Before construction, determine your desired structure location. Clear the
area of any debris that could damage the shelter or create a hazard for
personnel. Lay out the frame wraps labeled “A” and “B” in the selected
location with the “A” frame wrap at the beginning of the run.
Retrieve the center arch assembly from frame wrap “A”. Swing joint and
secure with outside pins as shown in diagram. Be sure to orient all pins
toward the interior of shelter throughout setup to prevent pin extraction.

them on the ground with feet facing upwards. Swing up the armature.
Connect leg assembly to center arch assembly. Pin in place with pin
oriented to interior of shelter. Repeat step for each X-Series frame wrap.
Complete the previous steps for all the center arch assemblies and leg
assemblies included in frame wrap “B”. Once complete, arrange arch
sections parallel to each other with 8 ft (2.44 m) of space between each.

assemblies to each other.
Secure purlin bars by inserting into both sockets and turning 90°. Next,
secure purlin arms by inserting lug into corresponding socket, turn 90° and
lower lever to lock. For easy assembly, work from one end of shelter to the
other. Repeat until each frame section has been properly secured.

cables for each interior arch segment. Once secured in the correct slot, pin in
place. If the cable appears to be too short, lift at the peak of the arch section
to release tension and close the distance between the slots.
Place folded roof cover along peak of frame. Locate grommets and
slide on to provided posts along roof ridgeline. Once secured along the
ridgeline, unfold the roof cover towards the eave of the shelter. The outer
posts will have locking clips while the interior sections do not.

connect additional shelters do not connect the grommeted strap.
Lay out folded sidewall section along the shelter frame. Align grommets
with posts along the shelter’s eave. Slide posts through corresponding
grommets. Once the sidewall is attached, locate grommets on roof section
and slide on to posts. Connect hook & loop strips. Use pin to secure.

With the shelter in the kneeling position, connect the center line of the
insulation to the header bars and tension cables of the shelter. This will
be a combination of hook & loop straps and clips depending on your
generation of shelter.

Lay out the floor on the interior of the shelter, closest to one sidewall.
Unfold from one side to the other. It’s okay to have a little slack in the
floor. This will resolve during the connection process.
Attach the sidewall to the lower purlin bar. Loop down and around the bar, up
through both D-rings on the sidewall, then pull down through the bottom D-ring
to sinch tight. Attach the floor in the same way, but thread the strap through the
D-ring on the floor before threading through the D-rings on the sidewall.

Push excess flooring material into the corner and tie strap around the

With the shelter floor in place and attached to the sidewalls and endwalls,
connect the insulation liner to the facing hook & loop strip that runs along
the entire perimeter of the shelter. For best results start at a known point
like the door or corner and work out from one end to the other.
