1. Safety Precautions
ATTENTION
Please read this manual carefully before you start to operate the
device.

Do not operate the product in areas with high
temperature or high humidity since it may cause
the unit to malfunction.
Do not disassemble this product. Incorrect re-
assembly can cause electric shock. Take it to
qualify personnel if repair is required.
Before turning on the power, please make sure
that there are no objects obstructing the operation
of the rollers and wheels.
Unplug this product from the outlet before
cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol
cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning the cover.

Purpose
DoCash 2015/2015F – reliable impulse sealer, which is used to
insure the solid protection from water and air.
Declaration of Conformity
The sealer conforms to the following safety requirements:
General - GOST IEC 60950-1-2011,
Electromagnetic compatibility - GOST R 51318.22-2006.
TR TS 004/2011 «Low-voltage equipment safety»;
TR TS 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical
means».
This manual contains information that is actual for the moment of
publishing, and may not contain the latest changes.
The manufacturer may change machine’s specifications and
control algorithms.

3. Using the machine.
Plug the power cord into AC outlet. If the arm is pressed down,
the machine will start automatically.
Set the timer parameter according to the thickness of the material.
Use a higher number for thick materials.
Pull the handle down. The Light will indicate the beginning of the
sealing process.
After the light goes off - hold the handle for a few more seconds
for better sealing results.
If your seal has burned through - set a lower timer parameter.
If your seal isn’t solid enough - set a higher timer parameter.
Give the machine enough time to cool down for preventing
sticking to the silicon rubber.

The timer parameters will not change for the next procedures,
unless the user changes them manually.
After finishing the procedure, lower the handle to shut the machine
down.
4. Daily maintenance.
Keep the platform clean and do not leave anything on Teflon
covers or silicon rubbers before starting to work.
Do not use any liquid chemicals to clean the machine’s parts.
In case of finding any damage on the top or bottom teflon cover -
replace both covers in order to prevent short circuit.
Use only genuine parts and accessories for replacement and
service of the machine.
Replace the silicon element in case of finding any damage in order
to prevent burned sealing.
Unplug the machine before the maintenance.

5. Transport and storage
When transporting and storing the sealer follow the symbols on
the package. When transporting the permissible temperature is
from –30°Сto +50°С. Storage of the sealer is allowed at
temperature from +1°Сto +40°Сand relative humidity of up to 80
% (at 25°С), noncondensing.

7. Warranty
Guarantee period is 12 months from the delivery date subject to
compliance with the conditions of use and storage indicated in this
Manual and additional conditions specified in the Warranty
Coupon Manufacturer shall be released from any obligation for
the sealer malfunction resulting from improper transportation,
storage and use, as well as from mechanical failure.

1. Инструкции по безопасности
Во избежание нанесения ущерба машине ипричинения
вреда здоровью, пожалуйста, перед первым использованием
внимательно ознакомьтесь со всеми предупреждениями об
опасности!

Не используйте устройство взонах высокой
температуры ивлажности, поскольку это
может привести котказу работы устройства.
Не разбирайте устройство самостоятельно. В
случае необходимости ремонта предоставьте
устройство специалисту.
Перед включением устройства, убедитесь в
отсутствии посторонних объектов, которые
могут помешать работе механизмов
устройства.
Отсоедините шнур питания от розетки перед
очисткой устройства. Не используйте жидкие
чистящие средства или аэрозоли. Для очистки
поверхности используйте чистую влажную
ткань.

3. Порядок эксплуатации
Вставьте шнур питания устройства врозетку. Если ручка
устройства опущена вниз, устройство запустится
автоматически. Задайте на таймере параметр времени согласно
плотности материала, скоторым вы работаете. Задавайте более
высокие значения для более плотных материалов.
Опустите ручку. Появление световой индикации указывает на
начало процесса упаковки.
При выключении световой индикации не поднимайте ручку в
течение нескольких секунд для более надежных результатов
запаивания.
Если материал прогорел при запайке - понизьте значение
параметра времени на таймере. Если запайка не достаточно
прочная - повысьте значение параметра.
Позволяйте машине остыть после процесса запайки для
избегания прилипания ксиликоновому клише.

Установленный на таймере параметр не будет изменен при
следующих операциях до тех пор, пока пользователь не
изменит параметр вручную.
При завершении работы отключите вилку питания из сети и
опустите ручку вниз.
4. Ежедневное обслуживание
Поддерживайте платформу устройства вчистоте ине
оставляйте ничего лишнего на тефлоновом покрытии
нагревательной пленки исиликоновом клише.
Не используйте жидкие химические вещества ичистящие
средства для очистки элементов устройства.
При обнаружении повреждений на верхнем инижнем
тефлоновом покрытии произведите замену обоих элементов
для предотвращения появления короткого замыкания.
Используйте только подлинные ипроверенные запасные
части для замены исервисного обслуживания машины.
Вслучае обнаружения повреждений силиконового элемента
устройства произведите его замену для предотвращения
прогораний во время процесса сварки.
Отсоединяйте шнур питания от розетки перед проведением
процедуры очистки.
