and all instructions. Failure to fol-

result in electric shock, fire, and/or
serious injury.

plugged in (corded) or battery operated
–Keep your workplace clean and well lit.
Cluttered or darkened areas can cause
accidents.
–Do not use the power tool in an explo-
sive atmosphere, such as in the pres-
ence of flammable liquids, gases or
dust. Power tools generate sparks that
can ignite dust or gaseous products.
–Keep children and unauthorized per-
sons away from the power tool area.
Distractions can lead to loss of control.
–Power tool plugs must fit into the sock-
ets. Never modify the plug design. Do
not use adapters for grounded power
tools. The original plugs and the ap-
propriate sockets reduce the risk of
electric shock.
–Avoid body contact with grounded sur-
faces such as pipes, radiators, stoves,
and refrigerators. Grounding your body
increases the risk of electric shock.
–Do not expose to moisture or splashes.
Water in the power tool increases the
risk of electric shock.
–Use electrical cords only for their in-
tended purpose. Never use the elec-
trical cord to carry, drag, or unplug
the power tool. Keep the cord away
from heat sources, oil, sharp edges,
and moving parts. A damaged or tan-
gled cord increases the risk of electric
shock.
–When using power tools outdoors, use
extension cords that are suitable for
outdoor use. The use of an appropriate
wire in outdoor areas reduces the risk
of electric shock.
–If it is unavoidable to use the power
tool in a wet environment, use a differ-
ential current protection device (RCD).
The use of an RCD reduces the risk of
electric shock.
–Be careful, monitor your actions and
use common sense when working with
power tools. Do not operate the power
tool while tired, under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication. Inatten-
tion when using power tools can lead
to serious injury.
–Wear personal protective equipment.
Always wear eye protection. Protective
equipment such as a respirator, slip-re-
sistant shoes, hard hat, or hearing pro-
tection, used in appropriate condi-
tions, can reduce the risk of injury.
–Prevent accidental start-up of the
equipment. Make sure the switch is in
the off position before connecting to
the power source and/or battery pack,
or when lifting or carrying the tool. If
you carry the power tool with your fin-
ger on the switch, or turn on the pow-
er while carrying it, an accident may
result.
–Remove the adjusting wedge or tool
wrench before starting the power tool.
Leaving the adjusting wedge or tool
wrench on the power tool while it is
running can result in personal injury.
–Don't be too tense. Always stand firm-
ly on your feet and maintain your bal-
