UV Activator is a device used for the purpose of
disinfecting and adding hydrophilic property to medical
devices like implant using UV rays.

Preparations
① Make sure to check that all components are ready.
② Avoid direct sunlight and install in a firm and flat place.
③ Install in a well-ventilated place.
④ Understand the method of use before operating the device.
⑤ Check rated voltage and recheck connection of the power cable.
⑥ Do not use mobile phones or portable telecommunication devices that
irradiate electromagnetic waves near this device.
⑦ Do not touch the power plug using wet hands, as doing so can cause accidents
like electric shock.

Precautions
① Read and understand User Manual before using.
② Install in a well-ventilated place.
③ Do not install on a non-flat or inclined floor. Such floor can cause the
product to fall over and get damaged.
④ Do not relocate the device during operation.
⑤ Never put a heavy object on the body.
⑥ Do not insert foreign matters and metal wires into the device as they can cause
failure or electric shock.
⑦ Do not use for unintended purposes.
⑧ If ozone leaks, ventilate immediately and avoid getting exposed to ozone.
⑨ If smoke or burning smell is generated, there is risk of fire and electric shock.
Remove the power cable and stop operating.
⑩ Do not bend or tie the power cable. If the power cable is damaged, make sure
to contact our company to exchange it.
⑪ Do not disassemble or alter the device at your discretion. Product warranty does
not apply to disassembled and altered products.
⑫ Do not forcibly open the top door or let foreign matters get into the lamp.
⑬ Do not use an adaptor other than the one provided with the device.
⑭ This device was not designed to be used by a person with physical, sensual or
mental disability or who cannot use the device safely without supervision due to
the lack of experience and knowledge (including children).

How to Use
① Insert the power adaptor into the inlet socket on the back of the body, and
insert the power plug into the 220V outlet.
② Check that the user card has been inserted into the card slot. The device cannot
be operated without a user card.
③Press the power button “ “ to release the standby state. The LCD screen will be
turned ON with a ringing sound.

④ Check the number of uses at the

⑤ Press the door button " " to open the top door.
⑥ Insert the object to be irradiated.
⑦ Press the start button " ". If the object is jammed by incorrectly
pressing the door button “", press the door button “" again to open
the door and then press the start button “".
⑧ After UV irradiation, the top door opens automatically. Take the object out.
⑨ To repeat the work, repeat steps ⑥, ⑦ and ⑧.
⑩ When the device is not in use, touch the door button " " to close the top
door or press the power button " " to turn LED OFF and close the top door.
⑪ To reuse the device, press the door button " " to open the door and repeat
steps ⑥, ⑦ and ⑧.
⑫ If not using the device for long time, press the left power button " " and
remove the power adaptor from the body. Pull the external black plastic part
of the adaptor to remove it.

Storage After Use
① Ventilate the area after using the product.
② When not in use, make sure to shut power OFF for safety.
③ Store in a place that is free of adverse effects from air pressure, temperature,
humidity, ventilation, sunlight, dust, salt and air containing ions.
④ Be careful about safety such as inclination, vibration and shock.
⑤ Do not store in a place with chemicals and gases.
⑥ Keep the power cable and connection terminals clean and neat.
⑦ Keep away from persons who can arouse malfunctioning of the product.
⑧ Keep the surroundings clean. Water cleaning is prohibited as it can cause
accidents like electric leakage and fire. We recommend using a soft cloth.

Troubleshooting Check Before Calling
① If power does not turn ON, check removal of the power plug.
② Contact our service center if the product cannot be operated. If it malfunctions,
remove and reconnect the power plug to try again. If the same trouble continues,
contact our service center.
③ If an odor persists, contact our service center.
