ergonomics and ease of use of our products. We hope that this product will give you complete satisfaction.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure
that you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed, we
refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use
or a bad manipulation.
1. Make sure your mains voltage corresponds to that specified
on the appliance before plugging in. The appliance must be
connected to an earthed mains safety socket.
2. To protect against electrical hazards, do not immerse the
cord, plug, or appliance itself in water or other liquids.
3. Never let the machine operate unattended. Keep out of
reach of children or incompetent persons.
4. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate remote control system.
5. The supply cord should be regularly examined for signs of
damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard. (*)
6. Do not use the device:
-if the grip or the power cable is damaged
-in case of malfunction
-if the device was damaged in any way

-if it fell in the water
-if you dropped it.
7. Never use the appliance near hot surfaces. Never move the
appliance by pulling the cord. Do not wind the cord around
the appliance or twist it.
8. Stand the appliance on a stable, flat surface.
9. Never use accessories which are not recommended by the
producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and
risk to damage the appliance.
10. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments
farm houses
by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments
bed and breakfast type environments
11. Be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, and
during cleaning
12. There is potential injury from misuse.
13. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean
at all times as it comes into direct contact with food.
14. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food, thanks to refer to the below paragraph
"cleaning" in the manual.

15. Regarding the instructions for the use of accessories,
operation times and speed settings, thanks to refer to the
below paragraphs.
16. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
17. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children
18. This appliance can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
19. Children shall not play with the appliance.
20. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that
move in use

ASSEMBLING YOUR APPLIANCE
Check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds the mains voltage in your home.
Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water.
Before plugging in, ensure the “ON/OFF/ R” switch is turned to “OFF”position.

1. Holding the head and insert it in the
inlet with one hand, revolves toward
left and insert it into by pushing down
the locking knob and taking care to
match the slot, and then turn to the
left to lock then release the locking
knob. (fig. 1 and 2).
2. Place the feed screw into the head,
long end first, by turning the feed
screw slightly until it is set into the
motor housing (fig.3).
3. Place the cutting blade onto the feed
screw shaft with the blade facing the
front as illustrated (fig.4). If it is not
fitted properly, meat will not be
ground.
4. Place the desired cutting plate next to
the cutting blade, fitting protrusions in
the slots (fig.5).
5. Support or press the center of the
cutting plate with one finger then
screw the fixing ring until tight with
another hand (fig.6). Do not over
tighten.
6. Place the hopper plate on the head and fix into position.
7. Locate the unit on a firm place.
8. The air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing should be kept free and not
blocked

MINCING MEAT
1. Cut all foods into pieces (Sinewless,
boneless and fatless meat is
recommended, approximate size:
(20x20 mm) so that they fit easily into
the hopper opening.
2. Plug in and turn the switch to the
“ON”position.
3. Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use
only the food pusher (fig.7).
4. After use switch the unit off and
unplug it from the power supply.
REVERSE FUNCTION
1. In case of jamming switch the appliance off by turning the switch to “REV”position. Wait at least
one minute until grinder has come to a complete stop.
Then, turn the switch to “REV”position.
2. Feed screw will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head will get empty.
3. If it doesn't work, switch the unit off and clean it.
MAKING KEBBE
1. Place kibbe attachments (picture 15 on
main description) onto the feed screw
shaft together, fitting protrusions in
the slots (fig.8).

2. Screw fixing ring into place until tight.
Do not over tighten (fig.9).
3. Make the cylindrical outlet cover
(fig.10).
4. Form Kebbe as illustrated below and deep fry
EXAMPLES OF REVENUE
RECIPE STUFFING
-Mutton 100g
-Olive oil 1 ½ tablespoons
-Onion (cut finely) 1 ½ tablespoons
-Spices to your taste
-Salt to your taste
-Flour 1 ½ tablespoons
1. Mince mutton once or twice.
2. Fry onion until brown and add minced mutton, all spice, salt and flour.
OUTLET COVER
-Lean meat 450g
-Flour 150-200g
-Spices to your taste
-Nutmeg (cut finely) 1
-Powdered red pepper to your taste
-Pepper to your taste
1. Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. More meat and less flour for
outlet cover creates better consistency and taste.
2. Grind the mixture three times.

3. Disassemble by reversing the steps from 5-3 to remove the cutting plate and cutting blade.
MAKING SAUSAGE
Before starting please assemble sausage attachment as per following (fig.11)
1. Never prepare very thick sausages in order to avoid any pressure on casing
2. Note: soak the casings for around 10-15 minutes in warm water to make them flexible
3. Connect appliance, switch it on
4. Push the ingredients into the food container and slowly take off the casing from the container.
5. Twist the casing to prepare the sausages
MAKING BISCUIT
Before starting please assemble sausage attachment as per following (fig.12)
1. Select the desired form of biscuit and place the mixture on the hopper tray.
2. Plug the unit, turn the switch and the switch to the ON position.
3. If necessary, press on the preparation with the pusher (18). Do not engage fingers.
4. Hold the dough elongated exit and cut to desired length.

CLEANING AND STORAGE
1. Make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
2. Disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
3. Disassemble by reversing the steps from 6 to 1 pictures.
4. If the fixing ring is not easily removed by hands, please
use tools.
5. To remove the cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver
between the cutting plate and the head as illustrated
and lift it up (fig.12).
6. Do not place accessories into dishwasher
7. Remove meat, etc. Wash each part in warm soapy water.
8. A bleaching solution containing chlorine will discolor aluminum surfaces.
9. Do not immerse the motor housing in water, but only wipe it with a damp cloth.
10. Thinners and petrol will crack or change the color of the unit.
11. Wipe all the cutting parts by vegetable oil-wet cloth.

Correct disposal of the unit
