory default volume level
is ‘18’ to match any brand of Audio Amplifier.
After entering the value in (two-digit format) Device, it will go back to the home screen.
UPLOADING AUDIO FILES TO MICRO-SD CARD(Setting in Selected Models)
Just follow following steps:
1. Switch OFF the device power supply from Power ON/Off switch.
2. Push the Micro-SD card to unlock it and slowly pull that out of the slot.
3. Mount the Micro-SD card on some card reader and upload your desired sound files into it.
4. Always remember the sequence of files in which you upload them in Micro-SD card, so that you
can select the correct file number while programming.
5. The SD card will read the copied files in Time Indexed Manner, Means the file copy first will be
first number, and copy after that will be second number. There is no-meaning of serial number
of files. So first short by name and copy them to SD card.
6. Mount Micro-SD card to the device.
7. Switch ON the power supply from Power ON-OFF Button.
