To remove the COOK&YOU‘s lid, line up the arrow on the lid with
the "OPEN" sign on the outside of the appliance. To close the lid and
start a cooking mode, line up the arrow and the "CLOSED" sign on
the outside of the appliance.
Check that the pressure limit
valve is in the "O" position.
NOTE: Always use a minimum of 250ml
in the cooking pot to ensure that the
appliance works correctly.
Switching the multicooker on
Connect the multicooker to its power plug, then plug it into the
mains. The ON/OFF button ashes to show that it is plugged in to the
mains correctly.

Cooking settings
DOMOOVA COOK&YOU has 10 cooking settings: 9 preset settings
and 1 manual setting.
Choosing a cooking setting: Main menu
Preset settings
Press the MODES button as many times as necessary to choose the
cooking setting you require, the settings will appear on the main
menu: RICE, SOUP, REHEAT. Please refer to the table below.
Press the ON/OFF button to select the cooking setting you require.
When the appliance starts cooking, it makes a long beep sound.
When cooking is nished, the appliance beeps 6 times and "End"
appears on the screen.
Manual setting
With this setting you can manually set the cooking time. Press the
MANUAL button and when the MANUAL LED light switches on, use
the time selection button to set the cooking time. Cooking time can
be between 1 and 99 minutes. Press the ON/OFF button to select the
cooking time and start cooking using the MANUAL setting.

Choosing a cooking setting: Sub menu
Press the MODES button as many times as necessary to choose the
FUNCTION setting (P01, P02, P03, P04, P05, P06) you wish to use. The
FUNCTION setting light will come on. When the FUNCTION setting
light is on, use the time selection button to select the setting you
wish to use (P01, P02, P03, P04, P05, P06). Press the ON/OFF button
to select the setting and start cooking.
When cooking is nished, the appliance beeps 6 times and "End"
appears on the screen.

NOTE: The selected cooking setting starts when the appliance has reached the
required temperature. You can open the appliance lid when the cooking pot
temperature has cooled down.
Keep warm function
Once the cooking cycle is complete, the appliance will switch to Keep
Warm, keeping food warm for 24 hours.
NOTE: Only the P02/Yogurt setting does not have the Keep Warm function.

Stopping the multicooker
Press the ON/OFF button to switch the appliance o; the appliance
makes a long beep and ON/OFF button light ashes.
Then unplug the COOK&YOU to disconnect the power.

Maintenance
EN
Switch the COOK&YOU o before cleaning it.
• Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the outside of the appliance.
• Remove the condensation collector to empty it and clean it under
water.
• The lid can be taken apart to clean the inside of the lid, the white
rubber seal and metal grate.
• Unclip the pressure limit valve and clean it under hot water
before putting it back.
• All other accessories can be washed with clean water and some
kitchen detergent.

• If the appliance has been dropped or damaged.
• If the power cable is damaged.

Operating conditions
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always
be followed, which include:
• This appliance is not intended to be used by children or any person
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
device from a person responsible for their safety.
• Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
• Children should not clean or perform maintenance on the
appliance without supervision.
• The appliance must be kept out of children's reach while switched
on.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged in or in
use.
• The appliance must not be used if it has suered a fall or presents
visible signs of damage.
• Do not use the appliance in extremely hot or cold environments
• Keep the power cable away from sources of heat.
• Switch o the appliance before handling it (changing accessories,
cleaning, maintenance, storage.
• WARNING: Only use the power cable supplied to plug in the
appliance.
• Only use accessories recommended or supplied by the
manufacturer.
• Please make sure your power supply voltage matches the power
voltage marked on the power adapter.
• Store the appliance away from heat and ammable materials. Do
not open the lid while the appliance is in use and when locked.
• Use a wooden or plastic spoon to prevent any damage to the
cooking pot.
• Do not put your hands under the pressure limit valve.

Multicooker and accessories
Do not incinerate the appliance, even if it is severely damaged. Some
elements can explode in a re. Do not dispose of this product with
other household waste to prevent possible harm to the environment
or human health. Recycle the appliance responsibly to promote
sustainable reuse of material resources. To recycle your used
appliance, please use the return and collection systems or contact
the retailer where the product was purchased. They can safely
recycle this product.
Packaging
Packaging is necessary, it protects our appliances against possible
damage during transportation. If you need to return your appliance
to the DOMOOVA after-sales department or customer service
department, the original packaging is the best protection against
damages.
If you wish to dispose of your appliance packaging, you can do so
after the withdrawal period has expired.
DOMOOVA packaging is recyclable and should be recycled correctly.

Recipes

Chicken and courgette risotto
2 chicken llets, 1 courgette, 1 onion, 10 cl white wine, 250 g Arborio rice,
650 ml water, 10 cl liquid crème fraîche, 50 g Parmesan, 1 tbsp olive oil.
Method
Cut the chicken into pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
Add the olive oil, onion and chicken to the cooking pot and start
cooking in the MANUAL setting. Leave to brown for 2 minutes with
the lid open. Add the rice and stir. Then and the white wine and
leave for 2 more minutes.
Add the water, salt, pepper and select the RICE setting. It takes 12
min to pressure cook the recipe.
When the cooking cycle has nished, mix in the crème fraîche and
Parmesan cheese and wait 2 minutes.
